Maybe when part 1 Sasuke kept resisting the curse mark I'd believe you (before the revival ritual), but Hebi Sasuke just let it come to him with no signs of disdain, restraint, or any other indication that would suggest it's disturbing him.

Think of it as a stream, the flow of chakra I mean; Adding a waterfall to it does not disrupt the flow, but sticking a dam into it does. The curse mark, I would believe, only influences or strengthens the chakra, not override/interfere with the actual flow of it.

I'd rather my tax dollars go to this than (million complaints about government waste).
