When the opponent steps on the pellets they will send off a electrical signal through the air as well as shocking the opponent. These pellets are rather small and are usually unnoticeable to the naked eye. When these pellets go off the user can sense the electrical signal in the air by using his Raiton chakra within him/her to locate the enemy.
