Morujion | Mortarion

Description: Mortarionis a drum-barrelled energy blaster and the preferred sidearm of Zeref. It is of unknown origin. Mortarion is a rather bulky handgun to use as a medium for releasing the powers of the rinnegan. Through this handgun he created small projectiles in the form of canisters which he sealed away abilities of his rinnegan to be shot as projectiles. This gun was created through augmenting the powers of the Asura path and is able to shoot a projectile or stream of chakra in the form of a laser, the same type that is released through the powers of Asura path but on a smaller scale. This laser can be passively shot, dealing 20 damage to a target, being able to be used once per turn. Zeref also created two unique projectiles that are loaded into the gun.

Magnus: Magnus is a small canister projectile created from the absorbing abilities of the Preta path. The abilities are sealed into the projectile with Fuuinjutsu being able to be shot at will. Upon being shot this projectile can act in two ways, firstly it can come into contact with another jutsu, releasing the seal and creating an orb around the bullet 1ft in diameter, absorbing the jutsu, breaking it down completely, drawing it all into the seal, as the projectile passes through it. The user can also activate the seal on the projectile at any time with a single handseal. The second ability of this bullet is that after it's passed through a jutsu and absorbed it, the user can then detonate the seal at any time, releasing a small range blast, 5m around the projectile, releasing damage equal to what the projectile absorbed. These projectiles can absorb only a single jutsu S rank and below. If this were to hit another shinobi, the seal can be released in their body, absorbing up to 80 chakra points into the seal if not destroyed or removed.

Angron: Angron is a projectile based on the abilities on the Nakara path, the ability to effect the mind of the target. Placed onto the projectile with a seal. When this hits it's target it releases the seal with a small portion of chakra contained in it with the powers of the Nakara path which would be released through the targets body, in a form of a shock surge, knocking this spirit and mind out of sync with their body for a mere moment. In doing this it would cause the ultimate distraction and leave the target out of sorts for one turn. Due to their disorientation, they'd be unable to use jutsu above A rank for the following turn as they regain control of their body. This is A rank. With a single handseal, the user can release the seal, releasing the chakra within in a short range burst, disorientating any targets within 5m for one turn, much like a flash bang grenade without the blinding abilities as their minds are shocked, stopping them from using jutsu above A rank for one turn.


Note: The user must possess the rinnegan to be able to use this weapon. This counts as the user's custom weapon.
Note: Magnus can only be used 3 times per battle, with three turns between uses. Detonating the projectile would cost one of the users three moves per turn, and the user can't use Angron powers in the same turn. Detonating the seal costs 10 chakra points.
Note: Angron can only be used 4 times per battle, with two turns between uses. It will not work on clones. This counts as one of the users three moves per turn. Detonating the seal costs 10 chakra points.

Description: This technology is actually a unique projectile created by those who have mastered the medical sealing arts. It's a simple ammunition that will fit in almost any gun though the user can only carry 3 of these at any time as they are quite hard to make. Like any other bullet this would be fire from a gun, it's effect only taking place when it makes contact with it's target. The bullet itself has a sealing formula laid into it that is released on contact with a living being. This sealing formula is the same as the cannon medical sealing jutsu: (Iryo Fuuinjutsu: Kekkei Genkai Fuuin no Jutsu) Medical Sealing Arts: Bloodline Sealing Technique. What this does is when it hits a target Upon doing so the target will lose access to his Kekkei Genkai. The seal works by specifically sealing off bloodline genes, effectively disabling their use. A projectile created from something that was made to do good, such as healing kaguya clan members whose bones couldn't be broken through to perform surgery, is now uses as a way to seal off a targets power in the middle of battle. Against Elemental or Organic KG ninjas, it prevents them from accessing it and using its techniques or having its abilities. When used against a Doujutsu user, the seal will prevent him from activating his KG, leaving him with his normal eyesight. The exception is the Rinnegan, which cannot be sealed as its not a Kekkei Genkai itself but the merging of two blood lines. The technique is also useless against enemies with implanted genetic material or doujutsu, as those aren't part of their own DNA but simply implanted tissue. This effect only lasts for 3 turns or until the target can removed the sealing formula from within their body, whichever is shorter.

Description: This is a unique technology that is actually made to look alike the casing is a book so as to not draw attention to the contents. Within their are six beacons, all the size of a golf ball. This is a technology specifically designed for deception. How it works is the users will set up a minimum of three of these beacons, then when they activate them, they will connect and form a distortion field of sorts. What this will do is create a hologram. This hologram will reflect and blend into the area where they are placed, for example, in a forest they would show trees. A barrier of sorts to hide what was truly inside. Not only this but they would give off a frequency to disrup chakra sensors from sensing the chakra of those within the barirer. This distortion is released around and would stop sharingan and rinnegan from seeing chakra within, though byakugan would be able to look beyond the barrier and see what was within. It was designed for reconiscance missions, hiding the users in plain sight along with their chakra signatures. If one of the beacons would be damaged, the field would fail and need to be set up again or reactivated. Due to the set up required, generally not the most useful technology when it comes to a fight. If it were to be used in a fight, activating the field would cost as a single move by pressing the button within the "book" container.

