21's genetic material is nearly identical to Hashirama's and he has access to Wood Release which he can perform those techniques that requires hand seals faster than an average shinobi albeit on a much weaker scale than Hashirama himself. 21 also seems to have knowledge of several Wood Release techniques, as he was able to identify Obito's use of the Wood Release: Cutting Technique. During the Fourth Great Shinobi War, seemingly as a result of encasing and controlling Yamato, Guruguru's abilities increased dramatically. He was able to use Sage Art: Wood Release: True Several Thousand Hands, one of Hashirama's most powerful ninjutsu albeit on a much smaller scale and with it he wield all five basic nature transformations simultaneously. 21 is also able to utilise the wooden statue's thousand arms with devastating effects.

21 Savage was a hidden ally Madara Uchiha kept in the shadows after Obito Uchiha used him against the Kirigakure shinobi. Upon his reappearance in the Fourth Shinobi World War, due to encasing Yamato inside him, his abilities had advanced to the point where he could battle thousands of members of the Allied Shinobi Forces, including four Kage, simultaneously showing testament to his fist to fist insane prowess. He has naturally enhanced strength, capable of dealing a passive +20 damage to Taijutsu. 21 had displayed the ability to open up his top half entirely and use himself as a suit of sorts to encase someone in. Due to his extraordinary body structure, 21 was highly durable and resilient, able to tank damage from B rank Ninjutsu and Taijutsu with little to no harm, excluding residual damage.
➧ Kenjutsu
21 is a highly-skilled user in a large variety of weapons such Tonfas and arrows, Chakra Blades (can use their techniques), chains, wire strings and others. Soon after this new version of himself was created, 21 has a highly proficient skill in kenjutsu able to wield a pair of sacred swords and using it efficiently. Being born ambidextrous, 21 is able to wield weapons such as his swords and kunais with either hand and be equally effective with which ever one he is using. While in combat with just a single sword he usually switches hands a lot due to being so used to using two swords at once. He also specializes in Kumo Style Kenjutsu, a field he excels in. His pair of blades are always on him.
➧ 胆 Way of the Divergent
21 has learned the divergent style straight from the creator Hibari. During Hibari's time in Kumogakure he gifted the prodigy with a pair of specially crafted steel-plated tonfa blades known as Issa which are always found on his individual where ever he goes.

21 Savage is presumed to have the standard abilities White Zetsu possess, such as their signature Mayfly. 21 and White Zetsu claimed to have vocabularies and brains that surpass those of humans. Like White Zetsu, 21 could survive without food or water and did not need to carry out normal bodily functions. He had displayed the ability to open up his top half entirely and use himself as a suit of sorts to encase someone in. By attaching himself to Hashirama's artificial body and using the power of the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path, he was able to greatly augment his strength to the point that he was able to destroy a boulder with a single punch. Due to his extraordinary body structure, 21 was highly durable and resilient, as he took minimal damage from Suigetsu Hōzuki's point-blank Water Gun: Two Guns technique and recovered from the effects of a cursed seal in seconds. Likewise, during the few seconds it was
paralysed, Tobi was still able to mould its chakra and control its activated techniques.

Iris,iris ショウ 菖 ➺ An ancient weapon in form of a piece of clothing gifted to him by a crimson eyed acquaintance, Kurapika who gained it after battling for several nights nonstop finally discovering the ancient relic, a cloak that goes by the name of Iris, an embodiment of death and suffering itself and an attire that seems to be made of tormented souls. The cloak has an array of offensive and defensive abilities which is always on him at all times even when not stated before a fight. It takes the form of 21's primary clothing (as his pics depicts), basically he's wearing Iris.

Description: Iris is a cloak said to be forged from darkness itself , it's black in colour and it fits itself to the height and desires such as color, shape, size and accessories e.g hood of the user which if used correctly allows the user to camouflage with his surroundings although ninjas of higher rank, can easily spot the user, the camouflage only masks the user's appearance, it doesn't mask chakra, sound, scent etc, when viewed up close, the cloak seems to be made of several tormented souls each trying to break free from the cloak, the true substance used to create the cloak is unknown but it is known the cloak can passively block basic ninja tools without sustaining so much as a scratch. Iris has only one special ability and that is the ability to create chakra human figures out of itself, it is rumored that it's simply the cloak releasing a soul and forcing it to do the user's bidding, these figures are black as night (Like an human with no face nor hair then covered completely in black paint), these figures also bend and move the same way the human body does i.e the joints and movements and they vary in height and body proportion(still within humanly possibilities), plus they pack quite a punch possessing with each attack counting as A rank similarly to how an earth golem's freeform attack depends on its rank e.g A rank golem freeform = A rank damage . Each chakra human figure counts as A rank Wind and costs the user 30 chakra per usage , also, each figure must be short range from Iris at all times or it'll simply vanish and if the user chooses, he might decide not to create the figure fully i.e creating upper body etc the it still counts as A rank
~ Only one chakra figure can be created at a time and it costs user 30 chakra plus it counts as a move and each figure stays for a turn before running outta chakra and vanishing.

~ The Cloak's is so evil and dark that
everything that comes from it is affected by its color, In real terms, the cloak literally darkens any chakra that passes through it changing its color to black, furthermore, In the NV, it has been shown that elemental chakra can exist in various colour. If this explanation doesn't work, then, The wind chakra in the figures is so concentrated that the conc blue chakra appears to black
