It's always sad to see something like this happened. I, myself have never met nor known anyone who's suffering from anorexia but I can see the pain just by looking at her picture. I'm not knowledgeable on the cause of anorexia but I assume that is has something to do with fear of gaining weight...

There's a difference between working hard and being considered a genius. Based on many of his actions, he hardly shown any intelligence. But that's the concept of his character; a hyperactive idiot. He's not that much of an idiot, but he's also not much of a genius, maybe in the middle.
