The user due to their mastery and control of blood is capable of passively adjusting the properties of his blood rain, for example, should the blood rain carry a toxicity effect, the user can change an area within the monsoon to be harmless, or, should the blood rain carry a cleansing effect, the user can change that area to have no effect, allowing the user to prevent harming an ally or prevent helping a foe.
