The user may create this seal and place it on a surface after a series of handseals. This seal is directly linked to the user’s sensory and perception in order to fulfill its effect and thus the effect occurs only in the user’s own perception. This seal immediately erects a barrier that may cover up to mid range for the A rank version, and 2 landmarks away for the S rank version that covers both sky and ground in an an orb . This barrier is advanced in nature and its effect is triggered by any method within range that attempts or would conceal/erase/hide the presence of an entity or technique from the user’s perception. When such an occurrence takes place this seal will <strong>allow the user to detect others, even through</strong> any abilities (passive or active) held by techniques, entities, chakra, or otherwise that would cause the user to be unable to perceive them. The use of Advanced Fuinjutsu is require for the user is able to seal away concepts such as these. In addition, this technique uses a form of sensory like that to that of “(Kyōkai Kekkai no Jutsu) - Boundary Barrier Technique”, which focuses on movement and displacement of matter, as well as chakra detection, allowing the user a full scope of the area covered. It should be noted that enemies that are faster than what the user can track will still be untrackable within this barrier’s sensory, however this sensing raises the user's tracking and reactions x2 . This barrier only <strong>allows the user to detect other objects or entities that may be concealed by certain abilities</strong>, and does not actually absorb <strong>or prevent the usage of said</strong>techniques or entities. This barrier remains up as long as the seal is not destroyed when the A rank is in use, and up to <strong>4</strong> turns when the S rank is in use. When this seal is applied it remains active until the end of the battle. When active, it forms an almost skin tight barrier over the user and any weapons he may holding at the time, the color of such barrier being dependent on the user. This barrier is basically dormant and does absolutely nothing until 2 conditions are met. The first is that the user must be using a taijutsu or kenjutsu technique. The second is that while using the aforementioned type of technique, the user is touching an elemental technique made up of another being's chakra. When these two conditions are met, the barrier will absorb 10 chakra (note that this doesn't meant it takes anything away from its rank or power) from the jutsu it is touching and immediately use that chakra to passively infuse itself with whatever type of chakra that it absorbed. It should be noted that this gives the barrier no inherent power nor defenses, but what it does do is combine the chakra absorbed with the power of the Taijutsu or Kenjutsu move in order to give it an elemental infusion, making it play on equal terms with the whatever element it is touching at the time. This will also allow the users Tai/Ken techniques to interact with an opposing elemental jutsu without the user getting hurt, as again, the raw power of these types of techniques from the user now have the same elemental infusion as a type of coating over them against the technique they would be used against. For example, due to having an elemental coating over it, the user could the D rank Slap technique to slap a D rank fire ball out of the way. And again, the barrier is merely providing protection, the users tai or kenjutsu is providing the power to truly compete. If the barrier absorbs chakra from an opposing technique, it will negate the cost of 10 chakra for that turn due to the chakra absorbed fueling it. To clarify, the barrier itself does no damage and provides no defense. It only coats the users taijutsu and kenjutsu techniques in the same opposing element that the user is touching at the time, allowing the user to interact equally with an element he normally wouldn't be able to using those fields (such as fire) without being hurt. The technique is applied to any weapon the user happens to be wielding at the time. Covering the weapon in visible sealing script that differs from traditional sealing scripts in color. Being a dark crimson almost black still but more red. This script can also be applied to the opponent via direct touch, cutting out the middleman so to speak. When applied this technique directly targets the chakra flow of the opponent. Causing it to move much slower throughout the body in a similar way to hemostasis in medical fields. Hence the name of the technique. By causing the opponents chakra to move throughout the body slower it can create clots of sorts around the tenketsu. Not only does this cause the afflicted person to take longer to mold chakra it can also prevent them from using certain powerful jutsu over time as the chakra flows slower over time. Provided the seal remains. Overall the effects of this jutsu effectively adds time to how fast they can make seals, slowing the creation of their technique somewhat. A technique that requires one handseal would now take the time of four. Two hand seals, it would take them as long to perform them as it would normally take to do five, and so on. Additionally the afflicted will find themselves requiring the time of performing two hand seals for techniques that usually require none. The moment this seal is applied the afflicted loses access to techniques of a forbidden ranked nature. The clotting of the Tenketsu causes chakra to leak from the afflicted body, causing them to lose 20 chakra each one of their turns by default before using any jutsu. They may seal certain chakra points in a person's body and seal the total amount of chakra that a person may use at any given time. This seal combines these two aspects into one technique. By having a tattoo of all 12 handseals on the user's body, he may focus chakra into them when using a technique. The seals will passively rearrange themselves along the users body corresponding to the seals and the order of them that are used in the technique. When each seal on the user's body is filled with chakra, it will in turn seal the users chakra pathways to match that of the handseal it represents. Thus, the user can replace the handseals of any technique through these seals. The user may choose 3 fields out of Ninjutsu, Fire, Water, Wind, Lightning, Earth, or Fuuinjutsu that he may apply this too. When a foreign barrier is eructed within mid range of the user, this seal is triggered and a first pulsing release of chakra in the form of a wave like barrier is released from the created seal. The purpose of this is to pulse through any activated Fuuinjutsu of the opponent, done in no time due to it's passive nature. Should it be of up to A rank, the pulse corrupts the opponent's link to it, their chakra essentially eating away at the opponent's chakra binding the Fuuin. As this happens, a second pulse released touches the seal and it's chakra of the user binds it and allows the user the ability to apply the seal towards his own person or if a harmful, rebound it's effects back onto the opponent. The user can only reverse certain seals, ones who's effects target the opponent in their effects, primary sensory based ones excluded. The barrier can be used only for small things like stopping a finger from lifting, moving a hand slightly out of place, or other things like that. Things that will otherwise cause the handseal to fail and thus the jutsu, giving the user more time to close the distance and deliver a strike or get to safety as the opponent must rebuild the chakra and redo the handseals from the start. This allows the user to advance or retreat due to the fact that he remains moving during all of this. The first catch to this is that if the user attacks the opponent in any way in combination with this the opponent may attack or defend they wish (given proper logic of course), like nothing happened. This is due to the fact that stopping a handseal would only be seen as a nuisance at best as far as an attack or defense situation, and that this, again, is only useful for advancing or retreating from your positions. The second is that, of course, the user must be moving fast for this to be effective in the slightest way. In order to move five meters, the user must be moving at least the speed of a Kage Ranked Tai Master (not specialist). If moving at twice that speed the user can move 10 meters while using this move, and if moving at 3 times this speed the user may move 15 meters, et cetera. When it does, the user will become infused with the lightened earth chakra and thus his entire body will be lightened several times over whilst performing certain actions during the technique. Any technique that requires, jumping, dashing, rolling, or any sort of potentially evasive action is now maximized due to the user's now lightened body. His jumps are higher, his dashes and rolls are faster, and things of that nature. Due to this, whenever he uses a jutsu that employs any of these actions, he is able to use them to simultaneously dodge incoming ninjutsu techniques since he is able to do these actions far beyond what a normal ninja would be able to. With this in mind, the creator found a way to seal the inscription of any scroll based technique onto his body, armor, or weapon so that he would save an immense amount of time between actually retrieving the scroll and using it. In this way, the scrolls