Chios is a northern area of O’uzu Island, characterized by the comparatively more rocky terrain here on the long hill range that occupies much the island. The area also hosts grass- and woodlands around the hill range’s edges and the coastline, but it is in the mineral-rich hillside that most of Chios’ population can be found living in mining towns.
The quartet move onwards thru the lands, meanwhile Geets sends a message to Sado on his cell, explaining all, every detail that has happened since they left, everything from where they traveled to who they seen or met...
Weary of his bloodthirst and unparalleled destruction, Dracula travelled through the great sea and landed in the archipelago of the water country, where the beginning of the end of his clan had taken place not too long ago. Having nothing but dredged memeories of this place he could not wait to slay more people for the sake of it. Alas, he had not taken a rest in a while either and was therefore surely tired on his travels. He couldn't kill without power afterall. With his precise technique, the detachmement of the primitive world, Dracula could easily and precisely carve out a perfect square in the beach sand where he would lay the foundation of his base.
(Jinton: Genkai Hakuri no Jutsu) - Detachment of the Primitive World Technique
Type: Offensive
Rank: C-S(C)
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 15-40
Damage: 30-80
Description: The user first performs a short sequence of handseals: Rat → Boar → Snake, then creates a basic 3D-shaped construct via Dust Release between the palms of their hands. A small sphere is located at its centre. The structure expands rapidly in size when being propelled towards the designated target and traps them inside its confines. The sphere then seems to explode with a tremendous amount of force, while the exterior walls of the structure effectively restrict the size of the blast radius. This results in the destruction of everything and anyone caught within, as they are pulverised into minute particles of dust. The technique isn't limited to just affecting physical matter; it can also affect chakra-based defenses. But the resulting damage that this technique can produce varies considerably, depending on the initial shape of the created structure..
Cuboid Structure: A form manipulating the Dust Release structure into a very generic three-dimensional cube. While the cube's surface area is rank-dependent, its shape also enables localized destruction and entrapment. Unlike the other shape alternatives, this form is always limited to just short-range when used.
Conical Structure: A form manipulating the Dust Release structure into a simplistic three-dimensional cone. While the cone's base diameter is rank-dependent, its base is always located in front of the user's hands with the pointed end poised at the desired target. It has an intermediary reach, extending up to mid-range.
Cylindrical Structure: A form manipulating the Dust Release structure into a basic three-dimensional cylinder. While the cylinder's diameter is rank-dependent, it is unique amongst shapes in extending up to long-range.
Note: The surface area of the cube form is 1m² at C-rank, 3m² at B-rank, 5m² at A-rank, 15m² at S-rank.
Note: The diameter of the cone and the cylinder is 1m at C-rank, 2m at B-rank, 4m at A-rank, 8m at S-rank.
Note: Only useable by Mū and Ōnoki bios. Clones are unable to use it.
The squared soil would be filled with a slap of polystyrene that he would fit perfectly in the 3'3m hole and carve out a rather rectangular shape. This material was the perfect one for keeping warmth in a house afterall. He then used his earth release to create four walls of regular rocks and lastly created a door made out of rocks as well. There were two layers to the roof as well, one in polystyrene and one in rocks. He didn't have to think about having the roof tilted as both of those materials were waterproof. Next he put up a fire close to the shore and watched the stars, wondering where he would be heading next. (Porisuchiton: Shiroi Sabaku | Polystyrene Release: White Desert)
Type: Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary
Rank: D-S(D)
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 10-40(-10 per turn)
Damage: 20-80
Description: The jack of all trades release for the porisuchiton release. The user can form any structures from the polystyrene pellets they want. The user can create weapons, armour and well anything that they need. D and C ranked usage requires no handseals, B rank requires one, A rank requires two and S rank requires three handseals. D, C and B rank may be used indefinitely as long as the user has a chakra pool, A ranks can be used 5 times per battle and S rank can be used 4 times per battle. A rank variation has a cooldown of one turn per use, S rank has a cooldown of two turns after use. This lets the user channel porisuchiton chakra through the earths crust and create miniature sinkholes or other structures. The user can also form polystyrene directly from their body. Unless the user fuels chakra into the polystyrene, it will fall flat on the earths surface as it is too light to sustain any forms by itself unlike other solid materials.
