itachi: cannot use sharingan. minato: cannot use FTG and summoning. i think itachi would win because he is better at taijutsu, he is smarter (even though minato is still pretty smart) and he has more ninjutsu's. but he would win with very high difficulty.

i have been thinking about this for a long time, when hashirama went against madara, why didn't madara use tsukuyomi or another genjutsu to win the battle? from what we know of hashirama, he doesn't have anything special to protect against genjutsu so, why didn't he use that?
