It was just as Isabella had be fearing. With her Uchuu Shinkaigan she was able to see from a great stretch of distance that the doors to the Tomb of Marduk were littered with horrendous creatures. The Lahmu had angular demonic features, with appendages that appeared like a cross between a dagger and a spider. Their faces were distorted, with hideous teethed apertures far too big and disproportionate to their heads. And, above all, they were far too numerous to take on alone.

(Dōjutsu: Uchū Shinkaigan) – Eye Technique: Cosmic Abyssal Eyes
Type: Supplementary
Rank: Forbidden
Range: Short – Long
Chakra: N/A (-30 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description: The Cosmic Shinkaigan (深海), or the Cosmic Abyssal Eyes is the advanced Dōjutsu Kekkei Genkai that appears in the Voidseers. The conditions to advance the Shinkaigan to its Cosmic level continue to build on the concept of the “eyes of knowledge.” The Cosmic Shinkaigan significantly improves the user’s visual prowess, extending the reach and accuracy of their perceptive abilities. The user becomes able to see up to two landmarks from their position in the Ninja World, significantly increasing their reach from the Abyssal Eyes. Meanwhile their visual acuity is enhanced dramatically, vastly improving their tracking capabilities by 6x their base. It is said that the Cosmic level signify the pinnacle of the user’s insight into the Cosmos, but it is more likely that they are simply better attuned to the Void than they would be otherwise. Once they have mastered their abilities a Cosmic Shinkaigan user becomes able to specialize in either the Shinkaigan’s Spatial or Temporal powers, pursuing a line of abilities they unlock as their proficiency with the Cosmic Shinkaigan increases. As a Shinkaigan user has innately greater mastery over their abilities and knowledge of the Void they gain an intrinsic 50% Insanity Resistance.
Note: Once activated the technique will remain active indefinitely afterwards, able to be switched between the Shinkaigan and Cosmic level at will.
Note: After the user has held the Cosmic Shinkaigan for two months they are able to activate it passively.
Note: Gazing directly into the Shinkaigan causes a loss of 10 Sanity per turn unless the user also wields the Shinkaigan. Those who have completed Taijutsu training can avoid these effects by breaking eye contact with their opponent.

Isabella's bouts with insanity gave her an urge of grandeur, to fight them all and barge in, but her rational mind took over. It wasn't the best move to stand her ground here, this was a completely alien dimension to her, and she did not have any sort of measure on this creature's powers. Silently, she nodded her head to Kumiho, before placing a hand on her magnificent coat of rust-red fur. Disbalancing her inner energies in favor of Yang, she infused her chakra onto Kumiho body, willing to reform and grow two pristine blood red bat-wings, giving the kitsune an ethereal yet demonic appearance.

( Yoton: Jigoku no Enjin ) - Yang Release: Ring of Hell
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short
Chakra: 80 for touch based version/100 for ranged version ( 80 ; Touch ; Wings )
Damage: N/A
Description: By channeling copious amounts of Yang energy, the user is able to infuse others with this, temporarily enhancing their physical attributes. This is achieved in two ways, either by direct touch or proximity. The first is more limited to a single person but has greater benefits; those channeled directly into will be able to reduce 35 damage from physical contact and gain physical alterations to their body that the Yang energy 'breathes' into life, such as twice the height or width of their body, additional arms or legs, etc as long as within reason and used solely for physical purposes. Should the user use the alternative release, then he is able to release Yang energy from his body up to Long range away, affecting all allies in the range. This variant allows the user to augment all allies with the same type of changes, ranging from all gaining wings to more. These changes only last a limited time, however; after 3 turns pass, the grown appendages or changes fall and revert back to normal. Depending on the alteration, one of a few benefits might be obtained.
Note: If additional arms, stronger arms or alterations related to the arm are made, then the target will gain an additional +20 to Taijutsu. If the changes target the head, the user is able to grant a 2x tracking. If leg based alterations are made, then the target will gain either +4 levels to his base speed or +20 damage to leg based tai. If changes target the torso, then an universal durability boost of B rank Ninjutsu immunity is obtained and if wings or similar is created, then the user is able to fly at thrice their speed.
Note: The damage and speed boosts are considered Passive and Base Speed increases. The values listed in the techniques are if the touch based variant is used. If the ranged variant is used, then these benefits are reduced by gained on a lesser scale ( +15 to Tai instead of +20, +2 Speed Levels, 1.5x Tracking, or -15 from all physical clashes).
Note: Touch based variant can only affect up to two people per event. Ranged variant creates a wave of Yang energy that affects up to 3 allies and lasts up to 4 turns.
Note: Can only be used three times in total.

