The user moulds their chakra within their hand(s) (Up to two blades per use), and fashions a chakra blade (looks like a normal katana) that looks real (dojutsu will see the chakra but won't know its effects) but infact it is intangible and would do no damage when used in an attack. These blades are used mostly for feint attacks but when added with the Samurai Sabre Skill they can become quite deadly. The user will unsheathe their blade and walk or run past their opponent and will slash his front and back at such a speed that an opponent may not be able to tell whether he was attacked from the front or the back and even an outside observer may find it impossible to tell what the movements are. But, they soon developed a countermeasure that helped them combat the ever-growing amount of Ninjutsu users: infusing their armor with their own chakra. By releasing their spirit into their armor (400 chakra), Samurai infuse their armor with special properties, dropping all energy based damage by 25% and all physical damage by 50%. This works by creating an invisible overshield of chakra around the Samurai’s body - specifically fortifying their armor-to help protect them. Due to the spiritual nature of this technique, harmonizing the Samurai’s life energies with their armor, and bringing the user’s Bushido to the forefront of their mind, it also boost the prowess of the Samurai in battle.</p><p>*This technique only last for so long, regarding this formula: [400 – x], where “x” is the chakra cost of the jutsu that hits the user. Throughout their lifetime of its use and synchronization with the warrior they bless it with their chakra and it becomes spiritually stored within their sword. A samurai may call upon this power in desperate measures returning to the wielders body as an external energy. This power is capable of pushing out any intruding chakra into their body and render it useless. such as a genjutsu technique. He met the fire temple monks who he eventually became friends with, they taught him the basics of elemental chakra and through heavy meditation and reaching a state of spiritual zen he learnt to unlock his elemental chakra for a moment which he eventually came to master. Not knowing handseals he still could not use ninjutsu but he could channel the elemental chakra like he normally would with normal chakra [Samurai Sabre Skill]. The user accesses their chakra, making energy and pure chakra so that they can manipulate it for many uses, even outside of battle (making a cloud of energy to ride on; making a key out of energy to pick a lock). The amount of energy and the power of the energy depends on the user’s rank in the Kiyoshi Clan (Novices will have extremely weak energy while Sages will have extremely powerful energy). The color of the energy can change with the user’s mood, but only when they have learned to become in tune with the energy. This is a technique well known by Kiyoshi Warriors and above. The weapons can either be made in such a way that they create a pulsing effect, pushing the opponent away violently, when the weapon makes contact, or they can greatly concentrate it to increase its cutting ability.</p><p>~Must be a Kiyoshi Warrior and up[/spoiler]</p><p></p><p><strong>(Haru no Nori: Gojiki)- Ride of Spring: Five Seasons</strong></p><p>[spoiler]Type: Supplementary</p><p>Rank: B</p><p>Range: N/A</p><p>Chakra Cost: 20</p><p>Damage: (+10 to energy techniques)</p><p>Description: The user focuses elemental chakra into their energy and pure chakra, while at the same time keeping it pure. This causes their energy to be stronger and also have an effect based on the 5 elements (fire, water, earth, lightning, wind). They are able to greatly enhance their ability, causing their hands and feet to glow constantly and more brightly with a more explosive or implosive effect when attacks connect. This attack can blow off body parts.</p><p>Note: Must be a member of the Kiyoshi Clan to use</p><p>~Must be a Kiyoshi General to use[/spoiler]</p><p></p><p><strong>Seishin no Sokumen | Aspect of Spirit</strong></p><p>[spoiler]Type: Supplementary</p><p>Rank: S</p><p>Range: N/A</p><p>Chakra: 40</p><p>Damage: N/A (+20 Kiyoshi Techniques)</p><p>Description: The Aspect of Spirit Technique is an ability that is an integral part of the highest form of training a Kiyoshi can undergo. It is a complex technique based on the principle of enlightenment. The process involves converting one's body to Energy, essentially turning the user into what is known as an Energy Spirit, completely in tune with nature and spirit. Because there is no physical component to this technique, as Kiyoshi Energy is entirely different from chakra, the user does not technically exist in the physical realm but remains in a state of being in a spiritual world that is both adjacent to and overlaps with the physical world. This concept is central to the Aspect of Spirit. Namely, because the user does not exist in the physical world, they cannot interact with the purely physical world either. This serves as both an advantage and a downside to the technique because the user can only interact with natural or spiritual entities; thus, purely physical attacks are entirely useless against the user and will appear to pass through the user as though he/she is not present. More importantly, as chakra consists of both spiritual and physical energies, when the user interacts with any such Ninjutsu, they will