The Tenseigan (Reincarnation Eye) is a dōjutsu belonging to the Ōtsutsuki clan and is a direct advancement of the Byakugan. It features a unique blue pupil encircled by a blue-and-white flower-shaped iris. Unlike the Byakugan, the Tenseigan sacrifices its near-omnidirectional vision but maintains the ability to perceive chakra flow while offering improved reaction times. Additionally, it enables the user to manipulate attractive and repulsive forces, akin to the Deva Path of the Rinnegan. The Tenseigan also provides access to Tenseigan Chakra Mode, which significantly boosts the user’s speed, strength, durability, and chakra-sensing capabilities. When activate, the Tenseigan offers a +2 Bonus MIND AP, unless Dual Abilities are utilized, in which case only the greatest AP increase will apply. All attacks associated with the Tenseigan utilize the MIND Attribute for damage.
