How do I change my time zone I accident clicked the wrong one.

i know where to do it and everything but i don't know what each box is for theres like five of them each section. Can someone help me clear up the confusion? and tell me how to use each one so i can edit correctly with out doing the whole trial and error thing for like five hours. Thank you!
