How do you guys make the white dotted borders for some of the avatars I have seen? I've tried doing it but it seems really complicated. Thanks!

So I've made a few since last time. Tried a couple new techniques too.

Another one I made pretty recently. I wasn't sure how long it would be, so there's some extra space on the bottom. =/

I pronounce it like "No Bless". Just think of the term, "noblesse oblige".

I'm not great at making tags or tutorials, so be gentle. =p This can be done with any program I think, but I did it with Photoshop.
