Well instant is instant. SO its after the tech is used what they do. And there minato is faster and can do more damage with the rasengan since it doesnt need time-consuming hand signs to do.

I agree with this list. The only thing i would change is put Kakuzu above Sasori 5 elements + the fact you have to kill him 5 times + immune to posion (one of sasoris biggest strengths) is tomuch i think Other than that good list.