Then shifting her energies to favor her spiritual half, Isabella materialized a rotating sphere of fire all around herself Kumiho, as Isabella leapt to mount her back. With her Yin chakra, Isabella manipulated the fire as it was forming to sphere to bend light in a degree it could never before, using this property and the rotation of the sphere to deflect light around the barrier and give the illusion of makeshift invisibility. As Kumiho propped up in the air and began flying at a speed far greater than an average Sage could track, Isabella's barrier would grant a secondary layer of stealth, breaking and bending the air and light away, silent and invisible.

( Katon: Ifurīto no Zaiko ) Fire Release: Ifrit's Inventory
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 30 (-10 per turn to sustain) ( 40 ; +10 Change into Heaven )
Damage: 60 ( 80 ; +20 Fire Spec )
Description: A technique in which the user is capable of materializing flames from near their body through the rapid release and conversion of fire chakra and performing the Tiger hand seal. These flames are often made to form into desired objects, and therefore are manipulated to be dense and almost solid in nature so as to hold a specific form. Utilizing this technique the user can create a plethora of weapons, or constructs such as walls, pillars, spikes and shields, that can be launched into Long range as projectiles should the user wish. The created constructs are generally created with a set property, the first option being to simply create dense solid flames capable of punching through concrete, the second to create dense flames that explode - with said explosion always being angled away from the user to prevent self-harm, with the last option being to create dense and thick flames that aren't solid in a manner that they're forced to hold a specific shape, but rather can be made to bend meld and flow into different forms as long as the user maintains control over the technique, sometimes doing so through the use of hand movements.

Note:
- Flames can only be materialized within short range of the user and while sustaining them the user can only mold fire chakra
- Can only be used 3x
- No Fire techniques above S rank for the rest of the turn.
- Can only be taught by Scaze
*Taught by Scaze*
(Inton: Ten ni Henkō) – Yin Release: Change into Heaven
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: N/A
Chakra: N/A (+50 chakra cost to applied technique)
Description: The user manipulates a technique of the basic 5 elements with Yin natured energy, allowing the user to change its physical properties. Fire can become solid, lightning can become tangible, water can become invisible. Possibilities are limited to changes in physical properties; more specifically, this means that one cannot transform a flame into a spiritual flame, or make a rock intangible. The user must be able to clearly define what the new technique is within realistic limitations. If, for example, the user makes Swamp of the Underworld into something solid then it might neutralize the entire point of the technique. The resulting technique must be described logically; if this condition is not met then the technique might outright fail. The end result is a technique neutral to all basic elemental natures. This technique is applied within the same timeframe as the technique it is applied to. The infused chakra increases the technique by an additional ten, but costs fifty in total.
Note: Yin Release Specialists and Yin-Yang users can apply this technique to advanced fields, CE, and advanced elements.
Note: Using Change into Heaven to transform the inherent nature of an element does not modify its base speed.
Note: Usable 3 times per battle and 6 times per arc.

The pair flew high, trying to keep as much distance from the Lahmu, before swooping inside the doors and the staircase Solomon and Isabella had travelled before.

Isabella could still hear the noises upstairs, afraid that she had been caught. And she might have been. She focused her senses in the dimension she was in, with absolutely no idea how to turn back / or forward time, or how to join the two timelines back together. She willed it to happen, she retraced her steps, and she could feel the Lahmu attempting to chase after them. And... she hoped it would be enough.

Isabella could still hear the noises upstairs, afraid that she had been caught. And she might have been. She willed it to happen, she retraced her steps, and she could feel the Lahmu attempting to chase after them. And... she hoped it would be enough.
The descent downward brought about a familiar sense of dread in the infinite. Each step further downward suppressing the shouts of men and women above as they fought desperately against the wretched Lahmu. Their shrieks carried down the halls, echoes bouncing off the tightly fit stairwell as it delved deeper into the earth.

"What changes the nature of man?"

A solitary question, the voice of Abzu reverberating in Isabella's mind. Though not a voice she would recognize, eerily gravely and almost as if was speaking through water.

"Your sole ideal: self-serving indulgence."

Never did the voice refer to her by name. There was no value in names. Though it echoed through her mind like a persistent aria played in minor, distorted and drowned underwater. For a moment Isabella would feel a droplet of water fall on her red hair from the ceiling, yet this was only a figment of her imagination. Had she lost her sanity in the descent beneath the Lahmu?

"Have you had the dream again? A black serpent with eight eyes rising above the waters. It had watched from the outside. Will you be alone in the end?"