Note: B-ranks require a single handseal, A ranks two handseals and S rank three handseals.
Note: A rank version can be used 5 times per battle, with a cooldown of one turn, S rank 4 with a cooldown of two turns.
Note: No other Polystyrene techniques in the same turn S-rank version is used

(Katon no Jutsu) - Fire Release Technique
Type: Offensive
Rank: D
Range: Short-Mid

Tobusekai: Take The Power Back
Rank: A Description: Your mission is a simple one, though may be dangerous. Claim land in Tobusekai. By any means necessary. Spread the name of Tsumigakure, and take what belongs to us. To pass this mission you will need to face some form of violent resistance be it bandits, undead, or other beasts. You are to clear out a landmark and claim it for Tsumigakure.
Alucard was just finished with his camp. There were no immediate threats coming for him. At least not specifically. He had waited at the shores of this place for far too long to do anyone any good. It was time to act. News from his new leader putting bounties to claim and expand upon their village was a nice touch and goal for Alucard to practice as he sought out power. The pay was also good. At least from what he had heard. While the instructions about it was clear, Alucard sought out to meet the lands all corners and acknowledge its current state in order to figure out how exactly to proceed, deal with and ultimately conquer it in the name of himself and his expanding village. He rose up from his fortress and called for Akemi to guard the coast line for anything that looked like a menace. Alucard himself started to wander on the roads. The day had broken and the night was falling over the land. He was out like a predator for predators and would welcome any sign of danger there was in order to gain the villagers their respect and unity in order to have them on his side as he would ultimately claim the land.
Akemi
The coast was clear as the night fell, however she felt a bit nervous as her pressure sensory started to tickle her mind with imminent movement closing in. It was enough pressure to calculate its size and weight and she came with the obvious conclusion that there was indeed a ship on its way towards the lands shores. The big boat could now be visually spotted as the moonlight pierced through its sails and revealed a jolly roger. This is a symbol that represents nothing but trouble and at this hour it was looking like a nightfall raid party was heading towards the beach town. She was going to have to take care of this threat herself as Alucard was off in the wild looking for trouble. Seems like she found it first though. Using her abilities to breathe under water, Akemi would dive into the sea and surprise the raid party from underneath. The element she had was perfect for this occasion, number 1. Wood is weak towards lightning and number 2, she could not be harmed by lightning whilst submerged underwater. Without any interrogation or any other precautions, Akemi positioned herself straight underneath the ship and attached her tentacles on its surface. She then gathered up her lightning chakra. She then unleashed it through her tentacles suction cups.
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60(+20)
Description: The user extends both arms, releasing a high discharge through both palms, targeting multiple opponents simultaneously. It is possible to increase the power using this technique in combination with a water source. Working similarly to False Darkness, the held orbs split into several tendrils of lightning. If used against a target submerged in water, the strength increases +20.
Due to her being incased in water, the lightning strike made more damage than usual. This naturally created a large enough impact have have completely destroyed the entire ship in an instant with some minor debris clunking into the shore like marine garbage. Just like what this raiding party was anyway.
How very poetic - Akemi said to herself as she re-positioned herself back towards the shore and looked out into the obsidian sky once again.
Alucard
The crimson fucker strides alongside the narrow roads that took him into the heartlands of the Chios region. He's searching for trouble.
Fucking hell, is there nobody out here who're planning anything not.. very nice?
He continued onwards and after having passed a few towns he decided to abandon the road and go off into the wild. Suddenly he met up with a pack of wolves that he could hear howling around him. He had only left the road for a few minutes until everything went fully rural. Having to deal with the pesky nocturnal hunters, Alucard went out in the open and let the pack close in on him. As the went closer and closer, he would channel his chakra and at the moment they went for him, he turned his entire body in liquid bismuth.
