I don't believe either Rin or Kakashi was a zetsu clone. Kakashi can probably (atleast I think) see even through zetsu clones with sharingan and I don't think that Zetsu clones can copy techniques like raikiri. Kakashi has sharingan and Rin is a medical ninja which rules out genjutsu unless it...
