Garden of the Gods

After the eternal storm of Kamiyasumi disappeared the Monks of the Human Order no longer needed to maintain their barrier, allowing them to see the vast open sky above them unhindered for the first time in millennia. Their joy only increased when Enkidu arrived on Kamiyasumi and restored the vast swathes of land that had been ruined by the storm god's ceaseless wrath.

The former edge of the barrier, the region is now dubbed the Garden of the Gods, in thanks for the one who restored it's beauty. The region is a luscious field of vibrant green grass, and patches of woodland and lakes. Many kinds of foodstuffs burst forth from the ground, a result of Enkidu's concentrated, long term efforts. This bounty is shared by the peoples of Sanctuary and Dawnport both. It is a paradise hidden away within the deepest depths of the Cedar Forest. Here many Arali have taken up refuge in the days since the Cataclysm. They are all offered protection by Enkidu provided their intent is to live in peace and harmony with Humanity, an ideal and offer Iavid both approves and admires.​

Reaching the cresting apex of the island, Strix' journey had come to its conclusion, somewhat with the storm far behind her now and a quiet peaceful forest and land around her. Although there was something off about where she was, where it almost seemed like something was ahead, unseen but its presence still there. She couldn't put her finger on it and so cautiously edging forwards it wasn't until she proceeded a little further forwards that she saw a semi-transparent wall reaching high into the air as high as she could see. Although the barrier itself was semi-transparent, there was a clear defined line in the ground where it was, nature giving away where the barriers edge was with the grass just a little bit darker on the barriers line, compensating to absorb more sunlight than normal.

Perplexing, was this another natural phenomenon for the island, or was there more at play here? There was a brightness within the barrier, as if it was brighter on the inside, or as they say, grass being greener on the other side. Strix was unsure of how to proceed, there was knowledge of barriers that could burn away flesh or seal on contact, then again there were barriers that were just normal sensory types. Her hip still sore and hurting, she pulled herself up from her slump and began to think about it logically with any kind of experiments she could do. Ultimately she knew she would have to brave and pass through the barrier at some point but at least she could test to see if there was any immediate danger to it. Picking up a handful of dirt and rocks, she casually tossed them at the barrier and waited for its result. The rocks themselves just seemed to pass through, tumbling through to the other side, landing with a dull thud. Well it didn't seem to be a physical barrier at least, well at least for non organic material. Carefully stepping closer to the barrier, she put a hand out to see if she could feel any heat or temperature from it if there would be any danger from touching it. It was non responsive, no heat, no kind of reaction the closer she got, which then it hit her.
This may not even be a chakra based barrier...

There had been many new abilities and techniques she had never seen before there was a possibility that this could have been something else entirely. Still it payed to be cautious and unknown information was always dangerous. Heart pounding and breathing heavily, Strix carefully stepped as close as she dared, with the ability to fully immerse her arm in the the barrier. She was scared, there was a possibility she could be severely hurt right now, however nothing ventured nothing gained and slowly, almost at the pace of a snail, she lifted her arm and ever so slowly moved it towards the barrier.

Closing her eyes and focusing on the feelings in her fingertips, she was ready to pull back as hard and as fast as she could if there was any pain. She kept pushing forwards waiting for the moment, when she opened one eye, as surely she had already touched it by now. As she did, her arm was fully submerged within the barrier now on the other side, as a warmth spread over her hand and up her arm to where the barrier was on her arm.

Oh....

She was ok, her arm was fine, no burning, no pain and no adverse affects. Taking the momentum of the adrenaline pumping through her system, she took another breath and fully stepped through passing her entire body through the barrier. She was on the inside, she passed through the barrier unharmed and passing hands over her body, nothing had changed. Letting out a breath of relief, the stressful moment had passed and she took a moment to assess where she was at and what was around her. A warmth washed over her as she finally realized there was a glow within the barrier, the sun itself seemingly providing a nice not too hot heat comfortable to live in, that of a veritable paradise. Looking around she could see something in the distance, some buildings or were they ruins? She couldn't quite make it out but more than likely they would be the next place she would investigate as there was always some new knowledge to gather from ancient ruins. To her left was a forest which the barrier seemed to go into, or around the edge, she couldn't tell. To her right it looked like the island just sloped off, back to the Stormlands with the ocean far off in the distance. It was time to see if there was any cause for the storm, or what this island was about, stepping off, she moved forwards closer to the centre of the island.