(Ganburēdo) Gun blade

Description: The Gun blade is an advanced piece of technology, developed for use by only the most skilled soldiers. It is the perfect fusion of modern technology and traditional utility, creating a weapon that excels in both short and long range. The Gun blade's grip, bade, and partial length of the blade all incorporate a system of mechanical joints that collapse and extend it's shape, allowing it to shift to and from it's "Gun" and "Blade" Formations, once per turn at no cost whatsoever to the user, as it's activated by physical, mechanical systems alone, thus making this action passive. The user stores the Gun blade in a holster that's attached to their leg and cosmetically, the Gun-blade's appearance can vary from user to user, as all of their parts are interchangeable and modular, so long as the Gun-blade retains it's most basic components; blade, barrel, hilt, trigger and transformative mechanism. While in it's "Blade Formation", the Gun blade can be used to employ Kenjutsu techniques. and using the gun trigger application, the user of the tool can apply an additional +10 to Kenjutsu based techniques by making use of the recoil from the firing action. While in it's "Gun Formation", the Gun blade can fire physical Chakra-based projectiles. These are A-Rank in strength, and each individual round costs one of the user's Jutsu per turn. They travel as fast as a Destructive Sound technique, and can reach long range with incredible accuracy.

Description:
Kodomo is a unique weapon, crafted and wielded by Mala's ancestors Before her. This weapon comes in the form of "Gunchucks", a pair of Nunchucks with gun-like mechanics built into them so the user can combine both close combat and shooting into one. With each Nunchuck being a gun also, each would have a barrel at the end for bullets to come out in 2 different styles: Bursts and Beams. The way the guns work are pretty unique also. Being created directly for users of a biju, the guns resonate and only work with biju chakra directly. The biju would use its passive chakra transfer to store up to 200 chakra within the guns for future use, counting as one official use of it. Once the chakra has been stored, the biju itself is the one with the control over when the chakra is shot or not since it is their chakra being controlled by them still. This makes for the gun's attacks to come out in the visual And physical form of a biju cloak; Being reddish-orange in color and burning on contact with things.

Bursts: Bursts are the projectiles of the guns. Using chakra that has been transferred to the guns, the biju is able to release blasts in the form of projectiles. These projectiles can be focused to be like bullets so that the user can accurately and efficiently hit targets if needed. On the other hand, the projectiles can be shot out in an unfocused manner, coming out as a wide spread shockwave in this case, in order to hit bigger or multiple targets.

Beams: Beams are the more "stream" like shots of the gunchucks. The beams come out just as that; Either completely focused beams that would be thin and direct in order to his smaller targets. Or it can be a widened, unfocused beam that would cover a wider area of affect, reaching up to a 5x5 meter diameter.

Besides the gun aspect of the gunchucks they were initially used for close combat, thus the chucks are made of a special chakra laced metal, which makes them hard to break and able to cause significant damage when hit with them. The chains that link the chucks also can passively lengthen, enabling the user to use melee attacks up to mid range max.

Note: Takes a direct S rank to break the gunchucks.
Note: Attacks are done through the biju and its chakra, thus can be used in the same timeframe as other jutsu of the user but would cost a move slot still.

Description:
Yoko is a large Heavy Ballistic Seige Rifle, looking very similar to a Barret .50cal sniper.
This Heavy Sniper Rifle is carried around often slung on the back of a user, or summoned from a scroll if desired. The rifle itself uses large ballistic ammo that has been specially crafted from hungurian ore for extra damage. Yoko has two firing modes, Standard Rifling or quick eject cartridge, a custom made style.
When in regular firing mode, the user can use the bipod attached for a steady shot, or those with extreme strength can hold the rifle steady enough to accurately target shots. While in regular Firing mode, ammunition is shot out from a 6 round chamber one at a time with comparable speed to lightning jutsu. This mode requires no chakra on behalf of the user, activating like a regular gun. The extended silencer on the barrel muffles sound, outside of mid range, meaning that when fired only the shot can be heard in short and mid range. In the quick eject mode, Ammunition can be launched out of the holding chamber into the users hand. These cartidges then require 20 chakra from the user to activate to fire off the bullet in the users hand. Doing so causes only 40 damage however and also deals 5 damage to the user for the explosion going off in the users hand.
Notes: Can be fired up to 6 times in total. Only one shot can be fired per turn, including the quick eject mode, counting as a jutsu per turn when used.
Note: Quick Eject shells can only reach within short range.

Description: Created based on the blueprints originally made for the Kote, these small tools are crafted and intended to be used by those whom utilize ink ninjutsu. Within these triangular containment units are ink of various color, this color matching that of the element infused into the ink ahead of time. When thrown at the enemy, the user will weave a single hand seal - causing the capsule to burst open those releasing a violent burst of ink to those around the blast zone, however if the user desires to delay the explosion they may do so, in which case simply throwing the bomb is considered freeform and thus doesn’t count as a move, though activation of it's bomb form will still count as one and the user must be within two landmarks to trigger it. The power of the blast depends on the amount of chakra and ink utilized for the this technique, while also dealing additional adverse effects depending on the element such as fire burning the enemy, water making the ink more vicious and sticky making it harder to move etc. It can also be used as a source for future ink techniques. A rank can only be used thrice per battle while the overall technique can only be used five times per battle. This is also akin to having works of art pre drawn thus various techniques can be used in conjunction to this due to the ink acting as a new source.

