I think its a real shame garra lost Shukaku, imagin how strong he would be with his sand the being a jinjurike if like naruto and bee he learnt to controle it and how cool he would look in v2 (i think its called with the read skin and 1 tail) He would have easily been the strongest kage i think? :)
