Within the same time frame of a jutsu, the user will add 2 handseals to a Lightning or Water jutsu and passively change it into Storm Release by molding either water or lightning release to it while boosting its chakra or damage. This will have different effects depending on the nature of the base technique. If used with a Lightning Release Technique, the user will add water chakra to it, giving it the fluidity of water and turning the water jutsu into a beam variant storm release jutsu. This will allow the user to bend and control the jutsu to their will similarly to Laser Circus jutsu while also keeping the original effects and properties of the jutsu as well as gaining +20 to its damage. If used with a Water Release Technique, the user will add Lightning Chakra to it, turning the jutsu into a black cumulonimbus cloud capable of absorbing ninjutsu and chakra it comes in contact with while keeping its original effects and properties as well gaining +10 to its chakra.