Description: The Thompson Contender, also known as the Thompson/Center Arms Contender (Custom), is a slightly modified, incredibly powerful single-shot pistol. Developed several decades ago by a small weapons manufacturer in the Ninja World, it was the favored weapon of a particular assassin known as the "Magus Killer". It is a single-shot pistol designed for various forms of sport shooting. Simple yet powerful, it shoot numerous kinds of ammunition, ranging from .22 LR to rifle bullets. It has a grip and forearm that are carved from walnut, making it reminiscent of a dagger in its scabbard, while the only visible mechanical parts are the trigger and the hammer, with neither a cylinder nor a slide on the simple exterior, making it similar to a percussion pistol, while the lack of complex parts between the barrel and trigger allows for high accuracy. The pistol itself is 444mm long and, with it's minimalistic modifications, weighs around 2060g, the most prevalent of which is a fourteen-inch rifled barrel made for hunting specifications and fitted for .30-06 Springfield bullets. The cartridge of the bullet has a bottleneck structure, and its size and power surpass even the hand cannon class of a Magnum, giving it immense stopping power. In combat, the Contender, being a single shot pistol, can fire a single physical bullet per turn as one of their 3 Jutsu per turn, with the user required to spend their next turn reloading it as a passive action. This means that the user must wait at least 1 of their own turns between shots, and must logically have the time and freedom to reload the pistol before they can use it again. As stated before, the shot is completely physical in nature, utilizing no Chakra in it's function, is A-Ranked in strength, dealing 60 damage on a successful hit, has a Short - Long Range due to it's modifications as a hunting pistol specced for range and accuracy, while the bullet itself travels as fast as the average Lightning Release Jutsu.

Declined: No physical bullets will be allowed for Gun/Gun-Like Weapons. I would edit this to just fire chakra bullets instead of physical bullets, but there are canon tech that reach the same effect. So my suggestion is to rework this and give it an actual ability, so it won't be a waste of a CT slot. - Daemon

Description: The Dragon Orbs is a unique tool based off the special chakra nodes utulized by the Sixth Paths of Pein. While those chakra nodes/rods enabled Nagato to utilize his chakra to control entities from extended ranges, these unique orbs focus entirely on the sensory capabilities of the nodes, these specific nodes are capable of reacting to spikes of chakra within the area up to long range (one landmark) as well as being able to sense the presence and location of chakra on the field. Enabling the user to surmise that the enemy is about to launch a technique however this in no way enables the user to have any detailed knowledge of what the opponent might be doing without additional information. This isn't the extent of the chakra orbs sensory capabilities, these chakra nodes are also fully equipped with sensory programming enabling them to detect heat signatures and motion enabling the user to become aware of any movement and heat within a five meter radius of their person. These orbs being in contact with the users body enable them to be instantly aware of any disturbances in their vicinity. The Dragon Orbs also have an additional ability, directly tied to the user's ability to enter sage mode. After extensive research in Ryuchi's Cave, Genji had discovered a way to convert his chakra through unique tools. These chakra orbs are capable of passively converting the users chakra into Nature Energy by forcibly blending their spiritual and physical energies at any point in the battle passively and instantly, this essentially enables them to enter Sage Mode without the need for meditation and these orbs are capable of converting 10% of the users maximum chakra pool into sage chakra per turn. This however follows the conversion rules and will not allow the user to convert his chakra to greater value than he or she is capable of. This ability only eliminates the need to meditate to convert one's chakra, and this chakra comes from the user. These orbs in no way extends the user's Sage Mode, and thus works in tandem with Perfect Sage Mode. These nodes are orb shaped and are attached to the user's exoskeleton.

¤ Declined, while the idea is nice, this will need to have a limited amount of uses and the exoskeleton attachment part will have to go. ¤

Description: Dragonbone is a gray advanced exoskeleton. The outer padding is light gray while the under layer consists of a more muscle fiber-esque design with a darker hue of gray. Throughout the upper part of the armor are green orbs. These green orbs have the ability to distribute chakra throughout the suit, reinforcing and enhancing the metal. This grants enhanced defensive capabilities, allowing the user to reduce 25 points from physical damage. The visor prevents the user from being blinded from enemy ninjutsu and or tools, and does so without hindering the user's vision in any way shape or form, in fact these visors enhance the user's vision enabling them to see through chakra infused mist, smoke screens etc and other field effects that would otherwise hinder their vision up to mid-range. There are also other portions of this exoskeleton allowing for external attachments enabling the user to attach tools to the armor (much like the Dragon Orbs that supplement Genji's Sage Mode and his sensory capabilities). As for it's additionally ability, through the users knowledge of medjutsu, and the advancement of technology in the ninja world Genji became capable of producing a automated system built into this skin tight exoskeleton capable of restoring and repairing damage caused to the user, this process is fully automated and doesn't require any conscious input from the user. The skin tight suit is capable of detecting blood, burns and inflammation as well as any damage the user sustains during battle and is capable of repairing said damage. The armor isn't capable of restoring severe damage and or regenerating limbs and can only repair a maximum of 30 health per turn passively. Lastly this unique exoskeleton despite its usual green/grey appearance can have it's color, accents and glow changed to whatever the user wishes, this however is entirely a cosmetic ability.

(Kinzoku Kugutsu: Lyss) - Autonomous Puppet: Lyss

Description: Lyss is designed after the twin Goddesses of beauty, water, and illusion Lyssa from Tyrian lore. Being an auto puppet she is programmed to initiate defensive measures when unknown or hostile chakra signatures come within range but is also programmed to follow their owner's orders to the letter, and has been programmed with learning and speech capabilities to further increase her usefulness in battle while also increasing their realism. She has a fair skin tone, long white hair, and wears purple and gold armor. She is made up of layered chakra metals with rubber between each layer. Along with her normal auto puppet abilities, Lyss is fully capable of performing non-chakra related taijutsu, puppetry techniques, and has a unique function of her own.

Lyss's daggers are laced with a highly concentrated liquid Coumadin. This poison thins the targets blood preventing it from clotting causing the afflicted to continuously bleed for an additional three turns after being cut by the blade. If the target is continuously hit by the blades the additional doses of Coumadin result in an extra turn of bleeding out unless treated by a medical shinobi.

