Sakura has bright pink hair, large green eyes, and fair skin. Sakura was often bullied due to her rather large forehead hence her nickname of "Billboard Brow", due to this she wore her bangs over her forehead in an attempt to cover it, though Ino encouraged her to wear her hair back. In Part I, Sakura wore a red qipao dress with white circular designs, with or without short sleeves, with a zipper, tight dark green shorts, standard ninja sandals, and a forehead protector which she used to accentuate her face.
In Part II, Sakura, now a chūnin, has donned a new attire consisting of a red top with the same design as the upper-half of her Part I outfit, with black gloves, black low-heel boots, black shorts, short grey apron skirt, and grey elbow protectors and forehead protector which is now on a red cloth. Her skirt and elbow protectors are pink in the anime. Sakura is now also armed with a tantō which she wears above her medical pouch. When she's not on a mission, she wears her regular red shirt, with a light yellow shirt under it, and a navy-coloured skirt. In this outfit, she still wears her low-heel boots. She later dons the uniform of the Allied Shinobi Forces inclusive of a Konohagakure flak jacket, albeit opting to wear a skirt instead of pants and her regular boots. She later changes her skirt to pants to assist the medic unit. During the battle against the Ten-Tails, having stored up chakra for over three years, Sakura obtained a rhombus mark on her forehead similar Tsunade's, known as the Strength of a Hundred Seal.
Another notable trait of Sakura's appearance is her hair. At the series' beginning, Sakura's hair was very long (when she was young, there was a rumour that Sasuke was attracted to girls with long hair). After Sakura began to protect the unconscious bodies of Sasuke and Naruto after their battle with Orochimaru, Kin Tsuchi grabbed Sakura's hair and taunted her for paying more attention to her appearance than practising her technique. Kin kept Sakura captive, holding her tightly by the hair and forcing her to watch Zaku Abumi attack Lee. This caused Sakura to cut her hair to release Kin's hold on her, and determinedly attacking Team Dosu with a new goal of surpassing her team-mates. Her hair was very short and messy that time. After the battle, Ino cuts Sakura's hair to make it neater. During the time she trained with Tsunade after the Chūnin Exams, she had let her hair grow back but has since then cut it again in favour of her new, shoulder-length hairstyle. Like Shizune, she also has the tendency to pin her hair up in a ponytail when working.
Personality:
As a child, Sakura lacked self-confidence and was highly self-conscious about her large forehead. As such, she would cover her forehead with her bangs. It was not until she met Ino Yamanaka who would later defend her against her bullies and tell her that if she hid her forehead, it would only make it stand out more. It was after this that the two became inseparable friends and Sakura started to become more bold and self-confident. As a student, Sakura was noted to be an honour student, and even to this day, Sakura's scholastic intelligence is hardly rivalled by any of her peers. Despite this, however, just like most preteen girls, Sakura was more interested in her looks as opposed to practising her ninja skills, something that she was scolded for by Kin. As such, she became a selfish individual and even developed a rivalry with her best friend Ino, referring to her as "Ino-pig".

(Byakugō no In) White Strength Seal

Description:
The Byakugō no In is a powerful sealing technique used by Tsunade and later taught to Sakura. By storing chakra over a period of time, the user creates a seal on their forehead which keeps the chakra undisturbed for future use. Once the seal is formed and is fully filled, the users already impressive chakra control allows them to fully access their chakra and as such produce a greater physical strength or perform techniques without any wasted stamina or chakra. The effort to fuel the chakra into the seal is such that when it finally becomes full, the user can re direct his focus and his chakra to his body once more, taking full advantage of it and its own chakra control. To release the seal, one uses the command Infūin: Kai (White Seal: Release), pumping the stored chakra back into the body, greatly increasing chakra flow. The release command will open the seal and allow the stored chakra to pump back into her body. The seal has two levels of release which enable the use of specific techniques unique to Tsunade:
-Level 1: User partially opens the seal, which makes the markings of the White Seal spread around her face. The Chakra that flows from the Seal (adding 500 chakra points) powers Tsunade's physical abilities, increasing her already chakra enhanced enormous strength to monstrous levels, adding another +15 to her Taijutsu. Her medical techniques are boosted in both speed and effectiveness (heals twice as much, twice as fast). This level enables her the ability to use (Sōzō Saisei) Creation Rebirth on herself or on others through Katsuyu.
-Level 2: After releasing Level 1 of the White Seal, the user forces the seal to open completely. Upon release, the markings of the white seal spread around Tsunade's body. This level unleashes the full chakra contained in the White Seal (adding 1000 chakra points), boosting her physical abilities, strength and power to unimaginable levels. Her Taijutsu gains another additional +25 boost in damage and her medical techniques gain a tremendous boost in speed and effectiveness (adds twice as much healing as before, twice as fast). This level enables her the ability to use the (Byakugō no Jutsu) Strength of a Hundred Technique on her self or through Katsuyu on others.

