He is constantly fueling chakra into his owner upon contact, refreshing the owners chakra network while giving the user +20 to pure fire techniques. Last but not least his ability to constantly draw in natural energy (similar to ma and pa). As long as he is on the owners body he can be used as fuel source for natural energy also giving the user +15 damage to their senjutsu techniques.
