The user must spin the sword in the direction the user wishes to go, and the blast of wind will pull the user in this direction, kind of like a helicopter. The user of this technique can steady the amount of wind chakra fueled into the technique to keep themselves steady while in mid-air. The user is able to move at their running speed while utilizing the wind propulsion. The wind however can be used for much more than just flying, the wind can be released by spinning the sword to release a spherical blast of wind. Due to the incredible rapid sword movement, and the blast of futon that's released it is capable of cutting through earth (B rank), blasting away water (B rank), overpowering other wind techniques (same rank and below, within reason), and it is also effective against B rank and below fire techniques. The user will begin the technique by channeling his wind chakra throughout his body, and releasing it from every pore in his body, he will then perform three hand-seals to form a condensed green or blue dragon, then the user wills the wind dragon to swirl around them at incredible speeds, forming an orb-shaped vortex. This vortex moves at such high speeds that it’s capable of drawing entities towards it slicing them up to ribbons and devouring the technique, person or object entirely. The suction property of this vortex is so powerful (its strength is S Rank, and much like Swamp of the Underworld the enemy must utulize a technique of equal rank to escape it's clutches, this is true for the defensive usage as well) it’s capable of drawing enemies objects and techniques from long range to mid range, from mid range to short range, and from short range straight into the Devouring Nebula. The user has an additional usage of this technique, utilizing the same principles by swirling the dragon in the counterclockwise direction, the user is capable of repelling enemies and other entities surrounding them back, preventing the opponent from entering range to perform their techniques. The action is so minuscule and natural, the opponent may not even notice depending on how the user integrates it with their movements. The circle or circles can be drawn turns before or during a fight or anytime on the battle field. When the user chooses, they will then activate the chakra circle by stepping on it or clapping their hands together. If the user activates the circle by stepping on the circle, they will be blasted/carried knowingly into the air by a beam of wind. This is great for quickly avoiding techniques by launching into the air. The height at which the user is launched is mid ranged into the air, that way the user may land safely on their feet. This allows them to be able to logically avoid small or large techniques of any nature. In contrast, the user can chose to have these circles act as "mines" for the opponent. Meaning, if the opponent steps on one, they will be unknowingly launched into the air, taking on grave injuries from the surprise impact. The reason why it will hurt the opponent but not the user is because the user is knowing of the mines, being able to stiffen their body and prepare for the launch. Though very powerful in both speed and strength, the real motive of this technique comes into play when the user claps his palms against each other. After which the wind entitity morphs into a normal sized gallant horse of wind which enter a state of self-sustainment, seemingly galloping a couple of inches through the air itself the horse(s) ram into their target with incredible bone shattering force upon impact. Although made of wind, the horses have semi-transparent bodies with a green hue around their edges, being more visible the closer someone is to them; off a larger distance they would seem like green flickers without any actual shape however since they must be near the target to strike, once they enter mid range they are more than easy to spot. However they still move at incredible speed (the peak of the user's base speed). The strength and size varies to the number of horses, firing two blasts to shape two horses will mean each one has A rank, and so on. These can be released in a side by side manner to cover more range, or in a direct line behind each other - should they miss the target they can turn and seek them out aslong as within existance. Using it in this form allows the user to manifest their wind element in the air taking control of the wind currents to form a large torrent of opaque wind shaped as snakes will pour out surrounding a target or targets and wrapping around them. The wind while not sentient can be controlled by hand gestures making it very difficult to avoid. The snakes are dense wind in nature making their binding ability quite impressive preventing an enemy wrapped in them from moving freely, the radius of this technique is 10m. The second method of using this technique functions as more of a boosting enhancement performed by clapping the hands. This method of use is performed as a follow up to another wind or water technique and will cause the snakes to burst forth from the ground for water techniques or forming from the preexisting wind technique adding to the overall power of the former technique by adding additional chakra to the technique and a degree of versatility to the technique by making it function in a solid way. Essentially the previous technique will experience a change in power and ability by becoming the wind snakes. This usage is considered as an active boost and follows the rules and restrictions of such. The user will concentrate wind chakra onto said object or technique. The wind simply shroud's the technique, the shroud in no way increases the damage or effects the properties of the technique in any other way then the purpose of this jutsu. It's purpose is to mute and negate any sound that the technique might make. Wind Release, being the natural weakness to sound is effective in muffling and distorting sound. The user uses the wind in order to form a barrier of sorts to surround techniques. The shroud prevent's the technique itself from making sounds like the sound a sharp projectile makes when it cuts through the air etc, by preventing contact to the air surrounding the projectile. Moreover, since