Otsutsukis seem to be immune to genjutsu altogether. It was never used against them. For Limbo, it would be troublesome since Isshiki can't see them or sense them as far as we know, but his physical stats and speed would make up for that. Isshiki just shrinks Madara's TSBs.

I believe it was mentioned Kaguya's TSB was going to destroy her entire dimension. I think it is superior.

Sage Mode is superior. CS is an inferior form of it somewhat.

Generally speaking, yes. It's more "powerful", though (as indicated by his performance against Isshiki).

It's really not dying. It has been like this for months. If anything, I wish it was more active but I like it still, it's pretty chill.
