The Lightning Disk acts as a Circular Saw, that splits into 3 different smaller Lightning Disk that follow one after the other with a 1 foot gap in between each. </p><p>Note: Can only be taught by Loki. </p><p>Note: Can only be used 1 time per battle.</p><p></p><p></p><p>Raiton: Raiden Bu-Meran (Lightning Style: Lightning Boomerang)</p><p>Type: Supplementary/Attack</p><p>Rank: S</p><p>Range: Short/ Mid/Long</p><p>Chakra: 80</p><p>Damage: (-20 of the original jutsu)</p><p>Description: With a flick of the User’s hand, the User is capable of manipulating/redirecting a preexisting lightning jutsu. After the user had channeled the chakra into their feet, the user stomps their feet and sends the lightning chakra into a desired area. The lightning shoots up in that area without warning making between one and eight spikes.
