This doesn't do great damage by itself, but it's true potential is released when it is used on a water source/or in conjunction with a water technique/or an opponent's water technique. When combined with water, it turns into a liquidy substance, expelling enough heat to ignite combustible materials, as well as drying and hardening quickly into cement which traps the opponent within it. Basically, it can be used to turn chakra/chakra-less water into cement.
Note: Can only be taught by Naruto.
Note: Can only be used twice per battle.
Note: No Lava techniques above A-Rank in the same turn.