now function as if it were a sealing tag inscribed onto the user's body, armor, or weapons. They require no extra preperation or seals to use, and can be used directly from whatever point they are sealed on. The user must actually have these scroll based jutsu on his person to utilize them before this. Made in an attempt to achieve a similar effect for fire, the resulting technique was deemed too destructive and was classed as a jutsu too dangerous to be used. Like the chakra draining properties of earth and water, the developed technique was highly effective at targeting chakra in its incorporeal states - however instead of draining or absorbing chakra this technique invoked the most fundamental property of Katon - Burning, and applied it to incorporeal interactions. Under the influence of this technique the flames of produced fire jutsu will be sculpted and recoloured so that the Kanji for 'Burn' will appear embossed and patterned across the surface of the flame. As a result the affected fire techniques will burn away foreign chakra within their proximity. There will be little noticeable change for physical clashes such as fire against earth or water, although a sensor will be capable of discerning that the chakra of the technique clashing against the flame is disappearing even before the techniques physical body fades. Against techniques that fire would not have much interaction with however, such as lightning or sound, or techniques that it would not affect at all - such as incorporeal chakra barriers, the true strength of this technique is displayed. As the flames come into 'contact' (Not physical as it generally cannot directly interact with these techniques, but instead overlapping on the same area or being in the same vicinity/pane) the opposing chakra will be burned away, as under the influence of this technique the users fire natured chakra will adopt a singularly destructive property when it encounters opposing chakra and, true to its nature, will not absorb but will rather burn - flooding out to attack the chakra and erasing the opposition completely. When such a flame encounters the body of a living being such as a Summon or Human, it will burn away at their chakra supply for as long as they remain near the flame (short range), destroying more of their chakra each turn, starting at the amount of chakra used to create the fire technique for the first turn, and increasing by double each turn (i.e, 40 the first, 80 the second, 160 the third and so on) until they have absolutely nothing left - and as such fire techniques under the influence of the Black Salamander serve as the bane to beings that cannot be burned or posses powerful regenerative abilities. Against techniques however, elemental weaknesses and strengths will apply, and the strength of the fire technique will reduce accordingly as it expends the very chakra that comprises it to burn away at enemy techniques. Upon the first use of this technique on a fire jutsu, a crest of ash will appear on the users chest, appearing as a salamander that, like an ouroboros is seen to be devouring its own tail. The Salamander Crest will act as a medium for sustaining this technique, should the crest be destroyed then this technique will also end, likewise, for as long as the crest persists, so too will this jutsu. Should the chakra of a fire technique under the influence of the Black Salamander be absorbed, then then absorbed fire chakra will act as a virus - rapidly burning away at the chakra of its new host until nothing is left. The only counter then, is to produce a full bodied chakra surge equal to or greater than the amount of chakra absorbed. (Starts at double the chakra cost of the technique this time, i.e a technique costing 30 chakra would burn away 60 the first turn, and so on, this time as it is directly within an opponents chakra system and as such can wreak havoc more easily). The chakra burn is easily detectable however as an opponent will feel as if their chakra is 'boiling' (a little like the discomfort that Naruto felt upon his first uses of the Kyuubi chakra), although an infected can still produce techniques as usual, albeit they cannot utilise forbidden ranks.</em></p> <p style="text-align: center"><em></em></p> <p style="text-align: center"><em>Note:</em></p> <p style="text-align: center"><em>- Made of ash the crest is virtually immune to any technique that will smash or break it apart as it can simply reform and regenerate, and is counted as a fire/fuuinjutsu combination, A ranked in power, that can only be destroyed by water - which is the natural enemy of fire, or techniques that can completely burn or blast it from existence such as fire or lightning. If Symphony of the Dragon is either active or used afterwards, the Crest of the Black Salamander will combine with the Crest of the Unburnt Dragon, the Salamander wrapping around the Dragon's head and, the two crests will combine, becoming destroyable only by techniques equal to or greater than their now combined strength. When they combine, the crest of the Black Salamander, being weaker, will adopt the turn limit of the Dragon's Crest, if it has two turns left then this crest will also crumble in two turns and so on. This doesn't mean their body merely has the properties of the element but rather when interacted with the targeted part(s) of the body will passively dissipate into storm energy or harden into steel (effect depends on the chosen element). If for example the user is stabbed and they turn into storm energy, the bladed weapon would merely phase through their energy-composed body and leave them unaffected. On the other side of the scale, if the user's body hardens into steel then the attack will simply do them no harm. After the attack or strike has passed through them, their body will automatically revert itself to it's normal appearance. Since this technique usually only applies to specific parts of the body, any unconverted portions of the user's body can still be moved/controlled/used as normal. While in this form, the user can only use the element they transformed into, the element's it's composed of and any combination of the aforementioned element as well as any non-elemental abilities. This seal can also be used in conjunction with a water jutsu created by the user, triggered with an additional 2 hand seals, forcing the water technique to capture the target after its initial effect takes place. Depending on if the water technique used takes on a definite shape or not, the seal will then cause the water to form into a square or keep its definite shape if it has. The relative size of the water square in this scenario all depends on the amount of water used with the corresponding jutsu. A larger version of the seal then appears on the surface of one of the sides of the water jutsu as its effects are triggered. With this application multiple targets can be affected by this fūinjutsu as long as they are within the waters midst once it forms into a square. The seal can also be created and placed on top of a liquid source already present on the battlefield, deprived of chakra, or utilizing the user's chakra as long as they can touch it. When this seal is applied it remains active until the end of the battle. When active, it forms an almost skin tight barrier over the user and any weapons he may holding at the time, the color of such barrier being dependent on the user. This barrier is basically dormant and does absolutely nothing until 2 conditions are met. The first is that the user must be using a taijutsu or kenjutsu technique. The second is that while using the aforementioned type of technique, the user is touching an elemental technique made up of another being's chakra. When these two conditions are met, the barrier will absorb 10 chakra (note that this doesn't meant it takes anything away from its rank or power) from the jutsu it is touching and immediately use that chakra to passively infuse itself with whatever type of chakra that it absorbed. It should be noted that this gives the barrier no inherent power nor defenses, but what it does do is combine the chakra absorbed with the power of the Taijutsu or Kenjutsu move in order to give it an elemental infusion, making it play on equal terms with the whatever element it is touching at the time. This will also allow the users Tai/Ken techniques to interact with an opposing elemental jutsu without the user getting hurt, as again, the raw power of these types of techniques from the user now have the same elemental infusion as a type of coating over them against the technique they would be used against. For example, due to having an elemental coating over it, the user could the D rank Slap technique to slap a D rank fire ball out of the way. And again, the barrier is merely providing protection, the users tai or kenjutsu is providing the power to truly compete. The technique is applied to any weapon the user happens to be wielding at the time. Covering the weapon in visible sealing script that differs from traditional sealing scripts in color. Being a dark crimson almost black still but more red. This script can also be applied to the opponent via direct touch, cutting out the middleman so to speak. When applied this technique directly targets the chakra flow of the opponent. Causing it to move much slower throughout the body in a similar way to hemostasis in medical fields. Hence the name of the technique. By