A great defense to prevent most stealth attacks. Despite its great defensive purpose, it does not extend to S/T phasing (Obito ability). A by-product of using this technique is that anything inside/merged into a medium will be forcefully surfaced from the ground if the user's chakra overpowers their own. This technique is an alternative performance of the Shadow Clone Technique in which the user will create a bladed weapon out of one of the basic five elements, but with a twist. It gives of the impression of a normal elemental bladed weapon, but hidden within the chakra is a shadow clone of that decided element. Once the weapon is created within the users hand (at this time depending on the element chosen the user will receive some effects from it, example if they picked fire they would receive minor burns from holding the weapon) - from there the user will throw the elemental bladed weapon, at any time the user can perform one hand seal to release the elemental shadow clone from the elemental blade, if so the clone will grasp hold of the blade and fight. This technique is best used as an assassin technique; getting the sword behind the opponent and stabbing them from behind. The speed at which the user performs this technique has given the illusion that the user is using Space–Time Ninjutsu on more than one occasion. It has red eyes, a cream-colored beak, and four spikes on the back of its head. There is a small, red gem on its forehead. It has webbed hands and feet, and its body is especially adapted to have a hydrodynamic shape with a long tail that it uses as a rudder to steer. Golduck is a fast summoning, moving at Kage rank speed normally and twice this when underwater. The gem on its foreheads glows when it uses its psychic powers, and occasionally when it swims at full speed. Golduck is capable of using all Water jutsu up to S rank and has the special ability of Telekinesis, allowing him to throw items nearby at the foe, ranging from rocks, to trees, to even breaking chunks of the earth with it, though he isn't able to use it directly on an opponent. He also has the ability of Aqua Tail where he channels Suiton chakra around his tail to form a massive coating of condensed water that he slams into his opponent at high speeds, dealing massive damage. The converted skin while slightly differing based on the material mimicking, for the most part provides a quick and durable defense to physical based attacks and heat based techniques of the same rank without any harm to the user. Yet with no difference in weight or bulkiness and therefore does not hamper the users movements in anyway. Also similar to its derived technique it constantly reforms as long as the user has physical contact with the material. Requiring the opponent to neutralize it with a technique of equal rank to completely stop the reformation rather then end it for a moment. Something to note is the technique despite being a defensive one, logically allows a minor enhancement to the offensive capabilities of the user. Capable of being used in a manner similar to earth spear, such as using ones hand to pierce the opponent. An additional perk of the technique is despite being a ninjutsu the mechanics of the technique are capable of being produced through earth release if the user is skilled enough in the element.