After looking around the local area she was in, then Strix would aim to start walking towards the ruins and village she could see in the distance. Carefully and looking around as she walked, Strix would hold her bag at her hip and wonder what would be in store for her ahead.

Lucifer approached what appeared to be a sort of barrier that enshrouded the entire region, unsure of it's purpose he was wary of this, spending a moment of his time to lift a rock from the ground and throw it at the barrier to check if it was dangerous, the rock passed through relatively undisturbed.

Perhaps the barrier was designed to protect those within from the winds, proceeding carefully he would walk towards the barrier pressing a hand against it, it seemed malleable enough, with another push he would move his whole body through, the living beings he sensed were not far now.

It was difficult to see through the pounding wind and rain, even though Musashi had been in a particularly light area of it, but it was obvious when it was only a few feet from your face.

She stared at something that she hadn't noticed before while traversing the storm, but could see now, with surprise. A shimmering wall of force hung in the air in front of her, which she could watch the rain harmlessly bounce off of - the foliage within swayed gentle, as if in a breeze and not the midst of a hurricane.

Musashi only knew a passing amount about barrier techniques. That was somethings square in the realm of Ninjutsu, which wasn't something she delved into, being wholly devoted to the path of the sword. Knowing better than to touch something like this outright, Musashi poked at it, instead, with a branch that was littered across the area. She was surprised when it passed through with no resistance.

Perhaps the barrier had been constructed to keep the storm at bay and nothing more? Given the oddities she had seen in this area, it wouldn't be impossible. She further tested the barrier with one of her blades, and when their was still no reaction, she felt satisfied that it was likely safe to progress through.

Passing through the barrier was like moving through a thick curtain of warm air, as it washed over her. On the other side, there was an immediate difference, as if, well, a wall had been put up around her to keep the storm out. The winds here were gentle, and if there was any of the raging rains coming through, it was only the gentlest of mists. The barrier itself seemed to give off a soft golden sheen, and the darkness of the forest was gently lit. Musashi shook her soaked cloak and hat, and focused for a minute. She didn't sense anything in the immediate vicinity, but it wasn't an eerie emptiness like before, as she had run into previously in the Outer Lands. More so that this was just an empty stretch of forest.

Musashi took note of the strange barrier, and mapping what she could see of it as it stretched along a good portion of the landscape - much easier to see from this side - and very high into the air. It probably encompassed a good portion of the island, given what she could now see. A veritable sanctuary from the devastating weather.

Curious as to what could have constructed such a tremendous barrier - and for what reason - she gathered her things once more and ventured inwards, hoping to discover more.

Musashi traversed through the area sheltered from the storm by the mystical barrier once more, her curiosity about the hidden village still unsatisfied. But, there remained more wonders to behold, so she would continue exploring for now.

The trio arrived to find a magnificent barrier before them. As the storm raged on, Madara studied the barrier and pondered it’s purpose or goal. Was it a defensive barrier, meant to keep something out… or was it an offensive one, designed to harm whatever tried to enter? There was only one way to decide. Nodding towards Akujin, the Tengu walked forward and confidently entered the barrier. Pausing after stepping in, the Tengu waited to see if he noticed anything happening but didn’t note anything and informed the other two of it’s safeness.

Madara and Akuryo stepped inside, wondering if they were in the right location. Before they could ponder it more, Madara noted two things at the same time, both curious to him. The first was the continued downpour of rain, confusing Madara even more when he noted the pain of the rain. As his passive Regeneration began to heal the damage, he noted this did not extend to Akuryo yet, who suffered in pain. As he wondered why, he sensed two Chakra signatures - one directly in front of him and of a magnificent amount which had to be the Tailed Beast itself. And interestingly, another a landmark away with the presence of another Relic Core, Madara sensed. He knew Lucifer to be nearby but the other Core confused him as he had not been aware of it. He hadn’t met this person yet, though he recalled the signature splitting away from Lucifer before vanishing.

The Uchiha stood silently, contemplating his options. The Bijuu or the Relic? Meanwhile, Akuryo and Akujin stand watch, ready to battle.

