Considered a double edged sword, the user takes a paper tag made from chakra paper and forms a hand seal to infuse the said paper with the ability/technique. On the paper tag is the seal written for World Isolation Barrier, infused with Yin Release, which causes a long range barrier taking up the whole field. This barrier which was written with advanced Fuinjutsu script is infused with Yin Release, particularly a version of the Hungry Ghosts technique, allowing the barrier to attach the sealing script to all chakra sources that touch it or remain within its barrier. The should any techniques that are part of the seal on the tag come into contact with the barrier as it expands over the battlefield in the turn it is used, they will be pushed outwards and away unless it has more chakra than the technique itself. As the user is within the World Isolation Barrier, it also prevents the user from using any techniques while within this barrier. As long as the tag exists, all parties within the barrier, are considered to be sealed from using what ever is infused into the tag. Not only is the technique dangerous for sealing one's self from an ability, but also the high chakra demand from it as well can easily cause a user to run out. The tag itself is not just limited to basic elements such as fire or water, however more advanced abilities can be infused, such as Yin, Yang, Fuinjutsu, Kinjutsu etc. As long as there is a chakra component, it will be accepted. Should a field be sealed, anything that uses part of that field will be unavailable, such as AE, KG, CFS, CE etc. Notes: -Can be used twice per battle with a 4 turn cool down in-between uses. -Any ability sealed within the tag also affects the user, as well as all users on the battlefield. Abilities/fields sealed need to be known/used by user. Eg cannot seal away Sage Transformation if user does not have ST on bio. -As long as the tag is intact, the sealing remains in effect -Should a basic element like water be sealed, then any subsequent fields requiring it such as Ice AE be unusable. Does not work other way around, eg sealing Ice will not seal away basic water and wind usage. -Only 1 ability/field can be sealed at a time. eg even if YinYang user, cannot put both say fire and earth. -Cannot simply put raw chakra to lock of all chakra related abilities -Cannot seal away non chakra related abilities eg taijutsu.
