Lucy with her star dresses and 3 spirits can take Juvia. Gemini especially would be very useful and Lucy herself has access to Urano metria on her own or with Gemini copying her and doubling that. Leo's light magic would be helpful and scorpio's magic can push back water as well. We also saw Aries's wool block Juvia's water before so I am sure that can help out in some way. In addition if Lucy has her Aquarius dress power she can pull off a win easier and well if she gets back Aquarius she wins easily. Last time they clashed Aquarius was equal to juvia.

Whoops didn't read the part with the boat. Unelss she has Aquarius or can use that Aquarius dress Lucy would lose. I guess if Gemini copies Juvia Lucy can win as well.

There are many options...

Lucy can now use star dress and have at least one spirit summoned at the same time. With one of her strongest spirits, Loke or Capricorn, she could do it...

Other option is casting 2 or 3 spirits to gain time, and cast Urano Metria to finish her off in one shot... However, It´s debatable if she can cast her celestial attack while having 3 spirits summoned, we don't know for sure the extent of powers she has now, after time skip...

CSK is always the safe way to end this fast and unharmed, but at a very high price...
