Don't listen to all these manga purists. The anime is good, ofc the manga is WAY better but there is no reason for you not to give it a try. It has some very cool fights. Just once you finish watching it, read the manga as well.

All this time we would almost never get a single page of spoilers for Naruto manga and suddenly it's way easier to get access to the spoilers of its spin-off. Is it just me or do they leak them intentionally as a form of advertising of some sort?