Lyss:
Lyss's unique function allows the puppet to release a mist of adhesive water from within(A-Ranked). This concoction sticks to anything within a short-range radius of Lyssa but the key component to this is when the water adheres to a victim's eyes. The water forms a type of contact lens over the cornea causing light to drastically reflect around it which in turn causes the victims to view things as if looking through a kaleidoscope. The water naturally conductive to electricity, however, loses its adhesive nature after three turns returning the affecteds vision back to normal.

Ilya's whip has special seals placed on it which activate when they come into contact with a target. These seals drain 5 chakra every time the weapon hits or 5 every turn a target is bond storing this chakra within her body which can later be used to fuel the puppets attacks. The trick to this, however, is that the weapons must also be held by Ilya in order for the seals to activate further preventing friendly fire in case the puppet is disarmed.

Ilya:
Ilya's unique function allows her to release a purple gas that closely mimics the effects of LSD within a short-range radius. The gas causes the victims to experience hallucinations(B-rank generic gen) for 3 turns with each turn inducing another hallucination(1 rank below the previous) unless removed from the body. The gas also has anesthetic properties requiring the victims to use higher means of freeing themselves from the hallucinations. This gas also causes increased aggression to allies and docility to enemies as causes the victims to see enemies as allies and allies as enemies.

¤ Both Declined, okay I checked into this. Puppeteers can only have their own Poison and not variations; to have custom versions of this, Medjutsu is needed and the poisons must be submitted as separate techniques and then be able to be applied to items. Wirh these customs, they can only have the basic poison that Puppeteers have access to. If that's fine, let me know and we can edit their abilities to be more applicable. Outside of that, the rubber can have limited use such as x amount of times of use. Rubber is also a CE so I have to limit its use somewhat. ¤

Lyss's daggers are laced with a puppeteer poison, upon being cut by the daggers, the victim will be partially paralyzed after three turns. After six turns the victim is completely paralyzed and after seven turns, the victim dies from the poison. Puppeteer poison, due to being minimalistic in its nature, is as advanced as poisons created by medics and as such, both the effects triggered by inhalation and ingesting of it takes the same amount of time.

Lyss:
Lyss's unique function allows the puppet to release a mist of adhesive water from within(A-Ranked). This concoction sticks to anything within a short-range radius of Lyssa but the key component to this is when the water adheres to a victim's eyes. The water forms a type of contact lens over the cornea causing light to drastically reflect around it which in turn causes the victims to view things as if looking through a kaleidoscope. The water naturally conductive to electricity, however, loses its adhesive nature after three turns returning the affecteds vision back to normal.

(Nōshintō no kunai) Concussion Kunai

Description: Concussion Kunai can be seen as an advancement to the canon tool Smoke-Flash Bombs. Where Flash Bombs blind, however, Concussion Kunai instead seek to deafen the opponent. Each Concussion Kunai is fitted with a miniature speaker with a Fuuinjutsu formulae etched into it with the Kanji for 'Noise'. This Fuuinjutsu formulae functions much like the 'explode' Kanji etched into explosive tags, in that it has been pre-infused with Chakra, and will activate after a set amount of time, or due to remote activation, and in doing so produce the described effects of 'Explode' or 'Noise', respectively. In this case, the Fuuinjutsu formulae will achieve such an effect through two processes. The first is that it's activation will trigger the function of the speaker, thereby triggering a sound from the Kunai. The second is that the Fuuinjutsu tag will release sound chakra into the stereo and the sound that it produces, thereby greatly amplifying it to produce a sound capable of deafening an opponent. Deafening is only effective when a Concussion Kunai activates within short range of an enemy, and the effects will last a full turn.

The second usage is that the user can infuse the effects of a Sound technique into a Concussion Kunai, thereby overwriting it's default effect, instead the stereo and sound chakra will activate to produce the effect of the sound technique in question. Infusion will act as a usage of the technique in question and require the respective chakra cost to be channeled into the Kunai. Infusion costs a move, can be done on up to two Kunai (with the power of the technique in question split between each) at once, and can only be done two times per battle.
Concussion Kunai can be posted in the users bio, or at the start of the battle.
Can only be used up to 4 times a battle.

¤ Approved, this is an advanced application/version of an existing canon tool and has similar restrictions/usage limitations. ¤

Description: Resonator is a machine that takes the shape of a red bat on the user's costume. Through the breakthrough of advanced technology, the user was able to examine the nature of the world, specifically Natural Energy. By doing so, they discovered the secrets of Natural energy use and manipulation. The results of these discoveries led to the Resonator, which is able to absorb Natural energy already present in the environment and combine it with the user's chakra which Resonator also uses to power itself. Through this it may rapidly reproduce and control it outwards for supplementary uses
of the user. It uses it's Artificial Intelligence to choose the best options for the user based on what its learned from his fighting style and abilities. The abilities of Resonator are explained below..

Dampen - Much like a heavily moisture filled environment will do things such as dampen paper, this ability fills the environment up to Short range with and aggressive sort of natural energy that seeks to saturate and break the bonds of various things on the field. Naturally, natural energy does a bit more than dampen paper when it saturates objects. This also applies to all enemy weapons and ninja tools/techniques S Rank and Lower that stem from them as a result as the NE would also weaken those materials by one rank. This costs 50 chakra to activate, and the effect lasts 2 turns. This activation takes up a move slot. This may be used twice per battle.

