The orbs of electricity all will upon reaching short range of the opponent begin to attract one another due to their opposite charge, infused within them by the user of this technique, they also increase in size. The lightning used to create this technique is destructive, upon reaching short range around the target, the orbs will erupt into destructive lightning much like chidori remei. This will happen all around the target at the same time crushing the target with destructive lightning on all sides and destroy anything they come into contact with (following lightning s/w). The surges will electrify small rocks underground that are part of the earth, causing any weight that touches the ground on top of the electrified rocks, to result in a loud pop noise from the small rocks as they get slightly shattered. The sound will alarm the user of that position. The surges will only be visible as they are being released from the user's hands. This noise however will remain dormant within the charged electrons until the moment the jutsu strikes a target, technique or is activated by an additional hand seal. Once it has been activated this technique will cause the initial lightning jutsu to produce a blinding flash of light and deafening cracking noise very similar to a high pitched thunderclap. Using shape manipulation, they can release the lightning chakra in the form of a claw that they can manipulate to stretch out on their arm to only equal 15 inches before full-release. While in this state, the initial standard form will appear as a clawed form of ration in their user's arms, in that state of a hardened crest that covers the user's arms. Whenever the user releases the Lightning Dragons, the ration chakra appearing as crests cracks as it vibrates at a high frequency, it creates a short loud strained-bird roar chirp-like sound. S/he can create up to 4, blue-lightning dragon creatures, which emanate at a different vibration then a regular Lightning jutsu. This different vibration of lightning chakra will have a spring coil likeness to it. These dragons are each 3 feet in length and 2 feet in diameter thickness (when 4 have been released, but as one, x4 each width & length). These dragons can chase up to 4 shinobi(s), as they'd split up the target(s) upon themselves. The spring like coil and hoping state of this lightning jutsu, gives the miniature-like dragons ability to outwit objects in the way as they head forward only. They behave much like pawns on a chess board, moving only forward and never backwards toward their enemy when released from the hands of the user. These Dragons once released, they will lock on and track the target, till they shock them, unless the target(s) manages to get passed them. With each dragon made reduces the power of the whole jutsu and ultimately ends it, 1 = A-rank, 3 = B-rank, 4 = C-rank, the user can also choose to release 1 = C-rank up to 4 in-total allowing them to sustain the jutsu, till the initial releases are equal to 4. Choosing to do so, they'll not be able to launch above C-rank types. Given that they don't kill on contact but, will rather shock the enemy also paralyze them. The user jumps in the air and performs several slashes with their sword, the final attack being the shuriken coming down and striking the enemy towards the ground ending in an explosion of lightning. The shuriken itself acts as a sort of boomerang, being willed by the user's chakra. The user will manipulate their chakra to create a golden 360 degree plasma- like barrier of an extremely focused nature around them. Able to serve as a formidable defense, even from techniques as wide-ranged as the Quicksand Waterfall Flow technique. Unlike the initial "Plasma ball technique" which it is derived from, the barrier is capable of manifesting whips from any part of its being. The whips are of a focused nature, exhibiting a somewhat similar solid tangibility to that of chidori true spear. However not to the same extent and thus are more free flowing making them capable of physical actions such as piercing, grabbing, constricting and actions similar. Allowing them to be able to be used in a number of ways. For example having a whip wrap around a sword and proceed to attack with it, or simply controlling a whip to go forward and impale an opponent. The whips are able to extend to mid-range, and there is no limit to how many whips can be manifested. Logic applies of course in the sense that with every additional whip the strength of each individual whip weakens. The user can only use lightning release, basic chakra techniques and physical based techniques while sustaining the barrier. However releasing whips from the barrier cost a move. Another unique effect is the barrier passively releases a surge of electricity into anything it touches, having it conduct (This is A rank and costs an additional