There is one HUGE whole in the story that EVERYONE seem to forget, naruto clone was killed and the real naruto is most likely inside obitos dimension, so naruto aint on the battlefield anymore...

He is not uchiha blood therefor he cant use the abilitys as easy as an uchiha, i.e he fainted after just a couple of minutes fighting zabuza with the normal sharingan..
