As it spreads, it also makes cuts into the terrain, though these are mostly superficial and doesn't cause any real structural damage to the terrain, unless defending against a technique as it will simply shred the opposing technique apart. Those who come into contact with these webs however also are dealt a lasting burn, an intrinsic application to most Blaze Release techniques, though is not long lasting as it only occurs for two turns. This is a -10 damage per turn lingering burn, but that only can only start being healed after the flames have been outed. Can only be used twice per battle, though if utilized with Mangekyou Sharingan, the user suffers -20 damage drawback, while also cutting their MS duration by 2 turns. This goes on a cooldown of two turns, leaving them unable to use Blaze Release Techniques above A Rank for the same duration.