move). Also similar to the initial technique, the user can choose to release the barrier, however in a more refined state. Able to release it in a wave from any direction or release it as a 360 degree omnidirectional wave. Due to how focused the barrier itself is, it doesn't retain any shocking or numbing properties, nor do the whips retain such an ability. The technique can be seen as an advancement of the initial plasma barrier technique in regards to an addition of shape manipulation and refinement in control and intensity being more focused. Still however, retaining a few of the limitations of the original technique. Harmless as they are separately, their main offensive purpose is judged by the user compiling the currents to a single location of their choice within the area, causing the entire field of lightning to rapidly draw in to the single point & on impact the lightning creates a powerful electrical explosion. The results of the explosion leave the opponent paralysed & severely injured due to the sheer volume of currents within the area. The lightning, on impact with the explosion, courses throughout the opponent, creating lacerations across the body followed by minuscule cuts from within. This leaves the opponent unable to effectively move due to the severity of the cuts along the muscles . This can stun the opponent momentarily as well as the user if they're within short-range of it. ↯Usable thrice per battle. ↯Must be used while performing a technique and only works on one technique at a time. ↯Blindness lasts for one turn[/SPOILER] [B](Ration: Doragoni Chāpu)- Lightning Style: Dragoning Chirp[/B][spoiler]Type: Offensive/ Supplementary Rank: A Range: Short-Mid Chakra: 30 (+10 per turn to sustain) Damage: 60 Description: The user starts by channeling his Ration chakra in one or both of his arm(s). Using shape manipulation, they can release the lightning chakra in the form of a claw that they can manipulate to stretch out on their arm to only equal 15 inches before full-release. While in this state, the initial standard form will appear as a clawed form of ration in their user's arms, in that state of a hardened crest that covers the user's arms. Whenever the user releases the Lightning Dragons, the ration chakra appearing as crests cracks as it vibrates at a high frequency, it creates a short loud strained-bird roar chirp-like sound. S/he can create up to 4, blue-lightning dragon creatures, which emanate at a different vibration then a regular Lightning jutsu. This different vibration of lightning chakra will have a spring coil likeness to it. These dragons are each 3 feet in length and 2 feet in diameter thickness (when 4 have been released, but as one, x4 each width & length). These dragons can chase up to 4 shinobi(s), as they'd split up the target(s) upon themselves. The spring like coil and hoping state of this lightning jutsu, gives the miniature-like dragons ability to outwit objects in the way as they head forward only. They behave much like pawns on a chess board, moving only forward and never backwards toward their enemy when released from the hands of the user. These Dragons once released, they will lock on and track the target, till they shock them, unless the target(s) manages to get passed them. With each dragon made reduces the power of the whole jutsu and ultimately ends it, 1 = A-rank, 3 = B-rank, 4 = C-rank, the user can also choose to release 1 = C-rank up to 4 in-total allowing them to sustain the jutsu, till the initial releases are equal to 4. Choosing to do so, they'll not be able to launch above C-rank types. Given that they don't kill on contact but, will rather shock the enemy also paralyze them. The user also can install the jutsu's launched dragons with kunai(s), shuriken(s) and similar weapon size-like entities launching them in unison. Note: User can only sustain the jutsu, in the standard form for up to 3 turns. Note: Can only be used twice per battle. Note: Once shocked paralyzation lasts 1 turn if successful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty. Note: This jutsu will only avoid pre-existing obstacles in the way as they move onward. The user can command or let the jutsu decide the course of path only before launching (mentally). Note: User must be a Lightning Specialist to utilize this jutsu.