Referred to as Chakra Monsters, the beasts were formed form the Sage of the Six Paths splitting the power of the Ten-Tails hundreds of years ago. Each beast carries with it an overwhelming presence, wielding primordial chakra that itself is stronger than most normal humans. When in the presence of a Tailed Beast, one’s damage is reduced by 30 and their base speed is reduced by a quarter. Overwhelming Presence is negated by the Fallen Star meteorite, its power able to diffuse the chakra of a Tailed Beast. These beasts are more powerful than their lower tiered contemporaries, being able to ignore the powerful suppression abilities of the Sharingan if more than 20% health remain.
Note: This is always active when in the presence of the 5 - 8 Tailed Beasts.

This and the acid rain damage cannot be mitigated. Should a user take damage, the damage taken will increase by 5 each subsequent turn.
Note: This is always active when in the presence of the Six-Tails and cannot be deactivated.

( Rokubi chon Hengi no Jutsu ) - Six-Tailed Full Transformation Technique (Reference)

Description: The user borrows chakra from Saiken before a blinding white layer of chakra and acid envelops them as the Six-Tailed Beast is released into the world. Saken is an enormous white — with a light blueish tint — bipedal slug with stubby arms, feet and six long tails. It has two prominent optical tentacles (eyes) and hole-like openings as a mouth. Its entire body is covered in a thick, slimy substance Entering Complete Transformation creates a great deal of energy, producing craters beneath the user and destroying any restraints that might have been placed upon them beforehand while pushing other users back to mid range. While active, Saiken is capable of using Acid and Soap Bubble Ninjutsu, Water, and Tailed Beast Techniques. Much like all other Tailed Beast, Saiken has 80 damage reduction as well as a damage increase to its techniques by +40. Saiken is not known for being agile, having the ability to move at only 30 speed. However, he and his body leaves behind great amounts of acid that cause 80 damage per turn. He also has 700 Health and is able to track up to 4 times his speed. When the Six-Tailed Complete Transformation is used, the user gains a separate pool of chakra to draw from. Saiken’s Chakra pool is 3000 Chakra and when roaming free/unsealed, this pool is doubled though this means a Ninja World Mod is controlling it.
Note: Each use lasts up to 10 turns before the user wakes up. After waking, he cannot make use of any Jinchuriki or Tailed Beast skills above the basic Chakra Shroud state for 5 turns. Can only be activated twice per arc.
Note: The user is capable of summoning Saiken at any stage of mastery; during initial stages, this causes him to release Saiken in an enraged state, temporarily boosting his power higher than normally but relinquishing all control over him which causes a Ninja World Moderator to then control his actions, gaining a damage boost to a +60 instead of 40. The user is also rendered KO for the remainder of the event. This, however, does not mean he will lose the Bijuu and will retain it the next arc.

The moment the Tengu started to walk into the barrier, it wasn’t long until it’s gaze would be intercepted by the appearance of some sort of…beast. Standing there, back bent over as its grazing some of the grass on the around stood the sixth beasth - Saiken. The giant slug would have heard someone approaching, as he turned to meet the Tengu. “RAWRRRR!” the beast roared, flashing this tail into the direction of the Tengu and gave chase, running swiftly as it pierced past the barrier just before Madara and company had walked past the barrier themselves.

The ability varies in power, depending on the chakra mode the user is in and the chakra he puts into it but can only be used from time to time and never in focused or precise ways. In their Chakra Shroud state, the technique gains a +20 damage increase. In their Incomplete Mode, the technique gains a +30 damage increase. In Complete Transformation, the technique gains +40 damage increase.

“More humans?! Saiken no pleased!” the beast roared, as the acid rain continued to downpour. Saiken wanted these humans out of its domain, and now. As such - it would quickly unleash a barrage of bubble based tailed beast bombs (all five), each one aimed at the group of two (Madara and his company). As they raced towards the opponent, if not careful - would completely destroy them without any mercy. "SAIKEN STRONGEST BIJUU EVER! HAHAHA~" the enraged slug said in its moment of triumph. Each TBB carried (100 +30 via Fortified Bubble + 60 Full Transformation = 190), carrying such much power behind it.

Bubble TBB - The user creates a Continuous TBB that is composed of five 10 meter sized TBBs that fires at the enemy. This bombard of bubbles deal massive exploding Water damage, dealing 100 damage each or deal collectively 160 if all used at once. What is unique about these bubbles is that if they are stronger than opposing defenses, these bubbles can encompass a technique and be instead be used against opponents, bursting to deal 60 damage and the damage of the original technique instead of this ability’s original damage. This can only be used once and counts as a move per turn.

And if that wasn't the end of it Saiken would unleashed a powerful stream of pressurized water from its mouth, attempting to slice clean through rock and any other solid material - including living beings clean and without mercy.