Description: The absolute pinnacle of medical ninjutsu, created by the greatest of medical ninja, Tsunade, it is one of the two ultimate regeneration technique. By releasing the first level of her White Strength Seal, she stimulates the body's proteins to increase cell division reconstructing all organs and all tissues making up the human body. The technique itself does not regenerate the old cells, rather it hastens the creation of new ones through division. If this technique is used, a body whose vital organs are so gravely injured that it cannot bear it any longer will be instantly restored to its uninjured state. As long as the user has chakra and is conscious it is impossible for her to die by any means, which means that as such she gains a form of "immortality" throughout the duration of the technique. However, a body's cells can only split a certain number of times in a lifetime, and by speeding up this process, Tsunade is basically shortening her natural lifespan. Also, the user must control the technique consciously, willing it to happen and controlling every aspect of the healing, taking a great deal of concentration and chakra control to keep active.

Description: This is a forbidden technique that is accessible to those who have mastered the Creation Rebirth technique, and as such, is only known to and usable by Tsunade and Sakura. While very similar in nature to its parent technique — which facilitates the regeneration of injuries through accelerated cell division — it however does not require the use of hand seals, meaning the users wounds begin to heal as soon as they are inflicted. That is to say that where the Creation Rebirth technique needs the users conscious input to both activate and define the duration of the healing process, any wound sustained while this technique is in effect will begin recovery automatically, with no voluntary control from her part. With this technique active, the user is virtually immune to physical damage and doesn't need any sort of control over the healing process, enabling healing to happen even if she isn't conscious. The speed of healing is, because of it, greatly enhanced and perfected when compared to Creation Rebirth. To such an extent that she is able to heal internal organs completely in a matter of mere moments.
Note: Can only be used after the release of the second level of White Strength Seal and lasts a maximum of 4 turns.

History:
Sakura Haruno (春野サクラ, Haruno Sakura) is one of the main characters in the series. She is a chūnin-level kunoichi of Konohagakure, a talented medical-nin, and a member of the original Team Kakashi. While at first she was described as being virtually useless and weak, her resilience and her sheer will power allowed her to grow into a powerful kunoichi. Initially Sakura was described as being a "Genjutsu-type ninja", basically a ninja with the innate ability to use Genjutsu and recognize it, something that requires less chakra than elemental Ninjutsu and less physical prowess than Taijutsu or Kenjutsu but requires a higher level of chakra control. However, by becoming a pupil under Tsunade, the Fifth Hokage, Sakura used her innate immense chakra control to learn medical arts and Tsunade's trademark inhumane strength. This last skill was what has, so far, been the most noteworthy combat ability that Sakura has displayed. Often used for comedic relief, her strength is such that she can easily break through most earthen structures and create huge craters on the ground from punches or kicks. Sakura's abilities and dedication were such that she even surpassed Shizune, one of the most talented pupils of Tsunade. Her mental resilience is also on the highest level, being able to repel Ino's mental control by sheer will power. As she grew and learned more from her sensei, Sakura became an expert user of Chakra Enhanced Strength, to a level that rivals Tsunade, while learning both tactical skills (such as evasion, planning and battle assessment) and medical arts to a level unprecedented in a Kunoichi of the Leaf. Sakura's skill and dedication is such that she managed to learn and master Tsunade's White Strength seal and its related techniques to a level that surpassed even its creator. Because Sakura doesn't have to spend chakra in order to maintain a youthful appearance, once the seal if full, she can fully use her chakra to boost her physical strength and her medical techniques. Eventually, Sakura signed the Slug Contract and became able to summon Katsuyu.

Lightning Affinity:
Sakura’s main elemental affinity is raition. Sakura is able to use lightning jutsu with a single hand seal. Some even say that she was on par with some of the best raition users in kumogakure.
Wind Affinity:
Sakura is one of the rare ninjas of the current generation that is able to use two elements as if it was child’s play. She isn’t able to perform wind jutsus with one hand seal like the lightning element, but she can perform the hand seals at a much faster rate than what he does for the other elements. She gain a liking to this element shortly after witnessing its power from shinobis, her reaction time and speed even increase to the point where he has a slightly faster reaction time than normal ninjas.
Kenjutsu:
Sakura was train in kenjutsu by two teachers; Vision and Cobalt. Some time before her last months of being a villager of kumogakure, the sandaime raikage; Gin agreed to teach her a higher degree of kenjutsu. Sakura train vigorously with 3 other pupils of gin; the Sandaime amekage – Fuu ( <3 ), the Rokudaime Tsuchikage – Roy Mustang, and a random konoha villager – Lancer.

Sakura also carries a variety of weapons in her pouch and others that are strap to her waist. Several kunais, shurikens, flash bombs, smoke bombs and explosive tags are in the pouches. She also has a small gas mask that he can place around her face to breathe inside poisonous gases or regular smoke. Strap in an ‘X’ like fashion across his back are two medium size swords and one long sword strap to the side of his waist.