causing the opponents chakra to move throughout the body slower it can create clots of sorts around the tenketsu. Not only does this cause the afflicted person to take longer to mold chakra it can also prevent them from using certain powerful jutsu over time as the chakra flows slower over time. Provided the seal remains. Overall the effects of this jutsu effectively adds time to how fast they can make seals, slowing the creation of their technique somewhat. A technique that requires one handseal would now take the time of four. Two hand seals, it would take them as long to perform them as it would normally take to do five, and so on. Additionally the afflicted will find themselves requiring the time of performing two hand seals for techniques that usually require none. This is applicable the moment the seal is applied. In terms of limiting the usage of powerful ninjutsu. The moment this seal is applied the afflicted loses access to techniques of a forbidden ranked nature. Fuuinjutsu:Gādowandā Sealing Arts: Wonder Guard Type:Supplementary Rank:A Range:Short Chakra:30 Damage:N/A Description:*Created primarily to guard the user against gentle fist users, before battle the user will apply this seal to their body, which will create tiny barriers around each of their chakra points which lie dormant until triggered. When any amount of foreign chakra interrupts the flow of chakra between one chakra point to the next, the seals will absorb the foreign chakra and, If the opponent is touching the user, spit it back out at the opponents nearest chakra point, instead closing one of theirs and causing a brief stun that results in the opponent needing to spend 10 more chakra to use techniques for the next two turns due to the strain this puts on them. This technique can guard up to B rank Elemental techniques and up to A rank techniques of non elemental chakra -Can be used twice per battle -2 turn cool down between uses Fuuinjutsu: Hekkusubureikā (Sealing Arts: Hex Breaker) Type:Supplementary Rank:A Range:Short-Long Chakra:30 Damage:N/A Description:Hex Breaker may only be used when an opponent erects a barrier type Fuuinjutsu of their own. Whenever this happens, the user can make the Dragon handseal and immediately cause 2 barriers of his own to form on the immediate inside and outside of the opponent's jutsu. Both of these barriers will have the Kanji for counter "カウンタ" all over them in bright red lettering. As they appear, they immediately begin pushing towards each other, breaking the erected barrier they formed around as they do so due to the crushing pressure. This can counter up to B rank elemental barriers -Can be used 4 times per battle -Requires a 1 turn cool down between each use -User must be on the ground when using this ( Juinjutsu: Dorobō Botsuraku ) - Cursed Seal: Trap Card Reversal Show Type: Supplementary Rank: A Range: Short Chakra cost: 30 Damage points: N/A Description: A Juinjutsu designed to work under the activation of other Fuuinjutsus, the user passively creates a seal that lays dormant until triggered. When a foreign barrier is eructed within mid range of the user, this seal is triggered and a first pulsing release of chakra in the form of a wave like barrier is released from the created seal. The purpose of this is to pulse through any activated Fuuinjutsu of the opponent, done in no time due to it's passive nature. Should it be of up to A rank, the pulse corrupts the opponent's link to it, their chakra essentially eating away at the opponent's chakra binding the Fuuin. As this happens, a second pulse released touches the seal and it's chakra of the user binds it and allows the user the ability to apply the seal towards his own person or if a harmful, rebound it's effects back onto the opponent. The user can only reverse certain seals, ones who's effects target the opponent in their effects, primary sensory based ones excluded. What this means is seals that hinder the opponent's speed or ability to use something, it's effects will reverse back onto the opponent. Note: Only works on Fuuinjutsu activated in the last turn Note: Initial pulse happens instantly as this is purely defensive and supplementary in it's usage. When rebounding and reversing Fuuinjutsu, the user is able to reverse up to S rank seals if he fits the requirements (i.e. able to use Sound if Sound if involved, ability to use Chakra Chains, or Fire for seals or barriers related, etc), costing a move per turn to do so. Note: Can only be used to reverse Fuuinjutsu every 2 turns and up to 3 in total. These four seals can be placed on the Bio to avoid having to manually place during Battle, defeating the purpose of the jutsu. Despite activating passively/on it's own, it still requires a move in the 3 allowed per turn. (Fūinjutsu: Hagane Hie no Ikkō) – Sealing Technique: Chilling Steel of the Militant Buddhist Type: Defensive Rank: B-Rank Range: Short Chakra cost: 20 Damage points: N/A Description: This technique is a general, sealing-assisted execution of the hard style martial arts exercise known as the ‘Iron Shirt.’ The execution of Hagane Hie no Ikkō requires the user to find his central equilibrium using Zhang Zhuang and then aligning his breath, movement and chakra circulation. This immediate stress plus the spike in heart rate, will activate a small seal that is passively applied to the users chest. This seal further assists the flow of chakra, spreading it and adding a dense sort of chakra to flow around users muscles and body, strengthening it. These actions and chakra flow, combined with the user’s general physique and resistance to damage, can lessen the damage taken by the physical elements of an attack by 20 damage points. The seal functions autonomously, requiring no input from the user. -Must be included in the user’s bio or stated at the beginning of a fight. -Can only be taught by ZK. -Can only be used by a Tai specialist. Fuuinjutsu: Yomigaeri no Mikoyose) - Sealing Arts: Resurrection of Sorcery Type: Supplementary Rank: A Range: Short Chakra: 30 (-10 to the main two affinities of the user) Damage:N/A (-10 to the main two affinities of the user) Description: This seal must be either stated in the user's bio or placed on him before battle. This seal is linked to the users two strongest elemental abilities and only seeks to make them weaker in order to increase the power of the users Sealing Arts. When passively activated it will drain the user's two main elemental affinities of 10 points of chakra and damage automatically every time they're used, storing it within itself, and making the users techniques using those affinities weaker until its deactivated. It's true purpose will be triggered whenever the user utilizes the art of Fuuinjutsu, it will convert and release this stored power into any Fuuinjutsu technique whenever it is used, filling the technique with the energy it took from the user's elemental prowess. This results in every Fuuinjutsu technique the user uses gaining +1 Rank (if they’re A-Rank or below). On the other side, the main two elemental affinities of the user will automatically lose 10 damage and chakra each when they are used. Elements which are a combination of both of the weakened elements will also be weakened in the same way. This lasts until deactivated. -Can only be used or activated once per battle -Can't be used on bios without two elemental specialties -Can’t be used on S-Rank and above Fuuin -Can’t be used on Multiple Infinite Embraces (Fuuin: Bachi no Kindachi) - Sealing Technique: Damocles, The Curse of Kings Type: Defensive/Supplementary Rank: S Range: Short - Long Chakra: 40 (80 chakra for double usage) Damage: N/A Description: The user will have four seals on their body (must be stated in the biography) with the Kanji for “Curse” that can be passively activated (instant but still counts as a move) whenever the opponent uses a technique. The seal will will release an intangible barrier that expands outwards in all directions. The barrier instantly reaches long-range in every direction and serves to absorb chakra from the given technique in order to weaken it by a quarter . The amount of chakra absorbed is proportional to the power of the technique but one thing that remains the same is that the remaining technique will fall to three-quarters it's original power i.e. a 120 damage technique would fall to 90 damage (Forbidden Rank). The barrier is destroyed soon after coming into contact with the technique if it exceeds a traditional S-Rank in power but not before it leeches a quarter of it’s chakra in order to weaken it by the same degree. The user can instead activate two barriers rather than one to reduce the targeted technique to half it’s original power rather than a quarter. This will count as two of the user’s three moves per turn. This means this technique does not counter other jutsu in itself but rather aids the user in countering more powerful techniques by weakening them. Due to the barrier’s intangibility, it will can work on solid techniques as well as liquids, gases and energy-based techniques. It will also only shatter against non-physical techniques due to their ability to clash with the intangible barrier. The reason this seal needs to be passively activated (still counts as a move) is so the user can use a technique in the same-timeframe to counter the opponent's weakened jutsu. This technique can be used thrice per battle, be it three usages of the single version, three