The moment Merlin entered the area, he knew he had come to the right place. Two monstrous chakra signatures, one belonging to the man he sought, the other to a Tailed Beast. Before long, he set his eyes on Madara himself, standing with his companions at his side. No doubt, they were preparing to face the calamity that was Saiken. "Uchiha Madara, I presume?"

The Magus of Flowers stood a few meters to Madara's right, his head slightly turned to face him. "Given the current circumstance, we'll dispense with the introductions until after this... business is concluded." Turning his gaze to the gargantuan slug before him, an eerie smile curled on Merlin's lips. His natural healing ability would allow him to effectively negate the damage done by the Acid Rain... but only for so long.

Description: Those with the cells of Hashirama are able to use the immense regeneration ability to heal injuries afflicted on them in mere moments. Anyone who has these cells in their bodies are able to naturally use this. This allows the user to heal minor injuries such as cuts,gashes, broken fingers or wrist/ankle and other small bruises.

Level 1: Done passively, this allows the user to heal small to moderate injuries. These include things like small cuts to broken digits and bruises as well as bleeding. These involve injuries that result from taijutsu attacks to minor wounds such as stabs in limbs, some broken bones as well as internal bleeding, slight organ tears. This is for none life threatening wounds and heals up to 30 damage

Level 2: Taking the place of a jutsu per turn, the user is able to make use of the healing abilities of Hashirama's cells and apply them at a greater level, employing the cells to heal large injuries, such as shattered bones, ruptured organs, even regeneration of missing limbs. This requires a large amount of chakra, and can only be done up to 3 times a battle. This can only be used once every 2 turns of Wood SM and heals up to 60 ( or A rank ) damage.

Level 3: Deemed the ultimate regeneration at the cost of a jutsu per turn, the user is able to regenerate even the most deadly of injuries, such as a completely blown away chest or fully regrowing his body after bifurcation. After using, the user can only use one other jutsu the same turn. This can only be used a total of 3 times and once every 4 turns. As long as their head is attached/they have consciousness, this jutsu can be used. After using, the user can only use two other jutsu that turn and the next.

Note: Level 1 can only be used by bios with Hashirama DNA and access to Wood Release. Level 2 requires Wood SM to be active and Level 3 can only be utilized by the Juubi Jinchuriki.

Merlin didn't expect that of all things to be Madara's first line of inquiry, but he would acquiesce nonetheless. Albeit, in a manner characteristic of his playful nature. "My, so upfront, Uchiha-san. Well, I never had to obtain it, for it's a power inherent to my bloodline, a product of a union between man and moon." Clearly, Madara had noticed the unique nature of his Wood Release, its perversion as a result of contact with the Void. Observant, as all Uchiha were. "I've been investigating the Void Tree, its roots have spread across the land. It's connected to the heart which lies in the depths of this island, not far from here. Such things have a way of... changing a person."
Merlin omitted the finer details of his activity since emerging from Kur, wanting to portray himself as a lone agent as much as possible. He was unsure of how Madara would react if he were to become aware of his allegiance to Solomon, and the Human Order. With his question answered, Melin opted to pursue his own. "How does a man like you find himself collecting Tailed Beasts like souvenirs? Surely it can't only be for the sport of it." The incubus asked with a slight grin.

The man explained that Wood came to him naturally from his family, joking about the moon as he spoke. He revealed that he had been investigating the Void Tree and cryptically mentioned how it changed him. Madara narrowed his eyes as the man spoke; it was clear he wasn’t telling him everything though before he could ask more, he was questioned himself.

Madara turned towards the chained up Tailed Beast, sealing it within his consciousness as the chains continued to bind it. Turning his attention back towards teh man, Madara paused before he answered. He had never met the man but his way of answering indirectly reminded Madara once more of Imeroth and Solomon. It wasn’t good company to be reminded of, the Uchiha thought. Allowing the staff to rescind back into his seal, Madara spoke. “I have a… dream. A dream of peace and prosperity. Where everyone’s deepest dreams could come true,” Madara said, pausing after he spoke to let the words sink in.

“I see you have come across a Relic Core. I don’t think you’re taking souvenirs either so tell me how did you come across that weapon. Perhaps you’ve met an acquaintance of mine named Lucifer, Strix or that mutt Kotetsu.”