air is the medium in which sound travels the wind is effective in negating the sound any non-energy based element makes, the whooshing of water, crumbling of earth, etc all these sounds that are produced when forming and launching certain techniques are contained by the wind barrier. Granted this technique does not account for the vibrations created by earth techniques or techniques that move through the earth. However, for techniques moving throughout the air such as a spear of water, or the throwing of a kunai. The sphere can be used for both defensive and offensive purposes alike, however its main purpose is much more powerful. Upon being assaulted by an enemy attack the user will either psychically launch the sphere or expel a gust of wind from his/her fist to launch the sphere at the enemy attack when it's within range to make it look as if they had punched the enemy technique. At which point the bowl shaped sphere will envelop the enemy attack, and form a full, visible sphere. Depending on the elemental nature the sphere will neutralize the technique, for example depending on the rank of the enemy technique, and the rank of this technique used the user can snuff out flames. When faced with electrical attacks the user can disperse the current. When it's an earth technique, the wind sphere will both crush and cut apart the attack. It's offensive ability however is just as simple if not simpler, the sphere can be launched to engulf enemies and will shrink to both crush and cut apart the victim. The most powerful ability of this technique however, is a combination of both the offensive and defensive traits. The user of this technique instead of neutralizing enemy techniques will enhance them, redirecting them towards the opponent. Upon being attacked by a fire technique, the user will fuel the flames with wind putting enough spin into the flames to redirect it towards the opponent. Upon being faced with a water technique, the user will redirect it whilst adding pressurized trait, the water will have more cutting power. Upon being faced with an earth technique, the user will redirect it and use the wind to increase the force behind the earth. When facing a wind technique, the user will use their own wind technique to engulf, add increase the force, cutting ability and amount of wind in the technique. Unfortunately this part of the technique can not be used with lightning due to S/W the current is dispersed. By channeling their wind release chakra into a weapon of the user's choice. The user is able to generate a thin blade of wind chakra that they can release by making a slashing motion. However this technique behaves differently to most slashing style jutsu by behaving in a deceptive manner. Once the wind blade exceeds the five meter mark it will seemingly vanish into thin air. However this is not the case, in fact the blade has just slowed to the point where it no longer disturbs the air around it, making it appear as though it was no longer moving. After being fired, each individual rods can be split into ten smaller rods, totaling a daunting rain of miniature rods. Shortly after colliding with something, each rods will "explode" into a cage or rather sphere of some sort with fast slicing winds around and inside it, doing this immediately as it makes contact with it's target. The burst of a single rod has a five meter radial reach (size of the sphere/cage basically). However, if the rods is in contact with an object/person at the time it "explodes", the unfocused burst of wind will spread around the target and then close the target within the cage of fast spinning and cutting winds even if the target is larger than what the normal cage could hold. Increasing the size of the sphere/cage upon contact with a large target to trap it requires +10 more chakra per target it captures. If the user so chooses, he can detonate any amount of the fired rods prematurely to gain a tactical advantage. Alternatively, the user can fire the rods with a thin and barely visible wind chakra thread attached to the end of the shot projectiles, in order to manipulate their flight path/trajectory mid-air and allow for more unexpected offensives. They travel at the speed of an regular fired arrow following the user's tracking speed and appear just like a normal fired arrow, except that the rods are a bit bigger than a regular size arrow. This can be performed for techniques expelled from one's mouth, launched from one's hands or spawned on the field. Simply through the addition of a single hand-seal, the user will veil their wind chakra over said entity, this chakra will initially be dormant and upon reaching a certain distance the user can click their teeth activating the chakra (or choose to activate it the instant it is created). The activation will enable the user to propel the technique and alter its trajectory in order to get around an enemies counter, or simply fool the opponent into launching a technique in a certain direction. The user can choose to redirect the affected entity in whichever direction they please, and can continue to change the direction as long as the affected technique is not destroyed. This technique basically enables the user to manipulate entirely not only the trajectory of the technique, but how this technique moves. The user is essentially telekinetic-ally controlling it, this jutsu can be applied to an allies weapons/jutsu as well, and the wind in no way contributes to the techniques overall power. The wind veil in no way is able to alter the malleability of a technique, meaning in the case of something like a rising earth pillar, the wind veil will be unable to direct it's trajectory. The user will begin the technique by channeling his wind chakra throughout his body, and releasing it from every pore in his body, he will then perform three hand-seals to form a condensed green or blue dragon, then the user wills the wind dragon to swirl around them at incredible speeds, forming an orb-shaped vortex. This vortex moves at such high speeds that it’s capable of drawing entities towards it slicing them up to ribbons and devouring the technique, person or object entirely. The suction property of this vortex is so powerful (its strength is