usages of the double version or any variation/combination of the two. Note: Can only be used three times per battle Note: No Fuuinjutsu techniques can be used in the user's same and next turn (when single version is used) Note: No Fuuinjutsu techniques can be used in the user's same and next two turns (when double version is used ( Fuuinjutsu: Shukufuku no Macaria ) - Sealing Arts: Macaria's Blessing Type: Supplementary/Defensive Rank: A Range: Short Chakra cost: 30 Damage points: Equal to jutsu Description: When an energy wave touches the user, be it the effects of a foreign ninjutsu or a defensive pulsating effect, a dormant seal triggers. The purpose of this seal is simple in it's usage and execution: when the foreign chakra nears the user's body, this seal triggers and a thin, unnoticeable to the human eye, layer of adhesive like chakra is released. The purpose of this is to "catch" the chakra of the aforementioned ninjutsus and bind it in place, preventing it from continuing it's actual effect. By doing this, the user both stops it as well as holds the chakra in place while the adhesive chakra quickly corrupts and eats the chakra within the jutsu, before rebounding it as a pure of raw chakra (travels at the speed of an average Wind jutsu), aiming to blast backwards in the direction it was released. Should the jutsu the user contained with this be of a defensive or supplementary nature, this jutsu will cause no damage to the target, instead it will negate it's usage. Note: This is able to affect Ninjutsu of S rank and lower. Note: This seal can be released up to 4 times per battle with a two turn break in usage. Type: Supplementary Rank: A Range: Short - Long Chakra: 30 Damage: N/A Description: The user will passively apply a seal with the Kanji for "Madness" on their body. This technique will both distort how their body but also their techniques appear. A barrier of chakra will form over their body in the form of a black haze of chakra cloaks the user's body without obscuring their sight. The haze casts anyone who looks upon it in an external genjutsu (A-Rank) that constantly shifts the user's outline like an off-focus photograph, thereby obscuring any discerning marks or features. The mist-like illusion also causes his image to double or triple randomly, making him appear to be a hallucination. It essentially creates the effect of the user's body flickering from side to side across a one-meter area too fast for the eyes to track without the creation of after-images. This isn't to be confused with the user moving back and forth, this effect can solely be attributed to the genjutsu induced by the haze and will occur even if the user is standing still. This throws off techniques which require a clear line of sight or concentration on the user's position. This effect will occur regardless of the opponent's tracking speed. As for the user's techniques, their distorted image will depend on it's state of matter. Solid techniques will appear pitch black with red lines of light across them, liquid techniques will appear as blood, gaseous techniques will appear as a black smog and energy-based techniques will appear a dark-red colour. This lasts until deactivated. Notes: -Can only be taught by Detective L -Can only be used twice per battle 5) Fuuinjutsu: Aserureddo-ō no noroi Sealing Arts: Curse of The Unready Type:Supplementary Rank:D Range: Short-Long Chakra:10 Damage:N/A Description: In the ever evolving struggle to bridge the gap between Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, and ninjutsu, this technique was created. This is only useful when the user is advancing of retreating towards or away from the target when the target attempts to use handseals to form a technique of some sort. When the opponent attempts to use a handseal, the user can create a small barrier around their hands. The barrier can be used only for small things like stopping a finger from lifting, moving a hand slightly out of place, or other things like that. Things that will otherwise cause the handseal to fail and thus the jutsu, giving the user more time to close the distance and deliver a strike or get to safety as the opponent must rebuild the chakra and redo the handseals from the start. This allows the user to advance or retreat due to the fact that he remains moving during all of this. The first catch to this is that if the user attacks the opponent in any way in combination with this the opponent may attack or defend they wish (given proper logic of course), like nothing happened. This is due to the fact that stopping a handseal would only be seen as a nuisance at best as far as an attack or defense situation, and that this, again, is only useful for advancing or retreating from your positions. The second is that, of course, the user must be moving fast for this to be effective in the slightest way. In order to move five meters, the user must be moving at least the speed of a Kage Ranked Tai Master (not specialist). If moving at twice that speed the user can move 10 meters while using this move, and if moving at 3 times this speed the user may move 15 meters, et cetera. Also, if the user is going to attack in combination with this technique (unless interrupted by the opponent) they must do so with either a Tai, Ken, or otherwise an physical body attack. Otherwise they may simply use this technique to advance or retreat as usual. The seal only lasts for the single moment of handseal disruption and vanishes after. -Can be used in the same time frame or followed up by taijutsu or kenjutsu techniques unless the user is interrupted -Can only be used five times per battle -Can't be combined with anything that enhances barriers -Can't be used to hurt the opponent in any way. -One turn cool down between uses 6) Fuuinjutsu/Doton: Dōtoku (Sealing Arts/Earth Style: Morality) Type:Supplementary Rank:A Range:Short Chakra:30 (Activation) (Then -15 per turn) Damage:N/A (-40 to all physical techniques if still activated at the time of the strike) Description: This technique comes in the form of a seal, resembling a tattoo, that is passively inscribed on the user's chest before battle and directly connected to his chakra center via his own chakra once activated. It can also alternatively be applied to the user during battle via sealing tag.. The seal is infused with an abundance of very light and free type of earth chakra, similar to that of "Earth Release: Ultra Light-Weight Rock Technique". Designed to close the gap between Taijutsu/Kenjutsu and Ninjutsu, this seal may be activated at will, whenever the user wishes, due to being so intricately connected to his chakra, but may only be used in combination with a Taijutsu or Kenjutsu technique. Whenever he wills it and performs such a technique, the seal may activate. When it does, the user will become infused with the lightened earth chakra and thus his entire body will be lightened several times over whilst performing certain actions during the technique. Any technique that requires, jumping, dashing, rolling, or any sort of potentially evasive action is now maximized due to the user's now lightened body. His jumps are higher, his dashes and rolls are faster, and things of that nature. Due to this, whenever he uses a jutsu that employs any of these actions, he is able to use them to simultaneously dodge incoming ninjutsu techniques since he is able to do these actions far beyond what a normal ninja would be able to. While the user still is not able to simply leap above things like Majestic Annihlation, he may still dodge any ninjutsu technique that is up to 10 meters in any dimension in its size with the aforementioned ways. While this jutsu may be used in combination with a taijutsu or kenjutsu move in the same timeframe due to it only being activated once these moves are used, it of course takes up a move slot. -Can be activated twice per battle -Lasts 3 turns each activation -Can only be used with Taijutsu or Kenjutsu techniques 7) (Fuuinjutsu: Meiji no mokushiroku) Sealing Arts: Revelation Of The Mage Show Type:Supplementary Rank:C Range:Short Chakra:15 Damage:N/A Description: Fuuinjutsu usually comes in 3 variations, Barriers, Sealing Tags, and Scrolls. The important thing to note with scrolls, and sealing tags, is that they are almost exactly the same, save for the fact that the scroll has a longer sealing inscription on it. They both are inscribed with kanji that release the effect of the kanji when they are fully revealed. As such, the creator of this technique realized that scrolls were difficult to utilize once the user had some sort of body armor on him, due to the fact that the armor may slow him or leave him without access to his scroll holder. With this in mind, the creator found a way to seal the inscription of any scroll based technique onto his body, armor, or weapon so that he would save an immense amount of time between actually retrieving the scroll and using it. In this way, the scrolls now function as if it were a sealing tag inscribed onto the user's body, armor, or weapons. They require no extra preperation or seals to use, and can be used directly from whatever point they are sealed on. The user must actually have these scroll based jutsu on his person to utilize them before this. Even when using this technique, all restrictions of the scroll based technique used must be followed. -This technique is always active but must be posted in the users bio or