[B]Description[/B]: The user performs 3 handseals and releases an extremely thin near invisible web of lightning chakra surrounded by a barrier of similar proportions that spreads across the battlefield at ground level and along surfaces walls, weapons, terrain features. It carries no charge and deals no damage in its making it completely almost undetectable to visual tracking (though Dojutsu and chakra sensory may still detect it) but can be heard as a low buzzing hum (like a refrigerator) . The web acts as a conductor for foreign chakra, absorbing the chakra of any technique is formed within its range and redirecting that technique will charging it with lighting. The shock adds +20 damage to the conducted technique and delivers it back to the opponent essentially turning the opponent's own techniques against them before they can release them. Redirected techniques are done at its base damage.

[B]Note[/B]: Can only be used 2 times, with a cool down after deactivation for three turns. No A Rank and above Lightning Techniques in the same nor next turn after activation.
[B]Note[/B]: Web remains active for 3 turns, but redirecting a technique can only be utilized once per turn and counts as a moveslot.
[B]Note[/B]: Works within the S&W of Lightning Release, meaning S Rank Techniques Lightning is strong against, A rank to neutral and B Rank to elements Lighting is weak against. Any technique that carries more than 40 chakra (excluding S Ranks weak to Lightning) remains unaffected by the webs in question.[/Spoiler]
