Silly children, yall should be in school.

Tear ducts are what make you cry, not your eyeballs. And the tear ducts aren't attached to the eye ball so when he gave his eye to Kakashi the tear ducts didn't go with it.

I also saw where guy challenged kakashi in episode eternal rival, guy had a konoha headband on his waist proving he's a genin where as in episode papa's youth he had no konoha headband proving he had not yet graduated from the academy before he challenged kakashi