S Rank, and much like Swamp of the Underworld the enemy must utulize a technique of equal rank to escape it's clutches, this is true for the defensive usage as well) it’s capable of drawing enemies objects and techniques from long range to mid range, from mid range to short range, and from short range straight into the Devouring Nebula. The action is so minuscule and natural, the opponent may not even notice depending on how the user integrates it with their movements. The circle or circles can be drawn turns before or during a fight or anytime on the battle field. When the user chooses, they will then activate the chakra circle by stepping on it or clapping their hands together. If the user activates the circle by stepping on the circle, they will be blasted/carried knowingly into the air by a beam of wind. This is great for quickly avoiding techniques by launching into the air. The height at which the user is launched is mid ranged into the air, that way the user may land safely on their feet. This allows them to be able to logically avoid small or large techniques of any nature. In contrast, the user can chose to have these circles act as "mines" for the opponent. Meaning, if the opponent steps on one, they will be unknowingly launched into the air, taking on grave injuries from the surprise impact. The reason why it will hurt the opponent but not the user is because the user is knowing of the mines, being able to stiffen their body and prepare for the launch. As to the enemy, who will be abruptly launched upwards, their joints lose and unaware. Though very powerful in both speed and strength, the real motive of this technique comes into play when the user claps his palms against each other. After which the wind entitity morphs into a normal sized gallant horse of wind which enter a state of self-sustainment, seemingly galloping a couple of inches through the air itself the horse(s) ram into their target with incredible bone shattering force upon impact. Although made of wind, the horses have semi-transparent bodies with a green hue around their edges, being more visible the closer someone is to them; off a larger distance they would seem like green flickers without any actual shape however since they must be near the target to strike, once they enter mid range they are more than easy to spot. However they still move at incredible speed (the peak of the user's base speed). The strength and size varies to the number of horses, firing two blasts to shape two horses will mean each one has A rank, and so on. These can be released in a side by side manner to cover more range, or in a direct line behind each other - should they miss the target they can turn and seek them out aslong as within existance. Although their bodies are nearly solid, it's not possible to ride them. *Can only be used thrice per battle, and not in consecutive turns. *A horse can remain on the field two turns if it hasn't yet collided into an object/person of equal or larger mass. *Can only morph up to four horses with each usage, however the more horses, the smaller and weaker they are.[/SPOILER] [B](Futon: Futo hebi no kiba) - Wind Release: Wind Snake Fang[/B][spoiler]Type: Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary Rank: S Range: Short-Long Chakra: 40 Damage: 80 (+20) Description: This unique wind technique can be performed in two ways, as a single stand alone technique which requires two handseals, Snake and Ram followed by the clapping of the hands. Using it in this form allows the user to manifest their wind element in the air taking control of the wind currents to form a large torrent of opaque wind shaped as snakes will pour out surrounding a target or targets and wrapping around them. The wind while not sentient can be controlled by hand gestures making it very difficult to avoid. The snakes are dense wind in nature making their binding ability quite impressive preventing an enemy wrapped in them from moving freely, the radius of this technique is 10m. The second method of using this technique functions as more of a boosting enhancement performed by clapping the hands. This method of use is performed as a follow up to another wind or water technique and will cause the snakes to burst forth from the ground for water techniques or forming from the preexisting wind technique adding to the overall power of the former technique by adding additional chakra to the technique and a degree of versatility to the technique by making it function in a solid way. Essentially the previous technique will experience a change in power and ability by becoming the wind snakes. This usage is considered as an active boost and follows the rules and restrictions of such. The second application can only be used as a method of boosting not a stand alone technique. Note: May be used two times per battle overall. Two turns between uses. Note: If combined with a water technique in it's second form it will be considered a wind/water combo. The user will concentrate wind chakra onto said object or technique. The wind simply shroud's the technique, the shroud in no way increases the damage or effects the properties of the technique in any other way then the purpose of this jutsu. It's purpose is to mute and negate any sound that the technique might make. Wind Release, being the natural weakness to sound is effective in muffling and distorting sound. The user uses the wind in order to form a barrier of sorts to surround techniques. The shroud prevent's the technique itself from making sounds like the sound a sharp projectile makes when it cuts through the air etc, by preventing contact to the air surrounding the projectile. Moreover, since air is the medium in which sound travels the wind is effective in negating the sound any non-energy based element makes, the whooshing of water, crumbling of earth, etc all these sounds that are produced when forming and launching certain techniques are contained by the wind barrier. Granted this technique does not account for the vibrations created by earth techniques or techniques that move through the earth. However, for techniques moving throughout the air such as a spear of water, or the throwing of a kunai. The wind is capable of counteracting sound