I don't think so. Why would he need the ability to go intangible in his own dimension, where nobody else can even go? Kakashi only got there cause of Obitos eye, it's his dimension, so being able to phase would serve no real purpose. We never saw him use it, it just sounds completely unnecessary...

Nobody other than Naruto would be so forgiving, and even then, Naruto only respects him for having the sense to change, and accept his crimes. He's not gonna forget all the crimes he committed, and even told Obito to come back to Konoha and face his punishment.

He was badass, but I wanted somebody to **** him up the moment he got let out of jail lol.

I think the IT Zetsu would be stronger, considering they use the god tree, while Madara created his from the gedo husk. The zetsu produced from shinobi would be so much stronger than original IT Zetsu though.