Type: Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary
Rank: S-rank
Range: Short-mid
Chakra: 40(-20/turn)
Damage: 80(on touch)
Description: Abiogenesis is an advanced application of the Bisumaton release and lets the user take the form of the initial release to benefit from its S/W upon facing a jutsu or otherwise. The user will transform themselves into liquid bismuth while still maintaining their original size they become heavy and slow but also very warm and squishy. This is an extremely good counter for taijutsu but also for evading other elemental techniques too. The user will become movable but halves their speed due to the density of the element they are now the form of. While in this stage the user can only perform bismuth/earth/fire techniques. Due to the liquid state of the bismuth the user can take shapes that aren't humanoid, for example they can stretch themselves outwards up to mid-range. On touch the user will burn anything it comes in contact with and cause 80 damage.
Note: Usable twice per battle, lasting up to three turns per use.
Note: No A rank and above Bisumaton and no S rank and above Fire/Earth techniques after usage.
Note: Can only be taught by Skorm.
As the wolves were ready to cut him to pieces they did only end up sinking their teeth in molten metal which immediately boiled their skulls from inside out and killed them instantly. Alucard turned back to normal as he continued on to look for more threats that could potentially hurt the future villages of Tsumigakure. However, having cleaned up a few other packs of predatory animals such as boars and cougars, Alucard felt like there had to be more out there for him to exterminate.
..
Alucard had gone back towards the beach where had left Akemi and they reunited back to a local in in the town next to the water. They picked up a local bounty on a gang of criminals that had been seen at their holdout in the north part of the land. They wasted no time and headed straight for it.
This is it, we do this, we'll claim the landmark. Brace yourself, might get ugly.
The duo looked over the hills on the border of the neighbouring landmark. They saw lights scattered around the hillside, some hundred men looked to be camping down the hill slopes, ready to be.. massacred. Alucard gathered a massive amount of chakra and after having performed a small sequence of seals, summoned a large array of droplets made out of hot metal that would rain down on the opponents while also set the surroundings on fire.
(Bisumaton: Ōame | Bismuth release: Heavy Rain)
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Mid-Long
Chakra: 40(-20/turn)+10
Damage: 80/turn+20
Description: The user performs three handseals and ignites the skies by channeling bisumaton chakra into the skies above them. Standard sized droplets of molten bismuth will start to rain down on the field from Mid-Long range of where the user is, and the user cannot adjust the size or location of the droplets. This can be done with or without sourceless materializing although if the user does not have that specialty they will need to form a gigantic pillar of molten bismuth that they stretch out from behind them and let go as it reaches the skies and expands into a barrage of rain. The only real advantage the user gets if they possess the sourceless materializing is the element of surprise. While this technique is ongoing, the user is limited in terms of that they can perform. This limits them to only using fire, wind and earth as well as KGs/AEs/CEs based on either one of those elements. Regular skills are not affected although no forbidden techniques. Each droplet of the rain causes extreme pain and will sink through the skin, flesh and bones through any limb or body it hits until it has passed through. Each drop falls faster than that of regular rain as bismuth is by far heavier and denser making the technique almost unavoidable, but it is still possible for the user to catch sight of the rain long before it actually makes contact with them. The user can only use the bismuth to form techniques from the bismuth or to create more bisumaton techniques only once the bismuth has hit the ground. This technique can only be used twice per battle and can stay on the field for two turns while it requires a two-turn cool-down. The user can only use two other moves while this is active.
Note: Can only be taught by Skorm.
Some tried to flee, but they were just being victims of more droplets that would sunk into their faces and melt inwards causing pain but also a quick death. This resulted in the entire camp, 100 bandits strong, being wiped out in an instant.
We'd better get back to our townhall now. Hopefully they will agree on being under our expansive wing now huh?
The duo left the sight with the burning corpses and headed towards the capital of the land. Upon arrival they negotiated the terms of them giving over their authority towards that of Tsumigakure and would lend them a hand should they need goods transported or other wise in exchange for protection, something that Alucard had demonstrated they were able to provide. With that being said, both parties had agreed and so it was carved in stone. The landmark of Chios was now property of Tsumigakure.

It'd been a long time since Alucard was here last.. Very long. The trio stepped out from a portal that had manifested at the foot of the mineral-enrichened caves where most of the population was found anyway. Out to step on their current rule, it was Alucard who thought of using his powers in order to root out any discontent for their presence while also showing who's boss. It was still night when they had arrived, thanks to Rip's Sharingan who had teleported them there. The northern parts of the O’uzu island still looked the same as they had the many years ago since his last visit. The cataclysm was reversed here too it seemed. Perhaps, it was everywhere.
Where are we exactly?
Lilith spoke as curiosity then suddenly overwhelmed her.
We're at the bottom of the pit, this place will serve our Organization's needs for minerals and ore. This will do..
He then turned his gaze towards Lilith and Rip, away from the mines. A huge smile dressed his face if he already had planned for this moment long ago. He then turned around, whilst marching straight towards the settlements close to the valley bottom, near the mines. Rip followed him close by as if she was on duty or something, guarding him with her life. After a while they reached the main industrial site, closely guarded by soldiers wearing red and white coats of arms with a sigil. Lilith had seen it before when she descended on the island on her own in the wake of the Children of Tiamat, spawning and wrecking havoc on the islands. They were soldiers indeed, but none of them would have any chance against Alucard.
Halt!
One of them exclaimed, as the trio approached. Lilith noticed that her father's left hand started to glow with pitch white chakra. Dust release? - she thought to herself and as soon as she thought it, it became obvious. Alucard hat clenched his sword and layered it with a sheet of his Kekkei Tota in order to turn it from a lethal weapon into a divine instrument.
(Jinton: Chūmon suru chikai | Dust Release: Oath to Order)
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A/S
Range: N/A
Chakra: 30/40(-10/15 turn)
Damage: 60/80
Description: Oath to orde is a simple technique which combines dust release and advances chakra manipulation. The user touches any object they want to affect or weaves three seals to affect an object up to mid-range away from them this coating will originate from the users body and spread its way towards/around the object the user wants to use this technique on. The technique infuses a chosen object(as long as it has a physical structure, such as a solid or liquid, summonings, clones and the user themselves cannot) and coat it with a 3D barrier, only a mm thick. This barrier will disintigrate anything it touches and deal massive amount of damage following the S/W of dust release. This barrier can only coat one object at a time or if S-rank version is used, two objects can be coated at the same time but each coating will be of A-rank. The user can send additional chakra passively to fuel the technique, making it last longer at the cost of their chakra reserves.
Note: A-rank variation can only be used four times per battle while S-rank version can only be used twice.
Note: Requires a cooldown of two turns after usage for S-rank version but only one turn for A-rank version.
Note: Can only be taught by Skorm.
My my, my simple guardsman.. You demand us to halt? We're you're friends afterall. The knife in the dark, carving out the cancers out of your bleakest nightmares.
It would seem that Alucard's aura and casual way of proclaiming dominance send a shiver throughout their spines and droplets of sweat started to protrude from out their skin on their foreheads. They then readied their lances and aimed them towards the three of them. Rip didn't even seem to care one bit, whilst Alucard simply shook his head whilst removing his hat.
In the name of the Matsuro Clan, i order you to stand down! We're in control here and don't need no group of thieves and blasphemers to walk the streets at night, spitting bullshit. You three turds should shove yourself back into the gaping asshole from which you came.
Alucard stood his ground, while murmuring Rip to proceed on ahead into the darkness. Lilith thought her eyes deceived her when the woman simply walked straight through their lances as if she was a ghost. She wore the same wicked smile as Alucard now and her glasses beamed the moonlight into the guardsmens faces as they were left paralyzed by her Sharingan's abilities.
Type: Supplementary/Defensive
Rank: S
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 40 ( -5 per turn )
Damage points: N/A
Description: A variation of his Kamui, using this technique, Obito is also able to render himself intangible, through the use of his 3 Tomoe Sharingan or MS, to allow other objects to pass harmlessly through his own body, which he employs primarily to avoid incurring injury from incoming attacks. In reality, this is but another extension of his space–time ninjutsu, where Obito instead teleports any part of his body that occupies the same space as another object to a separate dimension. As the transported portions of his body are always obscured by the other objects, Obito appears completely whole to those observing him. By overlapping his entire body with a sufficiently large object, such as the ground, he can not only conceal himself from view, but also erase all traces of his chakra. Obito often exploits this characteristic to ambush his opponents from below. Though unable to establish any physical contact while intangible, Obito can move while phased at great speeds and can trigger the technique on instinct alone, relying on his Sharingan to perceive and calculate attacks and how to activate the technique in the most precise manner. He also seemingly possesses the capability to extend this intangibility to whatever he's presently touching, as long as he is able to maintain some form of contact with at least part of the desired item. Described as a perfect defense, Obito is able to phase through anything, avoiding damage completely.
Note: Can only be used 4 times and up to 3 turns each use.
Note: Can only be used by Obito Uchiha bios and must have the Sharingan active.
Walking through, not just their lances, but through them as well - she reshaped behind them and patted them on their backs while their gazes were still fixated forwards. Alucard and Lilith in their sight, both just standing there.
Pleaze Alucard.. Can i kill them all?
Rip longed for killing - her unsaturated hunger for action was apparent now more than ever. It's not like it would've been much of a challenge though - the guards had been dumbfounded in their position and Alucard could simply break their lances out of position with his right hand whilst his left hand still rested on his blade. He would give them one more chance.
Perhaps you've heard of our calling - i present to you, the patriarch of the reborn Hellsing Organization.
He then bowed slightly and continued with his steadfast tone.
You.. your tricks wont work on us, our patriarch has given you the chance to leave this island that has been ours for generations. **** off before someone gets hurt.
Indeed, but it's now no longer yours to torment. I present to you the choice, surrender your false king to me or surrender your lives.
At this point, some local folk had gathered around the scene. Miners appeared from the foothills and some of the other townspeople had been drawn to the commotions. Their ragged presence indicated that they had been mishandled, something that Alucard had already seen thanks to his Tenseigan as soon as they had stepped out of the Kamui gate. The guard who had been the outspoken one slashed towards Lilith with his lance, aiming to relieve her of her right eyeball. She saw what happened but was unable to move out of the way in time. Yang chakra started to flush through her as she readied to use the Power of the Sun in order to escape, but before she had even done that - her face was painted with blood. She felt her face and looked up. Alucard had grapped the lance with his bare hand, resulting in the skin of it being shredded yet his strength was that of a hundred humans and in a swift motion he pushed it away and slit the guard's head from his torso using his sword.
..You may kill them all.
He said in a confident tone and focused on the mine itself while Rip inhaled greedily and weaving a single handseal - > Tiger. The moonlit night was then torched by the intense flames that Rip ejected towards the guardsmen's bastion. None of them had the chance to even react to what was coming, not even Lilith understood what was happening infront of her bare eyes as she saw nothing. Rip's abilities to bend space time was too advanced.
Type: Offensive
Rank: Forbidden
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 50 + 5
Damage: 100 ( -10 to user ) + 10
Description: A technique where the user does one hand seal (Tiger), gathers a lot of chakra inside his body and, while focusing, molds it, converting it into fire. As the user expels the fire chakra, he creates a dense and massive fire stream. Using the distortion effect of his right Sharingan's space/time abilities, the user spirals the fire stream, resulting in the creation of a massive vortex of fire that spirals progressively outward, as it is propelled forwards at great speed and range.
Note: Thanks to the usage of Kamui this technique moves at 30 speed.
Note: Can only be used by Obito Uchiha bios with MS and up to 3 times per battle, reducing MS duration by one turn for each use.
The guardsmen's bastion was set ablaze by intense yet perfectly controlled flames. Alucard had vanished into the mines, mumbling something about finding a certain gemstone while Lilith watched the chaos unfold. Rip then looked towards her with a smile.
That should take care of that, my little prinzess. This is how we'll conquer - by opposing those who have no recollection on what it means to save their folk but hiding in their own delusions of power. Corrupted pigs, enlightened in fire..
Lilith shivered, but she understood the concept. She hadn't always been greeted by gratitude whenever she fought the devilspawns of the sea but instead pursuited and accused of being one herself. She hated the island's leadership, who had done nothing for it's own people but rather let themselves grow fatter and dumber. The townsfolk weren't sure how to react but it would seem like they had come to a conclusion which was to lay down any thoughts of taking up arms themselves in protest. Their resentment towards the clan lingered in their minds. Lilith approached them in the midst of chaos and led them safely back home as Rip retrieved some items from her controlled dimension. Banners adorned the hills with the Hellsing motif. The presence of Matsumoru had been rooted out from here. After a few hours of getting to know the mines, the townspeople and their needs - Lilith made notes on what was needed and concluded that perhaps it would be best to assert the situation back at HQ. It was a this time Alucard also rejoined them with a smile on his face and something shimmering in his coat.