before the fight -Any sealed scrolls must be posted before the fight or within the user's bio -The scroll techniques used must be posted as normal in the fight, taking both a move and timeframe slot, the only difference in usage being that they come from the sealing point. -The user can only utilize 4 scroll techniques in this manner -Scrolls must be stated either in the user's bio or before the fight. After a fight the Scrolls may be replenished however (Fuuin: Hakari no Doragon) - Sealing Technique: Scales of the Dragon Type: Supplementary/Defensive Rank: S Range: Short Chakra cost: N/A (-40 on activation) Damage points: N/A Description: The user has a seal on their body with the Kanji for "Impervious" that automatically activates upon the user being struck with a Taijutsu attack. A barrier instantly forms over the user (before the user can be harmed) and mitigates the damage dealt by the strike and any subsequent strikes encompassed in the technique or freeform combo. Whether a Taijutsu technique deals one single hit or a multitude of them, each activation of this seal will defend one single Taijutsu attack/combo, be it freeform or a technique. The effect of the barrier is to reduce rather than eliminate the damage the user takes from being struck physically by the opponent so it will only halve the damage of any Taijutsu technique no matter how powerful (e.g. S-Ranks will fall to 40 damage, D-Ranks will fall to 10 damage). Due to this seal only reducing damage rather protecting the user completely, it acts as a failsafe more than anything else in case the user is caught unawares by someone much faster than them. The user’s body will sustain the remaining damage after the barrier halves it’s power. Note: Can only be used twice per battle Note: User still takes half the damage Note: Only applies to Taijutsu techniques Note: No S-Rank or above Fuuin in that turn or next Katon/Fuuinjutsu: Kuro Sanshō̄o no Seimei-Sen | Fire Release/Sealing Technique: Lifeblood of the Black Salamander Type: Supplementary Rank: A Range: N/A Chakra Cost: 30 (Fire jutsu with this effect applied cost 10 more chakra to create.) Damage Points: N/A Description: This technique was developed in response to the chakra draining and chakra absorbitve abilities displayed by certain water and earth techniques. Made in an attempt to achieve a similar effect for fire, the resulting technique was deemed too destructive and was classed as a jutsu too dangerous to be used. Like the chakra draining properties of earth and water, the developed technique was highly effective at targeting chakra in its incorporeal states - however instead of draining or absorbing chakra this technique invoked the most fundamental property of Katon - Burning, and applied it to incorporeal interactions. Under the influence of this technique the flames of produced fire jutsu will be sculpted and recoloured so that the Kanji for 'Burn' will appear embossed and patterned across the surface of the flame. As a result the affected fire techniques will burn away foreign chakra within their proximity. There will be little noticeable change for physical clashes such as fire against earth or water, although a sensor will be capable of discerning that the chakra of the technique clashing against the flame is disappearing even before the techniques physical body fades. Against techniques that fire would not have much interaction with however, such as lightning or sound, or techniques that it would not affect at all - such as incorporeal chakra barriers, the true strength of this technique is displayed. As the flames come into 'contact' (Not physical as it generally cannot directly interact with these techniques, but instead overlapping on the same area or being in the same vicinity/pane) the opposing chakra will be burned away, as under the influence of this technique the users fire natured chakra will adopt a singularly destructive property when it encounters opposing chakra and, true to its nature, will not absorb but will rather burn - flooding out to attack the chakra and erasing the opposition completely. When such a flame encounters the body of a living being such as a Summon or Human, it will burn away at their chakra supply for as long as they remain near the flame (short range), destroying more of their chakra each turn, starting at the amount of chakra used to create the fire technique for the first turn, and increasing by double each turn (i.e, 40 the first, 80 the second, 160 the third and so on) until they have absolutely nothing left - and as such fire techniques under the influence of the Black Salamander serve as the bane to beings that cannot be burned or posses powerful regenerative abilities. Against techniques however, elemental weaknesses and strengths will apply, and the strength of the fire technique will reduce accordingly as it expends the very chakra that comprises it to burn away at enemy techniques. Upon the first use of this technique on a fire jutsu, a crest of ash will appear on the users chest, appearing as a salamander that, like an ouroboros is seen to be devouring its own tail. The Salamander Crest will act as a medium for sustaining this technique, should the crest be destroyed then this technique will also end, likewise, for as long as the crest persists, so too will this jutsu. Should the chakra of a fire technique under the influence of the Black Salamander be absorbed, then then absorbed fire chakra will act as a virus - rapidly burning away at the chakra of its new host until nothing is left. The only counter then, is to produce a full bodied chakra surge equal to or greater than the amount of chakra absorbed. (Starts at double the chakra cost of the technique this time, i.e a technique costing 30 chakra would burn away 60 the first turn, and so on, this time as it is directly within an opponents chakra system and as such can wreak havoc more easily). The chakra burn is easily detectable however as an opponent will feel as if their chakra is 'boiling' (a little like the discomfort that Naruto felt upon his first uses of the Kyuubi chakra), although an infected can still produce techniques as usual, albeit they cannot utilise forbidden ranks. Note: - Made of ash the crest is virtually immune to any technique that will smash or break it apart as it can simply reform and regenerate, and is counted as a fire/fuuinjutsu combination, A ranked in power, that can only be destroyed by water - which is the natural enemy of fire, or techniques that can completely burn or blast it from existence such as fire or lightning. After four turns the crest will fade, signifying the end of this technique. If Symphony of the Dragon is either active or used afterwards, the Crest of the Black Salamander will combine with the Crest of the Unburnt Dragon, the Salamander wrapping around the Dragon's head and, the two crests will combine, becoming destroyable only by techniques equal to or greater than their now combined strength. When they combine, the crest of the Black Salamander, being weaker, will adopt the turn limit of the Dragon's Crest, if it has two turns left then this crest will also crumble in two turns and so on. While it makes the crest harder to destroy, it also has the drawback of potentially ending the duration of this technique prematurely depending on how, and when the crests are created. - While this technique is active the user is capable of, once per turn, producing raw blasts of S ranked fire chakra from any point of their body which - incapable of interacting with physical substances, will instead interact with and destroy those made of chakra, for instance if used against earth the blast will phase into the earth, erasing it of all the chakra that fuels it and, by destroying its source of strength will also undermine the earth's corporeality, leaving it to crumble to dust. (Although it does not interact so much on a physical level, it can still be countered by a technique of equal power as the flame will attack the chakra within the technique, and respecting elemental weaknesses and strengths, will falter when overwhelmed or equalized.) The chakra is visible as it takes a translucent gold or black hue, and be can form various shapes and sizes at the users whim, and the user can maintain control over it should they so wish, however they will be limited to non elemental and fire elemental jutsu during this time. This count as one of the user's three moves per turn. - When this technique ends it cannot be reactivated again for the next two turns, and no fire techniques above S rank can be utilized during this period. It can also only be activated 2x, and the user is immune to have their own chakra devoured by their flames. - This technique is also capable of working against chakra, or uses of physical/spiritual energy that have a slightly different make-up than usual, such as Senjutsu chakra and Kiyoshi energy. However it cannot target physical or natural energies in their raw, un-combined state; it can do so for spiritual energy however. - The user can choose to not apply this effect to a created fire technique, and affected fire techniques will appear an imperial black, red and gold in colour. - As this technique has no effect on its own, its activation is instant and can be performed in the same timeframe as the following technique. The crest will appear upon the creation of the first Black Salamander Fire technique, and this works on ash