Coat - The initial activation will cost a moveslot. By producing so much Natural Energy, the user and his Ninja Tools and Weapons become naturally coated in it. This is of course as long as all of these objects remain in short range of the Resonator. By doubling the chakra cost to 10 per turn, the user is able to "charge" their Weapons and Scientific Ninja Tools with Natural Energy, making it so that them and their abilities/attacks using them are now 1 Rank/20 DMG more effective. This effect can only be used once and lasts 3 turns.

Vital Pistols can merge to form a single scoped rifle as well. This rifle can scope in up to 3 landmarks away (Long Range in battle). The user may shoot and fire a chakra bullet that moves as fast as his tracking speed (S Rank/80 Damage). This is due to the scope forming a sealed link between the sight and sensory of the user and the gun itself when the user looks through the scope. This ability takes up 2 moveslots in order to gain the sight of the target. This can be used twice with a 2 turn cooldown in between each shot.


Compensator: This gun bears a seal that makes it so that any effects applied to the gun are also applied to bullets fired from it. Placing a seal upon the gun will cause the bullet that comes out it to carry the same effects of the seal. This ability is passive. The user may also form common ninja tool seals such as flash, smoke, and explosive tags onto his freeform bullets as he would kunai and use them as such. This gun is compatible with any weapon enhancement jutsu

¤ Update Declined, all guns travel at the speed of the average lightning Jutsu max. Moving st your tracking speed wont be approved for any gun, Mandalore or normal ninja. The seal enhancement also wont apply to your freeform bullets, only those that apply towards your moves per turn and will be an active ability as well and 2 landmark max for the scope ability. I meant to edit the Wind Blade speed to lightning jutsu speed when I previously approved it, and will edit it to make this change noted. ¤

Description: Mechanized parts that are simply robotic limbs. These are extra parts that user can place upon their body to attain extra appendages or if they lose limbs they can simply attach the parts with no extra benefit besides it being mechanical. The parts are nothing but body parts which are plain in form. The user simply attaches an arm or leg part that's versatile in appearance to them, this part acts like their new limb. Other tools can be layered into them.

Note: Can attach extra limbs to the body however only two at a time can be placed upon the body and must be detailed and explained upon their biography's approval.

¤ Declined, this is far too vague and under restricted; how are these limbs attached if you lose your normal ones? They're mechanical and not real so you couldnt use actual Ninjutsu through them, only specific functions or specific techniques. This also wouldnt be C rank in use. How strong are they and what damage is necessary to destroy them? ¤

Description: The pistol in question resembles that of a black Beretta M9A3, situated with a suppressor allowing it to fire bullets that release less sound, causing it to be considerably more difficult to hear over some distance. The bullets which the pistol fires are created purely of highly pressurized water, as to make it like a solid bullet, however due to it being made of water it emits virtually no sound. Additionally, it is a passive water bullet dealing 20 damage that should be treated as water release for all intensive purposes.The pistol itself is situated with the capability of only firing two unique types of bullets, which has been uniquely created for the specific pistol. The pistol itself is also marked with the seal of the thunder god.

Bullet of the Flying Thunder God: This unique projectile was designed by the creator of the Flying Thunder God technique, as a unique type of bullet with the Flying Thunder God Seal upon it. This ultimately allows for the one wielding the pistol to fire bullets in any given direction as per their wish and allows them to use the Flying Thunder God technique to teleport within the vicinity of the specified bullet(s). The pistol holds a total of six of these bullets in its magazine.

Bullet of the Thunder Gods Protection: The second type of bullet that is loaded into the magazines of the pistol, is also derived from the way of the Thunder God. This one however, is a slightly different bullet, which is also situated with a seal, however this seal does not allow the wielder to teleport to said bullet, instead it allows the wielder to utilize the “Space-Time Barrier technique” to transport incoming attacks of any kind, even up to the chakra blast of the nine-tailed demon fox size attacks, redirecting it towards one of the said bullets. This second bullet is generally released at oncoming techniques, and at will the wielder can release the seal on it to create a ranged variant of the Space-Time Barrier Technique, which will cause the creation of a barrier around the bullet that absorbs the technique and releases it from another Flying Thunder God Seal upon the field or where ever the wielder has a Flying Thunder God Seal placed.

Note: The first bullet can be utilized six times per battle, and once per turn, counting towards the move count.
Note: Second bullet, shares the Cooldown with the original Space-Time Barrier Technique, and it counts towards the move count.
Note: Requires a bio capable of using FTG related techniques to be able to use.

Declined: 20 freeform damage is too much, and you’ll need to figure out a different way to shoot the seals, as metal bullets aren’t allowed, and it doesn’t make sense to do this with water bullets. You’ll also need to remove one of the seal abilities as this is just a CT, and apply a chakra cost to whichever one you keep. Cool idea tho.

[Tarnkappe, Shigurudo No Tate] – Tarnkappe, The Cloak of Sigurd

Description: The Tarnkappe, or Cloak of Sigurd, is a garment which is intended to protect the wearer from the cold, rain and wind. This cloak is no different in that fashion, it is fastened around the neck with a small black chain, its length extending down to the middle section of the calves, additionally it has an attached hood. The cloak is designed as a white cloak with patterns of black lightning across it. The cloak is the designed with a unique fabric, known as kevlar, a material which allows it to stop incoming basic weapons such as swords, axes, kunai, senbon etc up to a C rank projectile, anything after that will destroy the wiring within the cloak, rending it useless. It will cause bladed weapons thrown or swung to strike to bounce off the cloak, and it applies to the general forms of none damage enhanced free form combat. In addition to the cloak’s unique complexion, it has some unique features which the wearer can activate through surging his energy through it. The first feature that the Tarnkappe is in the possession of, is a unique technology known as motion sensors. These motion sensors are situated all across the cloak, allowing it to detect any changes in the air around the wearer, and detect the motions of animals, humans or even tools within the vicinity of short-range of the cloak. Thus the cloak acts as a form of sensory in the way that it detects any motions within short-range of the wearer this is done through technology more than chakra. These motion sensors come in the form of small camera's laid throughout the cloak linked to a contact lens the user has placed in their eye. This wont hinder their vision but instead, when the camera's detection a motion it will display this your the contact lens for the user to see acting as a an enhancement of their visual perception. Always passively active.

