Description: Weaving the hand signs for summoning this jutsu manifests Sito a raiju of blueish fur with streaks of white across its main standing [5] feet on four legs known by his kind for being incredibly hard to hit. Sito is capable of performing up to S rank Storm ninjutsu without the use of hand signs instead needing visual cues to perform them (such as running forward/barking etc.). Considered a Lazerbreed variant of raiju this summon can passively, once [1] per turn, transform himself into the lazor variant of storm allowing him to deal damage [60] up to its rank should it physically collide with an object. While transformed into its lazer state Sito can temporarily fuse with a surrounding storm cloud to appear somewhere else within that clouds borders, this travel follows the speed at which raiju can normally travel at and visually resembles falling thunder, it counts as a once [1] per turn dodge though must be stated when doing so.

Note: Can only be used twice per match and lasts 3 turns.
Note: While fused with a cloud Sito's physical form cannot be seen,Smelled,or heard by normal means unless a method to sense chakra is used to do so.
Note: Only usable by those who have signed the Raiju Contract