only be able to feel the effect of the spiritual aspect of said technique, effectively halving the damage of all Chakra based Ninjutsu. Conversely, because the user does not exist in a physical state of being, he/she is also incapable of utilizing <strong>Ninjutsu or Genjutsu</strong>, trading their physical aspect for natural and spiritual harmony (essentially heightening their sense, agility, and increasing the strength of all Kiyoshi Techniques by 20). The technique reacts oddly to Genjutsu, as the effects indeed manifest but do not put any mental strain on the user. Taijutsu and Kenjutsu are almost completely useless against the user in this state, as the user's spirit cannot interact with physical constructs; however, Taijutsu and Kenjutsu techniques that are charged with chakra, such as the Samurai's Sabre Technique, can and will damage the user through the chakra itself. Kenjutsu and Taijutsu techniques with a clear emphasis on spiritual energy will thus be fully effective against users of this technique, though this does not include the Eight Celestial Gates. While utilizing the Aspect of Spirit technique, basic Taijutsu is altered. Because the user cannot interact with opponent’s physical body, successfully landed attacks have the effect of instead sapping the opponent’s spiritual energy from them, resulting in a loss of mental fortitude, willpower, and stamina. This is, however, a dangerous endeavor for the user to embark upon because the opponent cannot be staggered physically and the user is still susceptible to any chakra-based Taijutsu or Kenjutsu techniques used by the opponent. Senjutsu, due it’s use of natural energy, is fully effective against users of this technique as well, forgoing all other physical components (for example, a Frog Kata enabled punch will phase through the spirit but the natural energy aura will take full effect). Genjutsu that work by oversaturating the targets senses with stimuli (like pain based Genjutsu or Fear related Genjutsu as well as other forms of over stimulation of the senses, basically, "mayhem" inducing illusions), S-Rank and above, will be twice as effective against the user if he doesn't revert to his physical form, inducing heavy mental strain, extreme difficulty seeing (as the colors the user perceives will be too vivid and vibrant), and a great lack of stamina which causes the user to drag in speed and reduces the length of this technique by a full turn.As the spiritual world has a multi-layered structure that is not bound by physics, the user is capable of traversing the battlefield as a spirit does, without regard for gravity. While they may, thus, move to different altitudes freely, this aspect of the technique is less like flight and more accurately described as phasing through the fabric of space without hindrance. The user is also able to move through the ground, albeit for only a few seconds at a time, but phasing through space cannot be used to avoid techniques with wide ranges (i.e. the user must still properly defend or correctly evade).</p><p>Note: This technique can be used twice and for a for a maximum of 4 turns. He will turn bloodthirsty, aggressive,sadist and won't be affected by any pain the opponent may cause to him (it's just like the user turned into an animal only with the instinct of survival). The net upon touching something, quickly closes up, similar to a Venus Fly Trap, trying to crush the object within the net. This jutsu is perfect at capturing enemies without having to do heavy battle as the net is created from the densest Kaguya bones, making it near unbreakable (those with strength of the first gate and higher will be able to break free or those who use focused elemental techniques of S rank and above on it ). The bone then travels with great speed towards the target with a sonic wave of lightning (wave is around the size of a car as well as wide as the front of a car) behind it from the initial blast. The jutsu in its entirety takes around three seconds to form. The user can create two fingertip-bullets at once, one on his index and one on his middle finger, with both being fired at the same time. This technique, instead of aiding in spreading further destruction, aids in tactical applications to cause confusion to opposing forces. Through the use of Bakuton chakra the user is capable of manipulating explosions which they will produce over the next three turns. This added manipulation allows the user to cause the inferno produced by the explosions to manipulate the natural light of the battlefield and explosion causing the explosions to work similarly to flash bombs. The radius of the affected area varies depending on the power and size of the explosion. Essentially, explosions which extend to short range will be capable of blinding those within mid-range. Thus the technique is capable of causing a flash within one range higher than the explosion itself. Of course, in the case of long-range explosions this matters little. While this technique is active the user is able to determine whether an explosion will produce a flash. The blinding effects of an explosion under Imperial Radiance simply last for the duration equivalent to that of an average flash bomb. Because the explosions occur at the user’s volition they are able to briefly close their eyes and time it with the flash of light in order to prevent their own blinding. The chakra typically will take an orange, yellow, or