Well, that takes care of that, let's head back.
With that being said, the trio headed back south on foot. They were due for a walk.
# Arriving in Chios, Alucard was accompanied with Faye - both of which were following her Genki who had picked up a trace deep into the mountain ranges of Chios. Perhaps.. the gem that Alucard retrieved for himself when he and Rip plowed through the landmark and captured it would have some sort of significance towards the Matsumoru leader. Perhaps not.. Regardless, as he created chakra on his way here as well - he kept concentrating to create more, aiming to fully reach his maximal potential in reserves.
As they travelled, Faye had expressed her concerns of a violent approach towards the leader of the rivaling clan. She didn't know that their tactics didn't work as such, but Alucard could simply look in to the direction of Acaria and seeing that both 9 and Sillad were both engaged in a battle. Rip and Lilith standing by to aide both of them if needed to be. He sighed at the thought, but Faye might've had a point. Capturing the target alive was a priority, killing them would not necessarily mean a win.
Faye - our family is already confronting our enemy in the south - i see them. We will do what we can do get the leader alive but if they have other priorities than to talk - we'll have to put them down. There can't be any - ANY - hesitation. I've lived long enough to see every side of a dice. Now - where the **** did that ghost get to.

"I understand Alucard. im not say we don't do anything at all... I'm saying we try and resolve this without bloodshed until that is not an option anymore. The we can as many heads as you want."

With only 10 meters left until the tunnel's end (and the enemy's HQ), Alucard and Faye may or may not have been able to notice the dirt walls slowly becoming... moist like mud. A rapid buildup of water in the air would foretell Clan Matsumoro's ingenious plan to literally flush out intruders who try to enter their HQ.
Initiated by one of their more skilled Suiton users, the technique takes the form of a powerful torrent released from the clan member's own mouth. The water perfectly consumes the open space (5m wide and 3m tall) to leave no gaps as it threatens to flush everything within the tunnel back to Naxos where they would wash up at the clan's bar-and-grill front.
Note: I need either of you to roll a 1d10. This is to see whether or not you both get washed away like the itsy bitsy spider or manage to stay thanks to an Org member's efforts. The DC is 7 and so any roll over that means the chosen character prevents the flush attempt. Essentially, one of you will roll for the defense of both your Biographies. The chosen player is allowed 3 moves as usual (passives do not count), but these techniques cannot require more than three (3) hand seals to initiate and cannot cause significant tremors in your surroundings. Each Defensive/Supplementary technique that could logically protect two people in the given space and/or stop the incoming wave adds +1 modifier to your roll.

Alucard merely grinned at Faye's response towards his will on this task at hand.
I always wondered, if you go mass-murderer.. won't there be more spirits for you to claim? Seems like you should be hunting more humans in my book.
As they crawled through the tunnels and approached it's end, a dampened sensation smogged through the atmosphere. Unhinged, they both seemed to have walked into a trap where a large amount of moisture in the air suddenly formed like a massive flood-wave that came rushing towards them. With Alucard's speed, he managed to get infront of Faye (5 meters) placing him between her and the ambush. While leaping forward he pressed his hands against the water, forming a shield that pressed the water towards the walls and out of both his and Fayes way. He sustained the technique as long as he needed to for the water to disperse away.
( Tensei Suiryoku ) - Reincarnation Thrust
Rank: S
Type: Supplementary/Defense/Attack
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra: 40
Damage: 40 - 160
Description: The user will repulse and push away anything around him up to a given range, in all directions, producing an omni-repulsion effect. The force and repulsive effect is absolute, affecting both energy and matter alike. The technique itself can be used with different ranges/sizes, depending on how much chakra the user spends for the technique and can even, in its smaller form, be sustained, forming a static defensive field instead of a wave-like effect. Shōkibo - Small Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to short range. The offensive power in this size is not that high as it hits opponents but can still do severe damage. It isn't, however, fatal, boasting a physical 40 damage. If the user focuses this ability with the help of his hands he can sustain a defensive absolute repulsive field around him. He can't, however, do any technique while he is sustaining it and he can only sustain it for 2 turns. Once used, takes one turn cool down to use gravitational related techniques again.