too. - When used by an Inuzuka this technique will not adversely affect their Ninken as, accustomed to their presence, this jutsu, while largely indiscriminate, will have the users Ninken labelled as something related to and bound to the user, as a result just as the user is immune to the effects of this technique, so too will Ninken be. (Same for cursed seals as they are a part of the users being) - Can only be taught by Scaze (Fuuinjutsu: Baundoenchanto) - Sealing Arts: Bound Enchantment Show Type: Supplementary Rank: C Range: Short Chakra: 15 (-5 per turn) Damage: N/A Description: This seal may only be used on weapons that are in contact with the user. This seal may also be passively applied to the users weapons or formed onto a weapon the user is holding by expending a move. Only activated when the user is utilizing a jutsu to enhance or otherwise affect said weapon, this seal (which is marked with the kanji for "bind") will activate and drain chakra from the user to fuel said jutsu , even when the user uses another jutsu. It will permanently (or for as long as the user chooses to keep paying chakra) bind the enhancement to the weapon by doing so, as it is constantly being fueled. Each turn the weapon will be able to be used as if the enhancement that was made on it was newly activated, so that they may block and attack with the weapon it was used on without breaking the freeform dodging/blocking rules. - Only one of these seals may be active at a time on a single weapon - Only works on weapons (Fuuinjutsu: Anchisuperu) - Sealing Arts: Anti Spell Show Type: Supplementary Rank: A Range: Short-Long Chakra: 30 (-10 per turn) Damage: N/A Description: Only useable once the opponent has activated a chakra cloak of some sort, the user will make a single handseal and release a barrier from their body that expands at the speed of a standard sound genjutstu. This barrier does no damage, it doesn't block their vision (it's completely see through), and otherwise the opponent won't know it's there unless they have some sort of way to sense it or see the chakra of it. It's completely harmless to the opponent. However, what it does do is cut off the opponents connection to any type of chakra cloak they may be using. It drains any energy based chakra (Raw, Fire, Wind, Lightning, etc) on the outer side of the barrier. Note that it does not drain the opponents chakra from his body. It will drain the chakra cloak only and only until it is completely gone, after which the technique will end. The draining and ending of the cloak is almost immediate. This technique will only work on cloaks that can be classified as Supplementary, and will work on all of them regardless of rank due to the fact that these cloaks carry no inherent damage to them. To stop the opponent from simply reactivation the cloak, the barrier lasts 3 turns Note: Does not work on solid armors Note: Can be used 2 times per battle Note: 2 turn cool down between uses Note: Doesn't work on Jinchuuriki chakra cloaks Note: Cannot be combined with techniques that augment/enhance barriers (Fuuin: Yoroi no Koutei) - Sealing Technique: Assassin's Armour Show Type: Defensive/Supplementary Rank: B Range: Short Chakra: 20 Damage: N/A Description: The user will have a seal on their clothes with the Kanji for “Armour” that is active all the time (must be stated in the user’s biography). The seal will be imbued with the user’s earth chakra and as such, the user’s clothing will be hardened and appear darker in colour similar to the canon technique Earth Release: Earth Spear making it akin to wearing armour. It will develop a metallic sheen in addition to the hardening which is purely cosmetic. It will not decrease the flexibility or mobility of the clothing nor will it increase the weight of it in any way, similar to the canon technique. The user will essentially become capable of withstanding damage/impacts as the hardened clothes absorb damage either completely or to a certain extent. The user's clothes will be capable of blocking kunai, shuriken, swords and other bladed weapons (Kenjutsu up to and including C-Rank). This technique will also render D-Rank and below Taijutsu useless if used on clothed portions of the body and decrease the damage of Taijutsu techniques above C-Rank by 10 damage points. Though it hardens the clothing if the is destroyed or removed the hardening loses effects and it holds no defensive ability against elements that are strong to earth. Note: This technique is always active Note: Must be stated in the user's biography Note: Must be posted at the beginning of a battle (Fuuin: Genron no Genchuu) - Sealing Technique: Principles of the Paramecia Show Type: Defensive/Supplementary Rank: B Range: Short Chakra: 20 Damage: N/A Description: The user will have a seal placed on their clothes with the Kanji for one of the basic five elements. The seal will be infused with elemental chakra of the chosen element (must be stated in biography) and will exhibit a unique effect depending on which of the elements is chosen. The seal will activate passively (instant but still counts as a move) when it’s first triggered. Ruler of the Skies: This seal will activate whenever an unfocused current or stream of electricity is used within the vicinity of the user. The seal will release the user’s fuuton chakra in order to insulate the current of electricity as it comes into contact with the clothes, essentially neutralizing it before it can affect the user. The clothes will also become weightless as a byproduct of the infusion of wind chakra, allowing freer and more fluid movements. For the next three turns, the user’s clothes will be coated in a layer of invisible wind that can create an updraft to enable levitation and seamless flight. The Earth Emperor: This seal will activate whenever the opponent comes into physical contact with the user’s clothes. The opponent’s weight will double (similar to the Added Weight technique) as earth chakra is released into them. For the next three turns, the user’s clothes will become darker in colour to signify the change and each additional contact with the clothes will double their weight further. The initial weight gain will last for three turns but each additional contact will extend it’s duration by one turn. Regardless of how much the opponent’s weight is raised by this technique, it can simply be neutralized through the use of Chidori Nagashi. The Lightning Lord: This seal will activate whenever the opponent comes into physical contact with the user’s clothes. Upon being struck, the user's clothes will be imbued with ration chakra, making them static and shocking to the touch. Direct contact with clothing will cause the opponent's limb/body part to go numb for one turns and if a second contact is made in that time with the same part, that limb will be paralyzed for two turns as the lightning shocking stacks. These effects only apply to direct contact with the clothes themselves (an example would be the opponent's exposed fist striking the clothes). The user’s clothes will remain infused with ration chakra for five turns after activation and they will develop sparks of lightning across them to signify the change. King in the North: This seal will activate whenever a fire technique comes into contact with the user’s clothes. The dormant chakra will activate immediately and essentially "moisturize" the clothing by imbuing it with suiton chakra without actually making it wet. This technique will not increase the user's susceptibility to lightning in any way either. It will also give the user's clothes (but not the user himself) immunity being ignited or burned up to a certain extent, translating to an immunity to C-Rank and below Katon techniques. This will last three turns but there will be no visual change to the clothes. Sovereign of Fire: This seal will activate whenever the opponent comes into physical contact with the user’s clothes. Upon being struck, the user's clothes will be imbued with katon chakra, making them heat up considerably. Direct contact with clothing will cause the opponent's limb/body part to be burned. Momentary contact will only result in a first degree burn but more prolonged contact will lead to third or fourth degree burns. The user’s clothes will remain infused with katon chakra for three turns after activation and they will develop localized areas of orange-light (similar to smoldering coals) to signify the change. Note: Only one element can be chosen per use Note: Can only activate each seal once per battle Katon/Fuuinjutsu: Uranai shinjitsu] - Fire Style/Sealing Arts: The Telling Truth Type:Supplementary Rank:B Range:Short-Mid Chakra: 20 Damage:N/A Description: Once a single handseal is made, a barrier will be released by the user that will move outwards from the user's position a the speed of Wind Style: Wind Blade. The barrier has a distinct red hue and is imbued with fire chakra, but is dormant and useless until it is triggered. The trigger being the barrier encompassing anything that has chakra sealed inside of it via fuuinjutsu, or otherwise seals, scrolls, and paper tags. When the barrier passes by a location that triggers this affect, it will react and release just enough of its stored fire chakra into the objects to corrupt the sealing script found within it or medium the chakra is sealed in itself. This would slightly burn it and make it unusable due to such. Paper tags will be destroyed, not