Isabella motioned her kitsune further down the steps. Each flight downwards suppressing more and more of the terrifying shrieks above. The Blood Traitor did not stop until she heard the voice inside her head, titillating her core. She arrested the fox's frantic escape and carried herself back to the ground, her feet touching the steps of the hallway.

She kept going down, for Isabella couldn't be sure that they had escaped already. But it appeared that they had reached the conjecture. The words spoken to her hurt, but they weren't untrue.

Self Indulgence is the sole ideal of every honest thing in existence. We are our own island, born, live and die with only one constant: our Sense of Self. The only thing that Changes in Man and God alike is how that self-indulgence manifests outside ourselves, by the Influence of others Outside our island.

I have indulged myself in revenge, yet now I shall now indulge myself in freedom. I will indulge myself in fighting for my beliefs, and I will indulge myself in fighting for my peers. I will indulge myself in fighting for the world of man.

I have dreamt of the snake... and so have many others before me, as it seems. They all have ended up alone and broken. Do you see that future for myself as well?

Isabella's words seemed to fall on deaf ears. Or perhaps the voice had already left. Her words echoed along the walls, reverberations bouncing deeper and deeper into the chasm as she heard herself a thousand times over. But beneath the now distant echoes of her words the sound of a ticking lock mechanism. What it was, no one could say. But by now Isabella had crossed a threshold; a point between the Rift's spacetime and our own Reality. Not quite yet in the "present" but no longer in the past. And before her, now deep within the chasm, Isabella came upon a chamber. A singular room at the end of the deep stairwell that was illuminated by bright blue and red flames in small sconces.

At the center of the room were four ornate coffins arranged in a square formation. By now the echo had stopped and was replaced exclusively by the sound of the lock mechanism quietly and slowly ticking in the background. In the middle of the four coffins was a singular mirror that was suspended in the air.

Isabella entered the hall, her fox sniffing the air suspiciously. The crimson locks of hair became red and violet as the blue and red lanterns illuminated the Blood Traitor. With her fox beneath her, Isabella was able to gaze upon the interior of the coffins with her Shinkaigan without directly making eye contact with her stead, analyzing what could possibly be within them, but quickly setting her focus on the mirror between them. What was it, and what would stare back at her if she were to look?

4 domains, 4 gods. Enkidu crossed her mind, even before she attempted to look into the coffins, and his siblings. If this had been a plot by Imeroth to replace the older gods with this new irk, then maybe this could be his base of operations. What was left to be seen was if Abzu's deviant whispers were guiding Imeroth or deceiving him.

Isabella had no idea what she could unleash, but she still went deeper into the room, getting closer to the mirror, looking for her own reflection. Would she be able to take it for herself? Would it even be of any use?

As her face came into focus in the mirror what stared back at her was not the visage of Isabella. It was Abzu returning her horrifying glare, his own Shinkaigan glowing a magnificent deep ocean blue and purple. It was the same being that was currently fighting over the Dead Sea. Though Isabella had never seen his face before it would not be significantly difficult to come to the simple conclusion of who this was: the God of the Freshwater Sea. It started back for what felt like an eternity or perhaps time had stood still. A gaze that Isabella would feel she could practically fall into. One that didn't seek allies or want material things. One that had never known a lust for power innately. And that gaze remained transfixed on her until...

"The God of the Deep has returned." The voice was firm, resolute, and powerful. It was a man's voice echoing in the chamber now, far different from the whispers that Isabella heard earlier. One of the coffins began to glow a bright orange as ethereal energy swirled around the outer edges of the room.

"Brothers, sister...." Another voice echoed through the room, this one laden with melancholy. A second coffin began to glow a deep blue.

"This human woman must be his Witness." A third feminine voice rippled in the chamber now. It was a beautiful and delicate voice, one that could sing lullabies and arias of wondrous beauty, love, and war. "We yet live. How is this...?" A third coffin glowed with radiant pink.

"The Domains...they've broken." The last voice, much deeper, grave, and almost ancient in tone answered the third's question.

"Who are you?" The first voice asked, booming over all the others. These were the disembodied voices of Marduk, Enlil, Inanna, and Nergal - the four high Divinities. The shapers of our world.

