Actually, I'm not sure if the Hyuuga can see chakra outside of a ninja's body. If that was the case, then they too would be vulnerable to the Hidden Mist technique, which is not the case. I think they can just see the Kaiten.

I must admit, I haven't really studied the Hyuuga thoroughly, but after thinking about it, I doubt they can see it, as their eyes focus mainly on the chakra points. However, as I said, I'm not really sure about this.

Nagato/Madara/Obito could see the bombs and avoid them with a Shinra Tensei. There are a few other counters, but most ninja won't be aware of the bombs, so they'll die either way. Then there are others, such as Sasori that wouldn't even be aware of the attack, due to them not breathing. Also...
