it has already been said that Tsunade could have easily healed herself even after being bisected.. its just that she chose to save the other kages first before putting attention to her own.. if she was selfish, she could have just healed herself first before the other kages but since they don't have the same longevity as she does, they would be dead in mere moments..

I believe just as what had happened with Hiruzen and Minato, there will be some form of confrontation between who is the rightful individual to receive the title as Hokage, and in the end it is likely that Naruto shall win upon that versus Tsunade, who shall have to step down and may do so willingly. I would indeed enjoy seeing the comical mischief of anime be put into action by having Naruto be hit immediately with stacks of paperwork and complaining ecstatically.