Conclusively, the cloak has one final feature, which masks the wearers presence. Whenever the wearer pulls the cloak around his body and the hood over his head, it has a unique device implanted into it, which emits a frequency that masks his chakra effectively concealing him from chakra sensors as well as concealing his body in the sense that it conceals his chakra circuit from foreign eyes. This allows the wearer to blend into his surroundings more freely. What this can't do is hide the users heat signature or smell.

Note: If the cloak is hit by B rank or above, it will short circuit being rendered useless.
Note: The motion sensors only work short range around the user, taking 5 chakra per turn
Note: Hiding themselves can be used twice per battle with two turns between the users and lasts for a maximum of four turns.

(Ryuishi) - Dragon Orbs

Description: The Dragon Orbs is a unique tool based off the special chakra nodes utulized by the Sixth Paths of Pein. While those chakra nodes/rods enabled Nagato to utilize his chakra to control entities from extended ranges, these unique orbs focus entirely on the sensory capabilities of the nodes, these specific nodes are capable of reacting to spikes of chakra within the area up to long range (one landmark) as well as being able to sense the presence and location of chakra on the field. Enabling the user to surmise that the enemy is about to launch a technique however this in no way enables the user to have any detailed knowledge of what the opponent might be doing without additional information. This isn't the extent of the chakra orbs sensory capabilities, these chakra nodes are also fully equipped with sensory programming enabling them to detect heat signatures and motion enabling the user to become aware of any movement and heat within a five meter radius of their person. These orbs being in contact with the users body enable them to be instantly aware of any disturbances in their vicinity. The Dragon Orbs also have an additional ability, directly tied to the user's ability to enter sage mode. After extensive research in Ryuchi's Cave, Genji had discovered a way to convert his chakra through unique tools. These chakra orbs are capable of passively converting the users chakra into Nature Energy by forcibly blending their spiritual and physical energies at any point in the battle passively and instantly, this essentially enables them to enter Sage Mode without the need for meditation and these orbs are capable of converting 10% of the users maximum chakra pool into sage chakra per turn. This however follows the conversion rules and will not allow the user to convert his chakra to greater value than he or she is capable of. This ability only eliminates the need to meditate to convert one's chakra, and this chakra comes from the user. These orbs in no way extends the user's Sage Mode, and thus works in tandem with Perfect Sage Mode. These nodes are orb shaped and are attached to the user's exoskeleton.

¤ Declined, while the idea is nice, this will need to have a limited amount of uses and the exoskeleton attachment part will have to go. ¤

Description: Dragonbone is a gray advanced exoskeleton. The outer padding is light gray while the under layer consists of a more muscle fiber-esque design with a darker hue of gray. Throughout the upper part of the armor are green orbs. These green orbs have the ability to distribute chakra throughout the suit, reinforcing and enhancing the metal. This grants enhanced defensive capabilities, allowing the user to reduce 25 points from physical damage. The visor prevents the user from being blinded from enemy ninjutsu and or tools, and does so without hindering the user's vision in any way shape or form, in fact these visors enhance the user's vision enabling them to see through chakra infused mist, smoke screens etc and other field effects that would otherwise hinder their vision up to mid-range. There are also other portions of this exoskeleton allowing for external attachments enabling the user to attach tools to the armor (much like the Dragon Orbs that supplement Genji's Sage Mode and his sensory capabilities). As for it's additionally ability, through the users knowledge of medjutsu, and the advancement of technology in the ninja world Genji became capable of producing a automated system built into this skin tight exoskeleton capable of restoring and repairing damage caused to the user, this process is fully automated and doesn't require any conscious input from the user. Lastly this unique armor despite its usual green/grey appearance can have it's color, accents and glow changed to whatever the user wishes, this however is entirely a cosmetic ability.

Declined; Simply changing the word exoskeleton to armor doesn't remove the fact that armors/exoskeletons are reserved for Cyborgs and Mandalore. Rework this techniqueo to be something else.

Description: The Dragon Orbs is a unique tool based off the special chakra nodes utilized by the Sixth Paths of Pein. While those chakra nodes/rods enabled Nagato to utilize his chakra to control entities from extended ranges, these unique orbs focus entirely on the sensory capabilities of the nodes, these specific nodes are capable of reacting to spikes of chakra within the area up to long range (one landmark) as well as being able to sense the presence and location of chakra on the field. Enabling the user to surmise that the enemy is about to launch a technique however this in no way enables the user to have any detailed knowledge of what the opponent might be doing without additional information. This isn't the extent of the chakra orbs sensory capabilities, these chakra nodes are also fully equipped with sensory programming enabling them to detect heat signatures and motion enabling the user to become aware of any movement and heat within a five meter radius of their person. These orbs being in contact with the users body enable them to be instantly aware of any disturbances in their vicinity. The Dragon Orbs also have an additional ability, directly tied to the user's ability to enter sage mode. After extensive research in Ryuchi's Cave, Genji had discovered a way to heighten his affinity for sage mode through these unique chakra orbs, created from the bones of dragons in Ryuchi's Cave and infused with Genji's own essence, these orbs heighten the users affinity for sage mode passively, enabling them to convert an additional 20% of their chakra. These nodes are orb shaped and are attached to the user's armor.

