Youko is a man of average height and slender build. He has short black hair with purple highlights, styled in a bob with messy bangs, it frames his face and adds an element of feminine mystery to him. His eyes are a light purple that seem to sparkle like a galaxy in the night sky and he has two tattoos under his eyes. He wears two sets of accessories upon his head, the first being a fox ear headband, with which holds a single golden piercing in each. The second being a half-face golden fox mask that hooks around the ears of his headband, with purple and golden tassels hanging from the base of the ears. Above each eye of the mask are a set of three purple tomoe-like engravings.
Youko wears what can only be described as an extravagant ensemble of fabric. Laden with complimenting shades of purples and contrasting golden yellow, he really stands out within a crowd, not that he minds. Across his left shoulder, attached to a fox head shaped brooch with cosmic purple ears, is a golden fox tail. A common motif that is present along all of his attire is the cycles of the moon, it being one of the key identifiers of his garb. Within the ensemble is a dark purple hand fan, embellished with the same moon motif.
One of the more interesting components of his attire would have to be his footwear. Having commissioned them to match the fox theme, he wore customised heeled boots that were fashioned as fox claws. Made from a dark/black leather, the claws were made from steel but painted and tinted towards a golden hue. Although they may look uncomfortable, they were extremely durable and were more than comfortable for Youko.
PERSONALITY "Youko has a splendid personality... Wait...why are you typing?"
Youko appears to others as a kind individual. Weird and eccentric, flamboyant and friendly, Youko was able to insert himself into any sociable situation and come out with friends and new acquaintances. He was seen as endearing and well mannered, person who cared about those around him.
One quirk of his that was a big attention draw was that he would always speak in the third person, almost as if to narrate himself. Though no one knew why he did, many theories would circulate as to the reason why, the main one being that he had suffered some form of trauma in his past and this was his way of mediating it. The real reason was much less complicated. It was an act. A charade. He did it on purpose, to appear more endearing and innocent to the people around him.
Youko could actually be a very twisted person, with little to no care or regards to others suffering or pain. He was slightly sadistic and one might say devoid of compassion, so he liked to keep this side of himself a secret. Laughing at the people who trusted him from behind his mask. He delighted in the moments when he could show someone his true self. Dropping the speech habit, stepping out from behind the mask and see the look on peoples faces when they realise just who he really was. Delicious. Despite all this, Youko was still kind and sensitive where he deemed appropriate, for example, he does his best to help kids in need when he can, even if it's only a little.

Origami Master ✦ The user is capable of creating Paper techniques with paper tags interwoven, increasing damage by 20. Note: Requires Paper.
Sanity Recovery ✦ While the user's Sanity has no more protection than the average ninja, the user's methods of recovery have been strengthened in comparison. Because of this, recovery methods produce twice as much Sanity than normal. Note: Counts as Default Bio Fighting Style.
Chakra Fortification (Shinkaigan) ✦ The user can add an additional effective 10 Chakra or Siris to an element or skill they specialize in, though not at any increased cost or strain to the user. This simply allows their techniques to have 10 more chakra infused into them. Does not require another Specialty to utilize.
Apex Speed Resistance ✦ You are able to slow opponents within a specific range, exerting a force that slows targets naturally. This causes a 2 Base Speed level decrease to opponents that are within 8 meters of him. Note: Requires at least 5 in AGL.
Advanced Tracking Specialist ✦ Your tracking capabilities become more advanced, allowing you to have x2 tracking speeds. This allows him to physically track faster movement without chakra sensory. Note: Requires at least 4 in DEX.
Apex Genjutsu Defense Specialist ✦ You can have a Genjutsu immunity of up to A rank, being immune to basic Genjutsu of that rank and lower. In addition to this, the user’s ability to counter stronger Genjutsu increases and requires 10 damage less than normal to break from. Note: Requires at least 5 in SPRT.
