Hey dont get me wrong bt as tobi said NAGATOwas a member of the Uzamaki Clan maybe they all had the rinnegan but havent managed to activate it except Nagato or even known they had it & may be NARUTO somehow manages 2 activate it comment on what u think:|:shrug:
