The user concentrates Katon chakra into their leg before executing the same powerful upward spinning kick used to initiate the Leaf Dragon God. The force of the user’s rotation violently commands the surrounding air into a massive spiraling dragon, while the Katon chakra released from the user’s kick ignites the rapidly circulating currents.

The result is a blazing version of the Dragon God, a massive fire tornado shaped into a dragon. The rotating currents continuously feed and spread the flames throughout its body, causing the dragon to engulf its target before subjecting them to both the razor-sharp air currents of the original technique and the intense flames circulating within them.

Like the Leaf Dragon God, the user remains protected within the base of the vortex while the rotating exterior serves as both an offensive weapon and defensive barrier. The technique retains the Dragon God’s fundamental weakness, however. Because its structure is still maintained by the user’s rotation, reaching the Dragon’s Eye with a sufficiently powerful counter-rotation can destabilize and disperse the technique.
