Toru Hoschikage, Prime Councillor

❮ A P P E A R A N C E ❯

► Toru is an older man with Dark Copper Skin. He Stands at 5'11" and is a broad shouldered, well built man. He is bald, but he has a a full thick black beard which transitions into grey as it gets further down, ending at his middle chest. Toru has blue eyes and a slit in his left eyebrow from a scar and a ring piercing on his left ear. Although well-built his Councillor Robes cover him; they're long black robes with a white middle parting, tertiary colours on his shoulders and side of his torso in gold to symbolise his station as the Prime Councillor. A Sash with a tome and bronze and gold adornments sits loosely and untied around his waist.

► The Prime Councillor is a very veiled man. His private persona is unknown for the most part, and his mask is firmly affixed to his face. He acts like a leader of many and speaks as such, a politician through and through - his true intentions are unknown and are usually shaped through the guidance of those under him, choosing carefully a resolution plucked from the many voices. Toru isn't nasty or two dimensional however, he does not carry himself around as a cold and uncaring official; whenever he is out and about amongst others he brings with him a kindness and warmth that is well practiced.

Naoshi "S" Silva, Deputy Prime Councillor

❮ A P P E A R A N C E ❯

► Councillor Silva is a Middle-Aged lady with Dark Sepia coloured skin covering a fiery undertone. She stands at 5"9', and is of an athletic build. She has prominent cheekbones and a defined v-shaped jaw, her nose rounds out at the bottom and suits her face. Her eyes are dark orbs that show clear direction and at times, concern. Her hair is made up of red yarn braids, usually tied up into a thick short ponytail behind her. She is usually seen in public wearing her Councillor Robes; long black robes with a white middle parting and purple tertiary colours on her shoulders and side of her torso to symbolise her station as the Deputy Prime. A sash with warm bronze adornments to pull it together around her waist.

► Naoshi Silva is a woman of action. She spends most of her time working and trying to make the City safe and liveable and publicly seems to take measures to keep the city running. Because of her role as Deputy Prime Councillor she works tirelessly, yet she never shows it. She puts on a brave face for the people and will only let her guard down in more private settings where she can be vulnerable to vent. Her words can be quite blunt and stern, especially in times of crisis - but as a politician she still thinks about what she says, she knows in which contexts to be a little more cryptic.