I've held on to it since, and it awakened not too long ago." With a flick of his wrist, the bow formed from Tiamat's remains materialised. He allowed Madara to inspect the weapon before returning it to its seal. He would not ask anything more of Madara for the moment, seeing what information he could glean from the Uchiha's words before speaking again.

Madara paused before he continued; he had delivered the speech he was about to give a few times and each time, parts of it changed based on who he was speaking with. So far, none of the Akatsuki were aware of his full goals nor the true plan Imeroth tasked him with. The closer to completion he got, the quicker he moved and as a result, the sloppier his plans became. It was no matter to him, he didn't see anyone stopping them and it was why he became less tight lipped about his plans, even letting them slip to Isabella. Now however, he knew he needed to be cautious about his words. Too many were becoming privy to the plan and if it was figured out in full before he completed it, there may be issues.

He may have some answers to what he had just seen at the Heart of the Titan. Susabi began to walk up to them, trying to keep what was boiling inside him down until he could access the situation.

Well, well...The Outer Lands continue to surprise. Susabi said dryly as he approached the two men.

"Susabi, what a joy to see you," Madara said sarcastically, rolling his Rinnegan as he spoke. "What gives us the displeasure of seeing you here?"

Madara sensed the chakra before he heard him speak; the dense chakra permeated the field around him as his sensing picked up the man before he had traveled towards them landmarks away. Shaking his head slightly at the voice, Madara turned around to speak.

Susabi folded his arms and spoke plainly, there is a lot for us to discuss since our last...encounter wouldn't you say? He took a couple more steps forward. I'll start us off. Why were you able to call upon and summon Nefarian in front of me? Clearly, he doesn't just bend to the will of any man. As Susabi question Madara, he continued to replay the encounter that changed his perspective of the world forever. Since that day, he's been pondering, reasoning, searching for answers within himself. It came finally time to put his thoughts to the test.

Madara paused before he continued; he had delivered the speech he was about to give a few times and each time, parts of it changed based on who he was speaking with. So far, none of the Akatsuki were aware of his full goals nor the true plan Imeroth tasked him with. The closer to completion he got, the quicker he moved and as a result, the sloppier his plans became. It was no matter to him, he didn't see anyone stopping them and it was why he became less tight lipped about his plans, even letting them slip to Isabella. Now however, he knew he needed to be cautious about his words. Too many were becoming privy to the plan and if it was figured out in full before he completed it, there may be issues.

Susabi continued. Even if you were to capture all nine and spread them throughout the lands, they will do nothing to those who have the power to bend reality to their will. The power to extinguish humanity if they so wish. I'm sure you know this firsthand. You've seen countless battles; this plan isn't sound. It was almost reaction unintentional . He looked down at his left hand adorned with the God-Slaying Tool recently forged in his father's name. Description: The Tenseigan (転生眼, Literally meaning: Reincarnation Eye) is a powerful dōjutsu utilized by the Hyuga clan. Due to the bloodline differences in both the Otsutsuki Clan and Hyuga Clan, this rendition of the Tenseigan is more in line with the Hyuga Clan Bloodline and their usage of the Byakugan. After gaining access to the Tenseigan, Hyuga Clan members are able to retain their 360 degree vision to a higher degree, removing the blind spot at the back of the neck above the first thoracic vertebra, allowing them to attain true 360 degree vision. The telescopic visual abilities of the Byakugan are also vastly enhanced through the formation of Tenseigan, allowing the user to be able to see entire countries away at length and at it's most powerful state, able to precisely and clearly perceive the souls of opponents as well as spiritual entities. This unparalleled telescopic vision extends to the Tenseigan's ability to peer or see into other any Dimension, as the ultimate form of the All Seeing White Eye. This allows the user to even gaze into world realms such as the Limbo and Pure World with relative ease. This visual clarity makes the gaze of these eyes inescapable by any means, thus granting the Hyuga Clan user tracking abilities on par with the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. Instead of granting the user access to Tenseigan Chakra Mode and Gravitational abilities like its Otsutsuki counterpart, The Hyuga Clan's Tenseigan gives them unmatched chakra control which directly effects their Jyuken techniques. When activated, the user is able to sharply increase the amount of chakra injected into the opponent on each of their Jyuken strikes, flooding the specific tenketsu points with chakra effectively destroying them. As a result, the side effects from Jyuken techniques and variants become indefinite. The user also gains access to the Divine Step Twin God Fists technique which increases the power of the user's Jyuken techniques.