crimson color in its form; although this color characteristic is largely cosmetic and can be influenced by external techniques which influence light or coloration in explosions. The Explosive chakra can be shaped and formed in accordance to the user’s wishes. Like all Explosion Release techniques the chakra will detonate when coming in contact with an opposing force or solid matter. Alternatively the user can keep the chakra inert allowing it to interact with matter and forces without detonating. This requires the user to be aware of the interaction though. The explosions produced by Imperial Armament can be angled away from the user’s position to negate damage and recoil. A and S-Rank applications of this technique require the use of ten chakra per turn for their sustainment. S-Rank explosions produced by Armament create an explosion spanning mid-range from its impact location. The user is also capable of producing multiple objects through the usage of Imperial Armament; their collective strength always being equivalent to the applied rank. S-Rank applications can be used three times per battle and cannot be used in consecutive turns. In the case of freeform explosive tags the user is able to infuse a single, or multiple explosive tags, with their Bakuton chakra in order to increase the power of the explosion as well as their ability to manipulate the explosion. In the case of the increased power this technique will allow for a D - S ranked infusion capable of varying levels of destruction. For infusions at D to B-Rank the explosive tags in question will be capable of delivering an explosion reflecting their rank in damage spanning over short-range around them. For explosive tags infused with Bakuton chakra at A-Rank the explosions produced will be capable of inflicting A-Rank damage and spanning over mid-range around them. For S-Rank applications of this technique produce enormous explosions capable of reaching into mid-range from the explosive tag, able to deliver enormous amounts of damage equivalent to S-Rank in the afflicted area. If multiple explosive tags are infused with Bakuton chakra their total strength will reflect the degree of chakra applied. As such, if four explosive tags are thrown and infused at B-Rank strength then each will possess D-Rank strength, collectively B-Rank.</p><p></p><p>This second application of this technique allows the user to infuse Bakuton chakra into ninjutsu techniques applying explosive tags to inflict damage. This second application of Minister’s Bureaucracy will increase the chakra cost of the technique it is applied to by 10. In the case of this application the rank applied will be equivalent to the ninjutsu technique and produce an enhanced explosion resulting in an increase of +20 damage to the technique in question. For example, if Falling Paper Bomb is used then the technique will become Bakuton natured. It will also gain a bonus 20 damage from the increased power of the explosions created. Both applications of Minister’s Bureaucracy will produce explosions that are naturally angled away from the user thus preventing damage and negating recoil. Note: Must be a member of the Kiyoshi Clan to use ~Must be a Kiyoshi General to use[/spoiler] [B]Seishin no Sokumen | Aspect of Spirit[/B] [spoiler]Type: Supplementary Rank: S Range: N/A Chakra: 40 Damage: N/A (+20 Kiyoshi Techniques) Description: The Aspect of Spirit Technique is an ability that is an integral part of the highest form of training a Kiyoshi can undergo. It is a complex technique based on the principle of enlightenment. The process involves converting one's body to Energy, essentially turning the user into what is known as an Energy Spirit, completely in tune with nature and spirit. Because there is no physical component to this technique, as Kiyoshi Energy is entirely different from chakra, the user does not technically exist in the physical realm but remains in a state of being in a spiritual world that is both adjacent to and overlaps with the physical world. This concept is central to the Aspect of Spirit. Namely, because the user does not exist in the physical world, they cannot interact with the purely physical world either. This serves as both an advantage and a downside to the technique because the user can only interact with natural or spiritual entities; thus, purely physical attacks are entirely useless against the user and will appear to pass through the user as though he/she is not present. More importantly, as chakra consists of both spiritual and physical energies, when the user interacts with any such Ninjutsu, they will only be able to feel the effect of the spiritual aspect of said technique, effectively halving the damage of all Chakra based Ninjutsu. Conversely, because the user does not exist in a physical state of being, he/she is also incapable of utilizing [B]Ninjutsu or Genjutsu[/B], trading their physical aspect for natural and spiritual harmony (essentially heightening their sense, agility, and increasing the strength of all Kiyoshi Techniques by 20). The technique reacts oddly to Genjutsu, as the effects indeed manifest but do not put any mental strain on the user. Taijutsu and Kenjutsu are almost completely useless against the user in this state, as the user's spirit cannot interact with physical constructs; however, Taijutsu and Kenjutsu techniques that are charged with chakra, such as the Samurai's Sabre