If Minato had rasenshuriken, I think he would be able to use it better than Naruto. Why? Naruto has to throw the Rasenshuriken so that he doesnt do damage to himself. Minato would be able to teleport to an enemy and smash the rasenshuriken into them, then just straight away teleport somewhere...