outside and inside the shroud.This technique does not take up a slot in time-frame but will consume a move-slot upon use. The sphere can be used for both defensive and offensive purposes alike, however its main purpose is much more powerful. Upon being assaulted by an enemy attack the user will either psychically launch the sphere or expel a gust of wind from his/her fist to launch the sphere at the enemy attack when it's within range to make it look as if they had punched the enemy technique. At which point the bowl shaped sphere will envelop the enemy attack, and form a full, visible sphere. Depending on the elemental nature the sphere will neutralize the technique, for example depending on the rank of the enemy technique, and the rank of this technique used the user can snuff out flames. When faced with electrical attacks the user can disperse the current. When it's an earth technique, the wind sphere will both crush and cut apart the attack. It's offensive ability however is just as simple if not simpler, the sphere can be launched to engulf enemies and will shrink to both crush and cut apart the victim. The most powerful ability of this technique however, is a combination of both the offensive and defensive traits. The user of this technique instead of neutralizing enemy techniques will enhance them, redirecting them towards the opponent. Upon being attacked by a fire technique, the user will fuel the flames with wind putting enough spin into the flames to redirect it towards the opponent. Upon being faced with a water technique, the user will redirect it whilst adding pressurized trait, the water will have more cutting power. Upon being faced with an earth technique, the user will redirect it and use the wind to increase the force behind the earth. When facing a wind technique, the user will use their own wind technique to engulf, add increase the force, cutting ability and amount of wind in the technique. Unfortunately this part of the technique can not be used with lightning due to S/W the current is dispersed. Upon launching the technique back at the opponent, the technique increases by one rank. By channeling their wind release chakra into a weapon of the user's choice. The user is able to generate a thin blade of wind chakra that they can release by making a slashing motion. However this technique behaves differently to most slashing style jutsu by behaving in a deceptive manner. Once the wind blade exceeds the five meter mark it will seemingly vanish into thin air. However this is not the case, in fact the blade has just slowed to the point where it no longer disturbs the air around it, making it appear as though it was no longer moving. However upon reaching short range of the opponent the user will swing his sword once more mimicking the earlier motion, causing the wind blade to progress at it's original place seemingly appearing from thin air now much closer to the opponent making it very hard to counter unless done so quickly. Note: Can only be used thrice per battle Note: Those with dojutsu could still make out the chakra in the blade even it it's slowed state.[/SPOILER] [B][Fuuton: Aeolus' Ovoxo] - Wind Release: Aeolus' Arrow[/B][SPOILER] Type: Supplementary/Offensive/Defensive Rank: A Range: Short - Long Chakra Cost: 30 Damage Points: 60 Description: The user will focus their wind chakra into one or both of their open palms before channeling wind chakra to create and shoot up to four rods consecutively at the slightest whim. After being fired, each individual rods can be split into ten smaller rods, totaling a daunting rain of miniature rods. Shortly after colliding with something, each rods will "explode" into a cage or rather sphere of some sort with fast slicing winds around and inside it, doing this immediately as it makes contact with it's target. The burst of a single rod has a five meter radial reach (size of the sphere/cage basically). However, if the rods is in contact with an object/person at the time it "explodes", the unfocused burst of wind will spread around the target and then close the target within the cage of fast spinning and cutting winds even if the target is larger than what the normal cage could hold. Increasing the size of the sphere/cage upon contact with a large target to trap it requires +10 more chakra per target it captures. If the user so chooses, he can detonate any amount of the fired rods prematurely to gain a tactical advantage. Alternatively, the user can fire the rods with a thin and barely visible wind chakra thread attached to the end of the shot projectiles, in order to manipulate their flight path/trajectory mid-air and allow for more unexpected offensives. They travel at the speed of an regular fired arrow following the user's tracking speed and appear just like a normal fired arrow, except that the rods are a bit bigger than a regular size arrow. Each spear are of the size of a chakra rod that nagato/pein uses. This can be performed for techniques expelled from one's mouth, launched from one's hands or spawned on the field. Simply through the addition of a single hand-seal, the user will veil their wind chakra over said entity, this chakra will initially be dormant and upon reaching a certain distance the user can click their teeth activating the chakra (or choose to activate it the instant it is created). The activation will enable the user to propel the technique and alter its trajectory in order to get around an enemies counter, or simply fool the opponent into launching a technique in a certain direction. The user can choose to redirect the affected entity in whichever direction they please, and can continue to change the direction as long as the affected technique is not destroyed. This technique basically enables the user to manipulate entirely not only the trajectory of the technique, but how this technique moves. The user is essentially telekinetic-ally controlling it, this jutsu can be applied to an allies weapons/jutsu as well, and the wind in no way contributes to the techniques overall power. The wind veil in no way is able to alter the malleability of a technique, meaning in the case of something like a rising earth pillar, the wind veil will be unable to direct it's trajectory.