She was transfixed in the ocean eyes. They were immeasurable, reflecting her own Shinkaigan [HER OWN] [HIS] his eye was immes. Deep ocean. Unfathomable His eye was unknowably deep. [UNCOMPREENSIBLE]. Her mind raced and converged into the void, the eyes staring back at her shifted sideways, and her mind followed, as reality bent like fire in a fuse. [CONVERGENCE]. She felt like her reality was drowning in [the simple gaze of Abzu] in the eyes that stared back at her. It was fighting, the eyes showed no strain, or strainingly showed his effort [DECEPTION?]. Sanity drifted and ebbed, like a tide, and yet she could not look away for an eternity MOMENT [a lifetime] Until the voices sounded-

Isabella's mind pulled herself from the mirror, as the coffins around her lit up in an ethereal glow. She didn't recognize any of the voices, yet they felt familiar at the same time. The four voices filled up the room, as Isabella's eyes unfocused from the mirror. The duality inside Isabelle clashed tremendously, her blood burned. She focused on the Hatred inside herself, a sentiment she called from since her youth, her Uchiha blood would have to come through and pull with it her humanity. If this rift had served any purpose, Isabella chose it to be how Abzu and his whispers served no one but itself, how Imeroth's corruption had stemmed from it. How delightful, that she had to pull from her bloodline hatred in order to pull herself to side with humanity, but at this point, despite how powerful her Shinkaigan self was, she had made her choice. The voices knew her stature as a Witness of Abzu, and pondered why they were alive. It was a gamble:

I am Isabella Uchiha, we need you.

She turned her back to the mirror, and towards the coffin. Her Shinkaigan flickered.

"Well she certainly has his eyes," the disembodied voice of Marduk, God of Justice, stated, recognizing Isabella's unique heritage. "We live in an unjust universe. No matter how hard we tried...it all came undone." Marduk lamented, saddened by the state of affairs as he could sense them without a body. "If only we hadn't been fooled...turned against once another in a pointless struggle."

"Pay no mind to his woes, Isabella. He's been like this since the day their armies were slaughtered in the depths of Irkalla." Inanna spoke with a slightly humorous tone, though her voice alone, disembodied, still radiated with silken beauty and femininity. "Though...we are bodiless. For us to leave this tomb we would need to occupy a vessel - something each of us had done at one point during the Great War."[/i] Inanna referred to the times when Divinities occupied their human creations' bodies. The prime example, one that decided the outcome of the war itself, was Marduk and Imeroth. Yet each of the Prime Divinities had done so at one point. Whoever their vessels had been none can say.

"Don't be foolish, Inanna. No human vessel could contain four divinities." Nergal responded in kind with skepticism, typical.

"Whatever we decide on we should do so quickly. Those that were fighting him..." Enlil paused as he sensed the Champions of Humanity cut down and butchered by Abzu. Perhaps he could feel it best because his physical heart's proximity was near the battle on the Dead Sea.

Your woes are not unfounded! Trickery is a god-slaying tool that can close the gap between seemingly unsurmountable tiers of power and topple countless empires. I do hope you won't overlook the power of Deception when you enter this battle.

She stood headfast. Isabella did not know if these gods were capable of peering into her mind, but at this point she didn't care. She laid her thoughts bare, fully fleshing out her Sage of Deceit title. Trickery and Deception flushed outwards, as her rational mind kept layering these god-forsaken acts not as sins but as tools, tools that have been forged and tempered throughout her life to their utmost limit. With a flourish of her hand, she unleashed a Genjutsu, hoping that the willingness of her targets, and their physical-less bodies, would be enough to see them.

( Genjutsu: Ba-doko-ru Ninnin ) Illusion Technique: Myriad of Mockingbirds
Rank: B
Type: Supplmentary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20 (-5 per turn) ( 30 ; Five Element Illusion: Takamabi )
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This is a very discrete genjutsu, both in it's casting and it's effect. To cast, the user simply needs to do an hand gesture, in the direction of the target. It doesn't change anything about surroundings with the exception of people, and the immediate terrain they're placed. In essence, it allows the user to change how someone perceives someone else, and even create illusionary copies of people the user knows. The illusion is complimented with slight changes to the terrain, like bending foliage, opening doors, etc, but only if manipulated by the illusionary people. It can also remove people from the target's perspective, or remove certain characteristics of someone within sensory range of the target. While inside the genjutsu, the target is free to move and speak, which the user is able to respond through any of the illusionary creations, or him/herself, case the user chooses not to disappear.
It masks slight ambient alteration by "hidden" people, such as footsteps and speech, but not techniques. Likewise, the illusionary people can't perform techniques, only speak and interact through body motions.