Technique, can and will damage the user through the chakra itself. Kenjutsu and Taijutsu techniques with a clear emphasis on spiritual energy will thus be fully effective against users of this technique, though this does not include the Eight Celestial Gates. While utilizing the Aspect of Spirit technique, basic Taijutsu is altered. Because the user cannot interact with opponent’s physical body, successfully landed attacks have the effect of instead sapping the opponent’s spiritual energy from them, resulting in a loss of mental fortitude, willpower, and stamina. This is, however, a dangerous endeavor for the user to embark upon because the opponent cannot be staggered physically and the user is still susceptible to any chakra-based Taijutsu or Kenjutsu techniques used by the opponent. Senjutsu, due it’s use of natural energy, is fully effective against users of this technique as well, forgoing all other physical components (for example, a Frog Kata enabled punch will phase through the spirit but the natural energy aura will take full effect). Genjutsu that work by oversaturating the targets senses with stimuli (like pain based Genjutsu or Fear related Genjutsu as well as other forms of over stimulation of the senses, basically, "mayhem" inducing illusions), S-Rank and above, will be twice as effective against the user if he doesn't revert to his physical form, inducing heavy mental strain, extreme difficulty seeing (as the colors the user perceives will be too vivid and vibrant), and a great lack of stamina which causes the user to drag in speed and reduces the length of this technique by a full turn.As the spiritual world has a multi-layered structure that is not bound by physics, the user is capable of traversing the battlefield as a spirit does, without regard for gravity. While they may, thus, move to different altitudes freely, this aspect of the technique is less like flight and more accurately described as phasing through the fabric of space without hindrance. The user is also able to move through the ground, albeit for only a few seconds at a time, but phasing through space cannot be used to avoid techniques with wide ranges (i.e. the user must still properly defend or correctly evade). He will turn bloodthirsty, aggressive,sadist and won't be affected by any pain the opponent may cause to him (it's just like the user turned into an animal only with the instinct of survival). A layer of bone will cover his body and multiple spikes will come out of the user's head, back, arms and legs. His strength will increase so much that his taijutsu attacks deal +10 attack. All of his chakra will convert to his Shikotsumyaku techniques wich will also do +10 damage and to one element (the element doesn't get any power ups). As the bones fly through the air, they will rotate and drill into their target once they make contact. Because of the Kaguya Clan's fast regenerative abilities, the rate of fire from and supply of bones can become limitless. Due to being from the foot, they have the advantage of being a great sneak attack as the enemy would not expect the attack to come, opening up a range of possible attacks afterward. Pelvic Thrust Cannon|Kotsuban Tsuppari Taihou Rank: S Range: Short-Mid Chakra Cost: 40 Damage Points: 80 Description: The user focuses his calcium into the bones of his pelvis and makes a thrusting motion at the enemy. By doing this action, he forces out the bones of that area, releasing a cannon ball shot of bones at the enemy. The force of the cannon is so great that if hit in close range, it will break the bones of the enemy and cause severe and possibly lethal internal damage to the organs and bones of the enemy. If hit in mid range, it will cause enough damage to the enemy, to slow their movements for one turn and cause much muscle pain from impact. After using, the user's leg's movement will be slowed for the rest of the turn and the turn afterwards due to the bones having to grow back. *Can only be used by Kaguya Clan Members* *Can only be used twice and with a waiting period in between of at least 3 turns* *after using, the user cannot use any Shikotsumyaku jutsus that relate to the bones of the lower body for two turns* *Can only be taught by Lord of Kaos* One Point Bone/Lightning Bullet (Ichi Ikkaku Hone/Denkou Tama) Rank: Forbidden Type: Offensive Range: Short-Long Chakra Cost: 50 Damage: 90 (-20 to the user from initial explosion) Description: The user will point his arm out towards a target. After doing so, he will then form a "gun" shape with his fingers (thumb pointing upwards with index and middle fingers pointing towards target). Using the basis of Tenshi Sendan, the user will begin to develop a fingertip from his hand that he doesn't shoot outwards but it rather 'sits' at the edge of his fingers. The user will then infuse lightning chakra around and behind the bone, making it have lightning chakra imbibed into it. The user then forcefully releases it with a loud explosion that forces the user and everything within short range backwards several feet (explosion generated from lightning). The bone then travels with great speed towards the target with a sonic wave of lightning (wave is around the size of a car as well as wide as the front of a car) behind it from the initial blast. The jutsu in its entirety takes around three seconds to form. The user can create two fingertip-bullets at once, one on his index and one on his middle finger, with both being fired at the same time. The only noticeable difference is that their are two large lightning waves coming at the enemy and the user is noticeable damaged (fingertips burned, cannot perform any other jutsus that require hand seals that turn due to this). The lightning wave reaches the enemy a few seconds after the fingertip does. One would then run towards the opponent, and by simply releasing said Sound chakra, create a tangible blast of Sound from the soles of one's feet. The frequency of the Sound released differs, two different frequencies on each feet. When they are spontaneously released, they resonate and create a controlled explosion, which blasts the user forward with greater speed. This can be used in conjunction with Taijutsu, or simply as a method of dodging from faster attacks. The technique simply releases the burst for a short period, and doesn't increase the user's reaction speed, simply allows them to move faster than usual, at speeds without Leg Weights. The main difference between this explosive tag and the normal explosive tag is that, on the right side of this particular type of Explosive tag, the FTG seal is present. This enables the user to perform FTG seal based techniques with this explosive tag. Another thing to note is that, the FTG that is placed is quite big such that it will be easy for others to differentiate it from other normal explosive tags like Minato's FTG kunais. However only a person with FTG knowledge will know that it's an FTG seal that is present in it. Once the tag goes off and explodes, the FTG seal preset will be nullified and becomes useless. [B]Ninpo/Hiraishin : Bakuhatsu odoroki ♚ Ninja arts/Flying Thunder God : Explosive surprise ♚[/B] Type: Offensive Rank: S rank Range: Short - Long ( Short - Mid ) Chakra: 40 Damage: 80 Description: A combination concept of "the replacement technique" along with "Hiraishin no jutsu". When the user is right about to be teleported, He replaces himself with 20 - 30 explosive tags infused with the user's chakra in it, in his current position before teleporting to another marked location. These explosive tags theater itself together with the chakra present in it covering an area of the circumference of the user's body such that it appears as a explosive tagged replica of the user. Now this tethered tag can be used in two ways - One way of using this is, These tags can be simply made to explode with a single special hand seal like Deidara's Katsu creating a violent massive explosion with a short range radius. If any target is present within short range of the tags, the user can manipulate the tags to quickly attach itself to the target, surround his entirety and explode or just explode. - Another way is, By maintaining the special hand seal, these explosive tags can be controlled in order to reach anywhere within mid rage and explode in the desired location. Due to the chakra coating in these explosive tags, they have the property to easily slash/ slightly penetrate through human/summon's flesh and then explode in order to increase the intensity of the damage. The penetrative property is low hence even a C ranked armour can protect from the piercing attack of the explosive tags. This technique, instead of aiding in spreading further destruction, aids in tactical applications to cause confusion to opposing forces. Through the use of Bakuton chakra the user is capable of manipulating explosions which they will produce over the next three turns. This added manipulation allows the user to cause the inferno produced by the explosions to manipulate the natural light of the battlefield and explosion causing the explosions to work similarly to flash bombs. The radius of the affected area varies depending on the power and size of the explosion. Essentially, explosions which extend to short range will be capable of blinding those within mid-range. Thus the technique is capable of causing a flash within one range higher than the explosion itself. Of course, in the case of long-range explosions this matters little. While this technique is active the user is able to determine whether an explosion will produce a flash. The blinding effects of an explosion under Imperial Radiance simply last for the duration equivalent to that of an average flash bomb. Because the explosions occur at the user’s volition they are able to briefly close their eyes and time it with the flash of light in order to prevent their own blinding. Imperial Radiance can be used three times per battle and lasts for three turns. [B](Bakuton: Teikoku Busō) – Explosion Release: Imperial Armament[/B] Type: Offensive, Defensive, Supplementary Rank: C – S Range: Short – Long Chakra: 15 – 40 (-10 per turn) Damage: 30 – 80 Description: This technique allows the user to produce Explosive chakra from their body or within short-range around their location. The chakra typically will take an orange, yellow, or crimson color in its form; although this color characteristic is largely cosmetic and can be influenced by external techniques which influence light or coloration in explosions. The Explosive chakra can be shaped and formed in accordance to the user’s wishes. Like all Explosion Release techniques the chakra will detonate when coming in contact with an opposing force or solid matter. Alternatively the user can keep the chakra inert allowing it to interact with matter and forces without detonating. This requires