Sasuke is smarter imo.Shikamaru needs time before making a stratergy whereas sasuke plans are instant which he has displayed in his battles against deidara,danzo,itachi etc

i want to know whether u can activate ems by taking eyes of anyone in your family or did u need eyes of your brother specifically. Also if u can activate ems by taking eyes of any family member than why didn't itachi took eyes of his father