Declined; The armor part still has to be removed from the description. Just for your sake to save you another resubmission after this, the Senjutsu aspect of the Orbs will only apply to ISM and not PSM.

Description: This is an adaptation of the ninja tech drone seen in the series, though designed in a different way. Instead of being used for offensive purposes, it's used for tracking or scouting missions. This is designed to look like a small hawk so as to blend in to most situations. It is powered by a battery rather than through chakra which helps it go undetected when being used, the one downside to this is doujutsu would be able to recognise it due to it's like of flowing chakra should they see it out in the open. It is made of a light alloy which allows it to fly by flapping it's wings to help it blend in. This small hawk has visual and sound receptors allowing it to see and hear, which is then relayed back to the user through a small devise they fit behind their ear that links this to the user through information in a way similar to chakra sensing ( instead of directly hearing or seeing, it is translated into feedback the user is made aware of, unlike Rinnegan linked Paths or animals). This can fly around while relaying information to the user up to 2 landmarks away allowing them to scout out potential threats for the user. This battery will last for 10 turns of travel in total allowing it to scout and return for short periods at a time. They eyes are similar to that of a hawk in a sense they were designed to be able to zoom in and focus on something in detail with their vision for a clear picture, much like on a modern day camera. Though its made of a metal alloy, the hawk can be destroyed by any B rank and below jutsu.

[Shuuha Kiri ] - Frequency Edge

Description: Frequency Edge is a scientific sword technology designed to enhance the wielders fighting capabilities within combat situations and turn them into an advantageous scenario for the user. The Frequency edge can be wielded as a sword for combat and is a straight edged, square tipped blade with a sharp edge but it also has an inbuilt mechanic where the user can press a button on the hilt, releasing energy throughout the sword to then create a disruptive sound wave that can negatively affect the opponents mind during close combat. This sound wave will be release short range around the sword which is specifically designed to target the fluid in one's ears to throw off balance. In doing this with such an intense wave. It has the power to disrupt their mental capabilities and restrict them from performing complicated techniques or advanced techniques that require more chakra control or concentration such as sealing techniques as seen when disruptive sound waves were used on rock lee, using advancements in technology to replicate the effects rather than relying on chakra allowing for sneak attacks. What this translates to is, after being hit by this sound wave, a target/targets are unable to use advanced fields like Fuuinjutsu in the following 2 turns, unable to do jutsu that require more than 3 hand seals and have their reaction times halved.
Note: The sword can be used for normal Kenjutsu though the sound wave can be used 4 times per battle, counting as a move.
Note: The user will have pieces fitted to their ears to specifically counteract the effects of this soundwave alone.

¤ Declined, far too powerful with too few restrictions to allow; it says "advanced fields" which is technically anything outside of the Basic 8 fields ( Elemental Nin + Gen/Tai/Nin ) and doesnt even restrict at specific ranks or chakra usage, just everything from those fields as well as hindering their abilities to perform seals and and allowed reaction times pick one of these and actually limit how much it does because this is a definite no. ¤


[ Bakushuku Bakudan ] - Implosion Bomb

Description: The Implosion bomb is much like regular ninja tool bomb devices like the smoke bomb or flash bangs, where it is small in nature and constructed of mechanical components. The user will trigger the device by applying pressure with their grip, activating a pressure sensor embedded within the bomb and then they will throw the device which will then create an implosion that can pull any object or target/s within the implosion radius which can then disrupt or catch them off guard.
Note: User can have up to 3 max while Cyborgs have up to 6.

¤ Declined, the note needs to go; if you have a Cyborg bio, you need to post it when this is posted. Otherwise, restrictions that are applied towards them arent needed. This also does not explain how the implosion like ability is achieved, it just happens nor at what level can it be beaten or prevented. As it is, you just click and throw it and everything is pulled into it within its range. ¤

Morujion | Mortarion

Description: Mortarionis a drum-barrelled energy blaster and the preferred sidearm of Zeref. It is of unknown origin. Mortarion is a rather bulky handgun to use as a medium for releasing the powers of the rinnegan. Through this handgun he created small projectiles in the form of canisters which he sealed away abilities of his rinnegan to be shot as projectiles. This gun was created through augmenting the powers of the Asura path and is able to shoot a projectile or stream of chakra in the form of a laser, the same type that is released through the powers of Asura path but on a smaller scale. This laser can be passively shot, dealing 20 damage to a target, being able to be used once per turn. Zeref also created two unique projectiles that are loaded into the gun.

Magnus: Magnus is a small canister projectile created from the absorbing abilities of the Preta path. The abilities are sealed into the projectile with Fuuinjutsu being able to be shot at will. Upon being shot this projectile can act in two ways, firstly it can come into contact with another jutsu, releasing the seal and creating an orb around the bullet 1ft in diameter, absorbing the jutsu, breaking it down completely, drawing it all into the seal, as the projectile passes through it. The user can also activate the seal on the projectile at any time with a single handseal. The second ability of this bullet is that after it's passed through a jutsu and absorbed it, the user can then detonate the seal at any time, releasing a small range blast, 5m around the projectile, releasing damage equal to what the projectile absorbed. These projectiles can absorb only a single jutsu S rank and below. If this were to hit another shinobi, the seal can be released in their body, absorbing up to 80 chakra points into the seal if not destroyed or removed.