*Lasts 4 turns max*
*While using it, the user cannot use any additional Genjutsu on the target and is limited to 2 additional techniques per turn*
(Inton: Gogyou Gen) – Yin Release: Five Elements Illusion
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: N/A
Chakra: N/A (+50 chakra cost to applied technique)
Description: This technique allows the user to combine their elemental chakra with Yin Release in order to create stronger, more potent Genjutsu. When the user casts a Genjutsu, rather than using their raw chakra they will use one of the basic elemental natures, thus increasing the potency of the jutsu. This technique increases the technique it is applied to by one rank in strength; due to the massive infusion of chakra a Genjutsu empowered by the Five Elements Illusion can penetrate through any passive defense or subversive method against Genjutsu. By using nature chakra rather than raw chakra, the properties of the Genjutsu can change in accordance to that nature and become stronger. For example, using Crushing Snake Constriction with Fire Release chakra would make the snakes appear, feel, and sound as though they were on fire. The user is free to alter the effects of a Genjutsu within reason as long as the primary effects remain the same. Like other Yin-Yang infusions, this technique only increases the chakra within the technique by an additional rank in strength, or 10, whichever is higher.
Note: Can only be used 6 times per battle.
Note: Cannot be used on techniques above S-Rank.
Note: Yin Release Specialists and Yin-Yang users can use advanced elements and CE.

The illusion would be bolstered by her Yin speciality, and then further infused by the flames of Takamabi, which bent reality to her will. Images of herself throughout the years, and the characters that populated her life started streaming across the Tomb of Marduk's inner chamber, re-enacting conversations and monumental moments of her career. If the gods had not been able to deduce it already, through their omniscience and omnipresence, then Isabella would guide their perception: She would show Nefarian and all the Voidlords she had been in contact with. She would show Madara, and his selfish quest to gather the Bijuu and serve Imeroth. She would show the encounters with Abzu within her own mind and the Void, both through Void Specters, illusions, and feelings, taking shape through the illusory constructs she produced. Even her own conjectures, streamlined by her talks with Solomon, of how they would attempt to summon Tiamat, but would summon Abzu instead, even if Isabella would not be able to understand what that would entail.

Madara appeared very prominently in the recounting of her experiences, as the main perpetrator of their current situation. Isabella had not bothered to make this outpouring of information manageable or comprehensible to any human being. Her targets' minds were Divine, she did not have to explain or spend time to completely flesh out her memories and conjectures, nor her emotions. The illusion would feel like a split second of flashing images, but they would contain a bottomless wealth of Information.

If what you need is a vessel, and your enemies mastered Trickery and Deceit, then I do not care if it has never been successful before. I, the Sage of Deceit, Isabella Uchiha, will bring all 4 of you out of here with me, even if it costs my life afterwards!

The four Divinities remained silent, observing what Isabella wrought with her mind. While they were bodiless and entities not capable of being induced into a Genjutsu, they could still perceive her intent and the story she wove as Inanna reached out to her mind. "A noble sacrifice." Marduk observed, thinking back to when Imeroth had said something similar in nature. Would Isabella turn out the same? A vessel for not one but two Divine beings, though in very different fashions. With Imeroth, Marduk had been a partner. But with Abzu, Imeroth was nothing more than a puppet to manipulate from afar, a vessel not for his power but silken words.

Inanna, Enlil, and Nergal awaited Marduk's approval. Each further diffusing into a colorful mist-like energy that quickly filled the room. Marduk, through whatever psychic or divine connection he shared with his siblings, followed suite. Within moments Isabella would feel excruciating pain beyond belief. They converged.

Isabella felt the tether of her Genjutsu trying to latch on the voices, but felt no anchor. Regardless, it appeared her intent was being comprehended. A gentle aura touched her mind, the female voice, and praised her efforts. Throughout her story, Isabella had been in contact with the Gods of old, and the name Inanna came to her. Followed by Enlil, Nergal and finally Marduk. She felt their closeness and then... she felt pain.

Excruciating pain.

Isabella had been a master of pure Pain, and her blood gifts have further enhanced that power. With her Mangekyou Sharingan, she had acquired the power to bend Pain and Fear to her will, and sear it permanently onto her targets, through the egregious Kamiranshi, the Divine Immolation. But even she had to admit that this pain she felt was nowhere near what she had ever felt.

She felt pain that broke through her very existence.

And yet she pressed on. She endured. At the end, she didn't know if she was the same, or if she was even conscious. She opened her eyes, wondering if she would see the same room she had been on, or if she would open her eyes into a dream plane, her consciousness locked and her body wrenched from her control.

There was nothing inside the room. Isabella looked around, inside the coffins even. If there were ever any gods, no traces have been left. But, suddenly, everything crushed back into her consciousness. She fought to stay awake, as 4 divine entities flooded through her psyche, not just 4 lives, but a myriad of incomprehensible experiences, far older and than Isabella could even fathom.

But in all of the cacophony of their inner voices, clashing with her own, there seemed to be one purpose and one direction.
Isabella looked towards the mirror in the center of the room. She could not see Abzu anymore, but the Gods inside her head seemed to give context to whatever image was there.

She suddenly knew where to go.