[/SPOILER] [B](Raiton: Asahi) - Lightning Release: Rising Sun[/B][SPOILER]Type: Offensive Rank: A Range: Short Chakra: 30 Damage: 60 Description: The user dashes forward towards their opponent whilst channeling lightning-type chakra to their sword. The user unsheathes his sword and performs an upwards slash that releases a lightning shuriken that launches the enemy upwards and continues traveling past him. The user jumps in the air and performs several slashes with their sword, the final attack being the shuriken coming down and striking the enemy towards the ground ending in an explosion of lightning. The shuriken itself acts as a sort of boomerang, being willed by the user's chakra. This allows him to direct it's course in short range should the enemy be able to move but can only be done while airborne. Note: Can only be used 3x per battle Note: No Lightning Release techniques in the same turn[/SPOILER] [b]Raiton: (Farao kesshō hogo) — Lightning Release: Pharaoh's Plasm Protection[/b][SPOILER]Type: Supplementary/Defensive/Offensive Rank: S Range: Short - Mid Chakra Cost: 40 (-10 chakra per turn) Damage Points: 80 Description: An advancement of the plasma ball technique. The user will manipulate their chakra to create a golden 360 degree plasma- like barrier of an extremely focused nature around them. Able to serve as a formidable defense, even from techniques as wide-ranged as the Quicksand Waterfall Flow technique. Unlike the initial "Plasma ball technique" which it is derived from, the barrier is capable of manifesting whips from any part of its being. The whips are of a focused nature, exhibiting a somewhat similar solid tangibility to that of chidori true spear. However not to the same extent and thus are more free flowing making them capable of physical actions such as piercing, grabbing, constricting and actions similar. Allowing them to be able to be used in a number of ways. For example having a whip wrap around a sword and proceed to attack with it, or simply controlling a whip to go forward and impale an opponent. The whips are able to extend to mid-range, and there is no limit to how many whips can be manifested. Logic applies of course in the sense that with every additional whip the strength of each individual whip weakens. The user can only use lightning release, basic chakra techniques and physical based techniques while sustaining the barrier. However releasing whips from the barrier cost a move. Another unique effect is the barrier passively releases a surge of electricity into anything it touches, having it conduct (This is A rank and costs an additional move). Also similar to the initial technique, the user can choose to release the barrier, however in a more refined state. Able to release it in a wave from any direction or release it as a 360 degree omnidirectional wave. Due to how focused the barrier itself is, it doesn't retain any shocking or numbing properties, nor do the whips retain such an ability. The technique can be seen as an advancement of the initial plasma barrier technique in regards to an addition of shape manipulation and refinement in control and intensity being more focused. Still however, retaining a few of the limitations of the original technique. Such as only being able to release the barrier up to mid-range, which also applies to the extension of the whips. Note: Can only be used two times per battle Note: The technique lasts a maximum of 3 turns Note: Only Lightning, physical, and basic chakra techniques can be used while sustaining the barrier. Note: Releasing whips costs an additional move Note: Having something conduct lightning from contact counts as an additional move Note: Being released in a wave ends the effects of the technique Note: 2 turn interval before the technique can be used again Note: The maximum size of the barrier is short-range and the whips are what enable this technique to reach up to mid-range. Note: Can only be taught by Yusei[/SPOILER] [B](Raiton: Sanzai genzai no Bakuhatsu) - Lightning Release: Scattered Current Explosion[/B][SPOILER]Type: Offensive Rank: S Range: Short - Long Chakra: 40 Damage: 80 Description: The user begins to channel their chakra across either arm, manipulating it to create vibrant currents that course within the limb until released outward in an explosive manner, reaching up to Long range almost instantly. Left behind are closely grouped currents that cover the entire area similar to the shape of a dome. Harmless as they are separately, their main offensive purpose is judged by the user compiling the currents to a single location of their choice within the area, causing the entire field of lightning to rapidly draw in to the single point & on impact the lightning creates a powerful electrical explosion. The results of the explosion leave the opponent paralysed & severely injured due to the sheer volume of currents within the area. The lightning, on impact with the explosion, courses throughout the opponent, creating lacerations across the body followed by minuscule cuts from within. This leaves the opponent unable to effectively move due to the severity of the cuts along the muscles . The lightning is controlled by small gestures from the user (palms open to release the lightning, while creating a fist draws in the lightning) & when drawing in to a single location, the lightning travels same speeds as normal lightning jutsu.