Angron: Angron is a projectile based on the abilities on the Nakara path, the ability to effect the mind of the target. Placed onto the projectile with a seal. When this hits it's target it releases the seal with a small portion of chakra contained in it with the powers of the Nakara path which would be released through the targets body, in a form of a shock surge, knocking this spirit and mind out of sync with their body for a mere moment. In doing this it would cause the ultimate distraction and leave the target out of sorts for one turn. Due to their disorientation, they'd be unable to use jutsu above A rank for the following turn as they regain control of their body. This is A rank. With a single handseal, the user can release the seal, releasing the chakra within in a short range burst, disorientating any targets within 5m for one turn, much like a flash bang grenade without the blinding abilities as their minds are shocked, stopping them from using jutsu above A rank for one turn.


Note: The user must possess the rinnegan to be able to use this weapon. This counts as the user's custom weapon.
Note: Magnus can only be used 3 times per battle, with three turns between uses. Detonating the projectile would cost one of the users three moves per turn, and the user can't use Angron powers in the same turn. Detonating the seal costs 10 chakra points.
Note: Angron can only be used 4 times per battle, with two turns between uses. It will not work on clones. This counts as one of the users three moves per turn. Detonating the seal costs 10 chakra points.

Description: This technology is actually a unique projectile created by those who have mastered the medical sealing arts. It's a simple ammunition that will fit in almost any gun though the user can only carry 3 of these at any time as they are quite hard to make. Like any other bullet this would be fire from a gun, it's effect only taking place when it makes contact with it's target. The bullet itself has a sealing formula laid into it that is released on contact with a living being. This sealing formula is the same as the cannon medical sealing jutsu: (Iryo Fuuinjutsu: Kekkei Genkai Fuuin no Jutsu) Medical Sealing Arts: Bloodline Sealing Technique. What this does is when it hits a target Upon doing so the target will lose access to his Kekkei Genkai. The seal works by specifically sealing off bloodline genes, effectively disabling their use. A projectile created from something that was made to do good, such as healing kaguya clan members whose bones couldn't be broken through to perform surgery, is now uses as a way to seal off a targets power in the middle of battle. Against Elemental or Organic KG ninjas, it prevents them from accessing it and using its techniques or having its abilities. When used against a Doujutsu user, the seal will prevent him from activating his KG, leaving him with his normal eyesight. The exception is the Rinnegan, which cannot be sealed as its not a Kekkei Genkai itself but the merging of two blood lines. The technique is also useless against enemies with implanted genetic material or doujutsu, as those aren't part of their own DNA but simply implanted tissue. This effect only lasts for 3 turns or until the target can removed the sealing formula from within their body, whichever is shorter.

Within their are six beacons, all the size of a golf ball. This is a technology specifically designed for deception. How it works is the users will set up a minimum of three of these beacons, then when they activate them, they will connect and form a distortion field of sorts. What this will do is create a hologram. This hologram will reflect and blend into the area where they are placed, for example, in a forest they would show trees. A barrier of sorts to hide what was truly inside. Not only this but they would give off a frequency to disrup chakra sensors from sensing the chakra of those within the barirer. This distortion is released around and would stop sharingan and rinnegan from seeing chakra within, though byakugan would be able to look beyond the barrier and see what was within. It was designed for reconiscance missions, hiding the users in plain sight along with their chakra signatures. If one of the beacons would be damaged, the field would fail and need to be set up again or reactivated. Due to the set up required, generally not the most useful technology when it comes to a fight. If it were to be used in a fight, activating the field would cost as a single move by pressing the button within the "book" container.

(Jūyōna pisutoru) Vital Pistols

Description:These pistols are engineered to be completely symbiotic with the user by using the user's technological knowledge, to the point where they are strengthen by the vitality of the user. These weapons are deeply connected to the user through the power of advanced biomechanical and genetic sciences. The user may fire freeform chakra bullets that move as fast as Wind Style: Wind Blade. These bullets only do the damage of a normal kunai however, and these freeform bullets act to replace the use of the user's Kunai completely. The User may also release an S rank (80 Damage) Barrage of chakra bullets that cover a 6 meter span in width and height. This costs a move and can only used once per turn, 4 times per battle.

Vital Pistols can merge to form a single scoped rifle as well. This rifle can scope in up to 3 landmarks away (Long Range in battle). The user may shoot and fire a chakra bullet that moves as fast as his tracking speed (S Rank/80 Damage). This is due to the scope forming a sealed link between the sight and sensory of the user and the gun itself when the user looks through the scope. This ability takes up 2 moveslots in order to gain the sight of the target. This can be used twice with a 2 turn cooldown in between each shot.


Compensator: This gun bears a seal that makes it so that any effects applied to the gun are also applied to bullets fired from it. Placing a seal upon the gun will cause the bullet that comes out it to carry the same effects of the seal. This ability is passive. The user may also form common ninja tool seals such as flash, smoke, and explosive tags onto his freeform bullets as he would kunai and use them as such. This gun is compatible with any weapon enhancement jutsu

¤ Update Declined, all guns travel at the speed of the average lightning Jutsu max. Moving st your tracking speed wont be approved for any gun, Mandalore or normal ninja. The seal enhancement also wont apply to your freeform bullets, only those that apply towards your moves per turn and will be an active ability as well and 2 landmark max for the scope ability. I meant to edit the Wind Blade speed to lightning jutsu speed when I previously approved it, and will edit it to make this change noted. ¤

Up to 2 seals can be applied at one time with their effects applied to alternating bullets. Compensator can be used up to 3 times with a break of 2 turns in between use.