the user to be aware of the interaction though. The explosions produced by Imperial Armament can be angled away from the user’s position to negate damage and recoil. A and S-Rank applications of this technique require the use of ten chakra per turn for their sustainment. S-Rank explosions produced by Armament create an explosion spanning mid-range from its impact location. The user is also capable of producing multiple objects through the usage of Imperial Armament; their collective strength always being equivalent to the applied rank. S-Rank applications can be used three times per battle and cannot be used in consecutive turns. When the S-Rank version is used, no S-Rank or above Blast Release techniques in the user's next turn. [B](Bakuton: Daijin Kanryō) – Explosion Release: Minister’s Bureaucracy[/B] Type: Offensive, Defensive, Supplementary Rank: D – S Range: N/A Chakra: 10 – 40 / N/A (+10 chakra cost to applied techniques) Damage: 20 – 80 / N/A (+20) Description: Minister’s Bureaucracy is an Explosion Release technique designed to infuse explosive tags with the user’s Bakuton chakra. This technique has two different applications – that of applied freeform explosive tags and that of ninjutsu based techniques which apply paper tags in order to inflict damage. In the case of freeform explosive tags the user is able to infuse a single, or multiple explosive tags, with their Bakuton chakra in order to increase the power of the explosion as well as their ability to manipulate the explosion. In the case of the increased power this technique will allow for a D - S ranked infusion capable of varying levels of destruction. For infusions at D to B-Rank the explosive tags in question will be capable of delivering an explosion reflecting their rank in damage spanning over short-range around them. For explosive tags infused with Bakuton chakra at A-Rank the explosions produced will be capable of inflicting A-Rank damage and spanning over mid-range around them. For S-Rank applications of this technique produce enormous explosions capable of reaching into mid-range from the explosive tag, able to deliver enormous amounts of damage equivalent to S-Rank in the afflicted area. If multiple explosive tags are infused with Bakuton chakra their total strength will reflect the degree of chakra applied. As such, if four explosive tags are thrown and infused at B-Rank strength then each will possess D-Rank strength, collectively B-Rank. This second application of this technique allows the user to infuse Bakuton chakra into ninjutsu techniques applying explosive tags to inflict damage. This second application of Minister’s Bureaucracy will increase the chakra cost of the technique it is applied to by 10. In the case of this application the rank applied will be equivalent to the ninjutsu technique and produce an enhanced explosion resulting in an increase of +20 damage to the technique in question. For example, if Falling Paper Bomb is used then the technique will become Bakuton natured. It will also gain a bonus 20 damage from the increased power of the explosions created. Both applications of Minister’s Bureaucracy will produce explosions that are naturally angled away from the user thus preventing damage and negating recoil. Because of the nature of Minister’s Bureaucracy it essentially can be performed in the same timeframe due to its infusion nature. Both applications of Minister’s Bureaucracy follow the same restrictions allowing for this technique to be used a total of five times per battle regardless of application. In terms of restrictions for the first application, S-Rank applications can only be used twice per battle and the user must wait a two turn cooldown in between applications. An explosion is, in its purest essence, the rapid expansion of volume and is manifested in this technique. By focusing Explosive chakra into either, or both, of the user’s palms the user will produce a localized explosion which specializes in rapid expansion – a shockwave. Nova Shockwave, while an Explosion Release technique, offers no common infernal flames; it is purely a shockwave released from an explosion carrying the same force and strength as a normal explosion would. However, Nova Shockwave applies the shockwave created in a linear direction through advanced manipulation found in techniques such as Landmine Fist where the explosion’s directionality can be controlled. The linear direction can be compared to the nature of Bensho Ten’in, in reverse. This technique specializes in repulsion through shockwave using the force of an explosion to push and shatter opposing objects and forces. Nova Shockwave can be applied at different strengths; this applies the same principle but at varying levels of range and strength. D to B-Rank applications of Nova Shockwave can produce short-range shockwaves, A-Rank applications of Nova Shockwave can produce mid-range shockwaves, while S-Rank applications can reach long-range. The shockwave itself, unlike common Explosion Release techniques, offers no explosive damage. The shockwave specializes in brute, sheer physical damage and appears similar to immense gusts of wind. A and S-Rank applications can be used a total of five times per battle while S-Rank itself can only be used twice, counting towards the total five applications. No S-Rank or above Explosion Release techniques can be used in the user's next turn when the S-Rank variant is used.