set off or detonated. In the case of seals found on the opponent's body, the opponent would only feel a slightly warm feeling on the place of the seal and find that part of the seal has been slightly burned away, doing the same thing to it as it only takes a bit to corrupt the sealing script and thus make the seal useless. The seal can be passively activated in battle and it’s activation will restrict the user to a certain element (as well as the one’s it’s comprised of. In exchange for limiting the user to certain element(s), the user's techniques of the remaining elements will gain one rank and in the case of S-Ranks and above they will gain +20 damage. In the case of defensive and supplementary techniques, they will become capable of defending against techniques with 20 more damage points (only applies to S-Ranks and above). This counts as a passive boost rather than an active one due to the nature of the seal. To clearly illustrate the seal’s use in battle, if the user restricted themselves to Steel Release, they would still have access to Earth, Fire and any CE combinations of the aforementioned elements (elements that use solely earth, solely fire or Earth and Fire). Alternatively, the user can create the seal in the middle of a battle but this usage can only be used once. This usage is fast enough to be used in the same time-frame as the subsequent technique. Once activated, this technique lasts until canceled. Notes: -Can only be taught by Detective L -Must be stated in user’s biography and can only be activated once per battle/event -Alternative use can only be used once per battle [CENTER] [I]Fuuinjutsu: Hecate's Nekutai ) - Sealing Arts: Hecate's Binding Type: Supplementary Rank: C Range: Short Chakra cost: 15 ( -5 each turn ) Damage points: N/A Description: The user forms a Fuuinjutsu that is simple in nature yet advanced in it's applications. Channeling chakra, the user creates a seal that is applied to a weapon of the user's choice. The purpose of this seal is to extend the user's chakra manipulation through an instrument of his choosing. This allows the user to release Jutsu from this instrument or item of choice as long as it's in the form of a streamed jutsu, like Great Majestic Annihilation or a projectile like Water Bullet. A one time use seal, this can be applied either in battle or pre applied before battle by placing in the user's bio. After applied, lasts until the user cancels it. In order for this to work, the weapon has to be in contact with the user's body or said jutsu will be released from their original point of release. Note: Can only be used on weapons the user owns. Note: This seal also binds the weapon to the user, meaning it can't be lost unless the user himself throws it away. ( Juinjutsu: Kyūshutsu no Soter ) - Cursed Seal: Soter's Deliverance Type: Offensive/Defensive Rank: A Range: Short Chakra cost: 30 Damage points: 60 to opponent Description: Based on the Sealing Trap Explosion, the user creates a cursed barrier around his person. This skin tight barrier is then made dormant until specific conditions are met. Should a jutsu of foreign chakra approach the user, the armor will react in such a way that, much like the parent jutsu, an explosion is generated. However, the difference between the two is that while the basic version is omnidirectional, this variant is a controlled outwards explosion generated towards the source of the foreign chakra. Due to the layer of chakra in the barrier around the body, the user is left unscathed as the barrier generated explosion disperses any attack of same chakra level or lower. Due to being an actual barrier and not a chakra shroud like with SM or Bijuu Modes, the user is left able to use other mode based jutsu while this lays dormant. Should an explosion occur in a direction, the user is able to release it from his fist instead of his entire front torso. Note: Can be applied passively and pre-placed on the user's bio. Note: After using, the user cannot use again for one turn and no S ranked Fuuinjutsu next turn. Note: Can only be used or applied 4 times. Note: User is able to release from two spots at once but requires two slots and the only way the user can have double usage at once but this requires one additional turn to the already 1 turn wait in between usages. Note: Cannot be combined with techniques that increase the chakra cost of this jutsu ( Fuuinjutsu: Zōkyō no Bia) - Sealing Arts: Bia's Augmentation Type: Supplementary Rank: B Range: Short Chakra cost: +10 to jutsu Damage points: N/A Description: A purely defensive and supplementary jutsu, the user creates a barrier around a selected shield, armor or other body used for defensive purposes. This can range from chakra armors to physical shields/barriers to raw chakra bodies around the user and various types of defensive jutsu. The purpose of this barrier is to reinforce the defense of the targeted jutsu by means of the barrier around it. What this does is add additional chakra to the barrier when it's created, increasing the power of the jutsu by 20 damage points by making a thin physical barrier around the jutsu made to act as a second layer around the jutsu to allow it to augment it's effects and defensive aspects. While simple, the barrier acts as a small coating that can only be described as skin tight in relation to how close it is to the jutsu it's applied to. Note: Can be used 4 times with a 2 turn cool down in between usages. Note: Because this jutsu's effects are reliant upon another jutsu being used, this can be used in the same timeframe as another. Note: Cannot be used with Cursed Seal: Soter's Deliverance Type: Supplementary/Defensive Rank: A Range: Short Chakra cost: N/A (-30 on activation) Damage points: N/A Description: The user will have a seal on their body with the Kanji for a specific element and it will lay dormant until the user is physically struck, be it by an attack, weapon or an opponent. Whenever the user is physically interacted with (e.g. punched, stabbed, shot), their body will instantly exhibit all of the properties of the chosen element. This doesn't mean their body merely has the properties of the element but rather when interacted with the targeted part(s) of the body will passively dissipate into storm energy or harden into steel (effect depends on the chosen element). If for example the user is stabbed and they turn into storm energy, the bladed weapon would merely phase through their energy-composed body and leave them unaffected. On the other side of the scale, if the user's body hardens into steel then the attack will simply do them no harm. After the attack or strike has passed through them, their body will automatically revert itself to it's normal appearance. Since this technique usually only applies to specific parts of the body, any unconverted portions of the user's body can still be moved/controlled/used as normal. While in this form, the user can only use the element they transformed into, the element's it's composed of and any combination of the aforementioned element as well as any non-elemental abilities. This technique enables the user to defend against A-Ranks and below of neutral elements (B-Ranks and below for weaknesses, S-Ranks and below for strengths). If the user is struck with an attack that will neutralize their transformation, the two cancel one another out and the user reverts to their original form unharmed. If the user is struck with an attack that overpowers their transformation, the user's body reverts to it's original form and sustains the remaining damage (after the collision of techniques). The only exception to this rule is if the two chosen elements have no sort of interaction with one another (e.g. Fire and Lightning), in which case rank differences will not matter. Regardless of how the user is hit, this can be a full body or partial transformation (depends on the user’s choice). Should they be struck by a physical attack capable of cancelling out their transformation (e.g. a sword streaming nagashi), the sword will remain inside them on reversion and they’ll be impaled by the blade. The wind chakra around the barrier is in a constant state of flux, randomly changing the patterns on which they flow within the barrier itself. Though the flow of the wind is intense and forms complete coverage around the barrier, it is completely incapable of harming another being should they touch it, it also serves as no defense against anything other than Lightning Release up to S rank. Instead, it serves to disrupt any incoming Hindering or Genjutsu sound jutsu that may come towards the user from the opponent. Should any Hindering or Genjutsu sound try to get to the user of this technique, the wind, in its constantly changing and moving patterns, would disrupt the sound waves and cause them to never reach the user. Should a Destructive type Sound jutsu be used against this barrier, as mentioned before, it would serve no defense. This barrier only reacts with chakra as well, meaning that the user retains his full hearing abilities. This seal only activates once the user uses non elemental taijutsu. Non Elemental Taijutsu often requires the user to infuse his body with chakra in order to successfully perform the technique he is attempting, which is strange because as shown, taijutsu is usually used to preserve chakra. This seal rectifies this by flooding the user's body with chakra at the exact points it needs