Chūkibo - Medium Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to mid range. The offensive power in this size is severe, sending opponents flying backwards with enough force to, if not defended properly, leave near fatal physical damage. Although not directly fatal, the technique boasts a physical damage of 80. If the user focuses this ability through one or both hands, he can push away a specific target or technique alone, instead of producing the normal omni-repulsive wave. Once used, takes 2 turns cool down to use gravitational related techniques again.
Ōkibo - Large Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to long range. The offensive power of the technique is devastating and anything in its path that doesn't manage to defend properly is left obliterated. Its fatal if unguarded, boasting a physical damage of 160. Using this techniques poses a great deal of danger to the user as he damages his chakra pathway itself to be able to mold sufficient chakra to perform it. Once used, the user loses the use any gravitational related techniques for the remainder of the fight and is unable to mold chakra for techniques above A-Rank for 5 turns.
Note: The technique is immune to normal Elemental Weaknesses and Strengths and as such can't be blocked or stopped. However, the enemies can still use techniques that prevent or reduce physical damage to their bodies to survive its effects or escape its range through a fast enough technique. This means that in the large scale, while the technique can't be stopped or directly countered, enemies can still manage to survive if they logically counter.
Note: Can only be used by Tenseigan Bios.
He looked behind him and grinned once again.

Faye shot him a flat look at the mass murderer comment.
"That's not how it works," she said. "Genki aren't souls of the dead. They were never human to begin with."
She watched one of the wisps drift past her face. "I can sense living souls, dead ones, genki and unbound spiritual energy yes, but Genki are the only ones I can actually actually manipulate." She paused. "Mass murder would do absolutely nothing for me except ruin my afternoon."
The dampness hit her before she saw it. A heavy feeling in the air pressed against her skin like a warning. One of the Genki drove straight into her ear. "Water. Trap. Defend."
She was ready to act but Alucard was already gone from beside her. His hands were out, and the invisible pressure exploded outward. The whole wall of water folded away from them, slamming into the tunnel walls. He glanced back at her. She already knew what was coming, the usual Alucard comment.
"Yes Alucard, as wet as a desert on the sun," she answered rolling her eyes.

"Yes Alucard, as wet as a desert on the sun," she answered rolling her eyes.
Her reply was that of an fiercely annoyed acolyte that she was. Guess he had misinterpreted the whole Genki schtick then as they hadn't been what he originally thought they were. Regardless, having paved through the tunnel, no thanks to Faye and her hilariously sarcastic retort not withstanding - Alucard decided it would be the perfect moment to push her buttons even further. Its not like they were having better things to do anyway.
Now now - we both know that if you were to go to the sun, you need to pass the corona. Which is also a brand of beer, which means...!
As they walked through the tunnels further, he nonchalantely tossed her a rag with velvet red and black tones to wipe herself with.
Regarding the Genki - it sounds like you barely know what they mean other than the accumilated mass of spiritual residue that exists as a black matter carpet tapestered among our.. fiction plane?
He then sensed chakra nearby. Acting upon his discovery, he stretched out his arms.
I present to you, mass-murder - the option TM. Or wait, were they supposed to know that? Or were the negotiations really that short.. Qui-Gon-Faye..
He tilted his head and body towards the chakra patterns and continued onwards while signaling Faye to follow.

After surviving the Clan's attempt to get rid of them, Alucard and Faye would arrive at the enemy's HQ to find it completely different from the muddy tunnel they had traveled through and the dinky restaurant back in Naxos. The walls were made of smoothened stone with various fixtures (holes and slits) that allowed natural light in. Hallways, doors, balconies, and a massive red orb in the center of the place would let the Hellsing Org invaders know that this was a well-established and financed HQ with likely more surprises waiting around a corner somewhere.