to be in order to execute successfully, eliminating the need for the user to input chakra himself for this brand of Tai. Chakra Cost: 30(-25 to opponent per turn) Damage Points: N/A Description: Mizu no omo-sa is a fūin seal consisting of kanji that takes on the formation of a small square that uses water as a medium to trap their targets. It can be triggered after placing the seal on the opponent, in conjunction with a water technique released by the user, or by placing it on top of a water source of a certain size. When placed on a target and triggered, a small water source will burst forth from the seal as it simultaneously engulfs the opponent in water that forms into the shape of a square with the opponent in its midst. In this case where it is a single target the seal releases an adequate amount of water, based on the size of the target, trapping them in a square of water that has a 2m space gap between the target and each side as they are trapped within it. The process of engulfing the opponent within the water is swift, and upon forming the water greatly increases in density, preventing the target's movement as the seal drains away their chakra. This seal can also be used in conjunction with a water jutsu created by the user, triggered with an additional 2 hand seals, forcing the water technique to capture the target after its initial effect takes place. Depending on if the water technique used takes on a definite shape or not, the seal will then cause the water to form into a square or keep its definite shape if it has. The relative size of the water square in this scenario all depends on the amount of water used with the corresponding jutsu. A larger version of the seal then appears on the surface of one of the sides of the water jutsu as its effects are triggered. With this application multiple targets can be affected by this fūinjutsu as long as they are within the waters midst once it forms into a square. The seal can also be created and placed on top of a liquid source already present on the battlefield, deprived of chakra, or utilizing the user's chakra as long as they can touch it. For example, a user made or already existing liquid source with the target in its midst, the user can then place this seal creating the square kanji on its surface activating its effects as long as the entire source is within short range. The seal gradually weakens with time hence why once activated it only lasts for 3 turns before disappearing and changing the water under effect back to its regular state, and when using this technique in conjunction with a water technique that takes on a definite shape for a certain amount of turns the seal will still last 3 turns leaving the water technique on the field by itself if it lasts longer. In the case of the water released from the seal, upon disappearing the water breaks formation and runs onto the battlefield. This allows the user to gain control over said source to a partial degree, triggered with a single hand seal, the source is then guided by the user's will in terms of control. Once activated, the user is able to shape near solid serpent like leviathans out of the source able to; clench on, restrain, or hinder the target without preventing damage to them. Likewise the user can use these leviathans himself for many supplementary reasons during battle, and once per activation, the user can shape a special red-eyed leviathan with an A ranked defense to be used until destroyed or the technique ends. All creations except for the red-eyed leviathan, whose creation costs an additional move, hold strengths divided amongst each other. The leviathans can only be created if the source allows, or in other words is big enough, and their dimensions must be relative to the size of the source as well; small sources make a single or small plethora of leviathans within 3m dimensions, medium sources within 8m, large supplies have no limit. Being that the source in control is in a gaseous state, wind techniques of equal rank can break constructs while dissipating the source making it ineffective. Once activated this jutsu lasts for three turns, or until the source is dispersed/countered. NOTES ►Can be used 3x per battle ►Has a 2 turn cool down ►No jutsu above S rank while active ►User must know Sage Mode ►Can only be taught by ZandaT[/SPOILER] (Fuinjustu: Rikai) Sealing Arts: Understanding Type: Supplementary Rank: S Range: Short Chakra: 40 Damage: N/A (+1 Rank/20 Damage to Iado/Iado based techniques) Description: This technique consumes a moveslot and is usable in the same timeframe when the user is attempting to use an Iado or Iado based techniques or techniques that work to purely supplement these techniques. Ninjutsu scrolls contain instructional knowledge that is capable of teaching a ninja a technique or skill that is beyond their current skills or knowledge. Similar to this concept, this seal contains knowledge and information of the perfect Samurai technique gathered from thousands of texts and scrolls in the art of Iado. The difference being that said knowledge and information is sealed within this seal itself through the use of Advanced Fuinjutsu. The contents and information are able to be unsealed into a user with this skill the same way that one is able to unseal chakra into a person from a seal. By placing this seal somewhere onto him (typically his hand) while utilizing an Iado/Iado based technique, the user gains knowledge of the highest form in the art, gaining knowledge of form and precision equal to greatest of swordsman such as Mifune and being able to interrupt anyone before they are able to make a handseal when using Iado/Iado based techniques. The result of this is that the Iado user would now be able to utilize this technique with the speed of a Sage Rank user, allowing the user to disrupt the handseals of an opponent at any rank while using Iado/Iado based techniques. This does not increase the user's actual running speed and only applies to speed in relation to these techniques. This seal may be used 3 times per battle with a 2 turn cooldown between each usage. The use of Iado in such a perfect form also raises the potential of such techniques by +1 Rank/20 Damage in effectiveness as well. Note: Requires Advanced Fuinjutsu Note: May be used in the same timeframe as an Iado/Iado based technique [/I][/CENTER] [INDENT][I][B](Fūinjutsu: Maiyā no bando) - Sealing Arts: Mayer's Band[/B][/I][/INDENT] [CENTER][I][SPOILER]Type: Defensive/Supplementary Rank: D-S Range: Short Chakra Cost: (equivalent to the amount of opposing tech) Damage: N/A Description: This seal, Mayer's Band, was created by an Uzumaki prior to their village's destruction. The jutsu's purpose revolves around the ability to identify and seal foreign energy produced by the user's enemies. The seal itself is placed onto a wrist band and it is a kanji line shaped like a pentagon with open circles placed at every point of the shape. When foreign energy enters short range of the user, the circles on the wristband emit a bright colorful light signifying to the user that an energy different from the energies known to them has broken their perimeter. The sealing band cannot inform the user about the type of energy being used, but it can and does tell the difference between the various energies it comes across, and thus repeats the same color glows corresponding with that energy when met again. Once the energy is close enough the seal will release a special energy absorbing barrier around the user protecting them for that one attack before sealing the foreign energy into the wristband protecting the user. The jutsu is quite helpful for shinobi who don't have any energy sensing abilities, and its sealing effect only lasts a limited time. After sealing its maximum amount of energy the band will only work as an energy identifier for the user, but it will no longer be able to seal energy. Chakra Cost: 40 (-10 per turn) Damage: N/A Description: This sealing technique is a rather simple acting one able to be created during battle, or prior to, using a seal with the word "Revoke" either on paper or somewhere on one’s body. The seal will remain dormant until the enemy’s chakra makes contact with it, thus triggering its activation. If this seal is used against an enemy technique, the moment the technique comes into contact with the seal, it will cease as it is absorbed into the seal, and immediately afterwards a barrier is released from the user as it spreads to the ends of mid range with the user as its epicentre at all times. This barrier carries special chakra/energy blocking properties that focuses on the foreign source first used to activate the technique launched by the target. Once in the barrier the target is restricted by the barrier's blocking properties, restricting them from using the same type of energy absorbed, now unable to use techniques of that same type S rank and below. For example; if used on a suiton technique, it would hinder the target from molding their water chakra while in the barreir. Only elemental and energy based techniques can be registered and absorbed by this seal, and the technique in question can be no bigger than five meters in diameter in order to be absorbed. All divided, but similar, target foreign chakra sources, like clones, also succumb to the barrier's properties while in its realm. This doesn't block jutsu coming from outside the barrier just seals the element within.