But perhaps the oddest thing about the open space was the lack of opposition: all of Clan Matsumoro's forces were instead lined up facing the intruders and the tunnel behind them. Sitting above and behind them was a small old man whose eyebrows and beard had grown into long, white streaks that hung from his face. This was their leader, and though he was a quiet, frail-looking individual, he was also the most ruthless out of all of them, having secured the clan's power throughout decades of warfare.
"I offered you a choice," he said in a shaky tone, "gave you a way out, and what do you do? You spit on my mercy and invade our most sacred space. For what? The world's a big place, so why O'uzu Island?"

Alucard and Faye had finally reached the room containing the Matsumoro clan leader, along with some henchmen. The room itself was quite average in size, sleek and without any windows. Quite the boring place to be couped up in. As they approached their proclaimed nemesis - the elder leader spoke to them but directed mostly his tone towards Alucard. Leader to leader. It wasn't a speech that was unexpected.
Did we caught you with your pants down? You seem to have wasted no effort whatsoever in even trying to form a strategic vantage point, or did you bring the rest of your clan to die here with you? A noble gesture..
He then decided to reply to the elders actual question.
Your ideology fails you. The world might be big, but there's less in it, competition is everywhere and if you slack - you lose. Not only that, but your own arrogance provided naught but even more motivation for me. But to answer your question, it has many answers. One - these islands used to be my childhood home some hundred years in the past. I have ruled in many places but not here.
Two - It's the closest bastion to the Moon Isle, a place which i share a lot of history with and is a place i aim to conquer again. Three - My daughter became somewhat of an idol here, fighting against the children of Tiamat - whom i've come to notice is something that you and your family seems to know nothing about how to fight. Had it not been for her, you'd have nothing left.
He paused for a bit.
Tell me, Matsumoro Choro. What is your clan even doing here? Certainly not to provide a safe haven for the people that live and thrive here, that we can rule out. Fret not though, my dear and small mortals, - i will make this offer for you now. Kneel, and join our banners to face the gods, the demons and the monsters of this world together in the name of Hellsing.
He then stared briefly at the meatshields that surrounded their leader.
Afterall, it would be a shame to have to put down so many puppies..

Faye had been quiet through it all, standing slightly apart from Alucard with her arms loosely folded. The Genki moved in slow circles around her, as if they had nowhere else to be. She let Alucard speak. He was right about everything he said, but being right and being convincing are not the same thing.
She stepped forward a bit, enough to be noticed. Her voice was calm, almost casual.
"He's not wrong," she said, nodding once at Alucard. "But I think you already know that."
Her gaze settled on the old man above them, unhurried, reading him.
"You've kept this clan alive for decades. That requires intelligence. So you know what's in this room with you." She paused for a moment. "This is not really a negotiation."
She looked at the men lined up between them, all of them waiting.
"These people are yours. You built something here, and they followed you because of it." Her tone remained steady. "So the real question isn’t whether Hellsing takes these islands; that part is already decided."
She looked back up at him.
"The question is whether your people will be alive to see what comes next."
She let that sink in for a moment. Then her expression shifted slightly, not quite a smile, but almost.
"Actually," she said, tilting her head, "before anyone does anything foolish, let me show you something."
The Genki around her froze almost instantly, as if they already knew what she was about to reveal.
"I can see into the future. Not guesswork, not strategy, real possible outcomes." Her eyes remained on Matsumoro, steady and calm. "Let me look, and I will tell you exactly how this will unfold based on the choice you make right now."
A brief pause followed.
"Nobody has to die today. But you must understand what you're really choosing between."

Afterall, it would be a shame to have to put down so many puppies..
As the two spoke one after the other, Ogawa Matsumoro's hands gripped the stone rests on either side of him in rage. Before the woman could finish her speech, the old leader interjected in a terrifyingly loud voice: "You insolent... barbaric wretches. Clan Matsumoro has been at the forefront of such peace and prosperity throughout the Archipelago that the world has never seen before. From the chaos of warring clans, famine, and social strife we arose with a purpose... with conviction to bring order to the world. Even this Moon Isle that you speak of; if it weren't for the clan that place would have been a smoldering crater already, but you're too young to know that. You're too young to pay respect or yield peacefully, too, it seems."
Ogawa stood from his stone throne and snapped his fingers. "Very well, we will explain the rules of this land to you in a way that you might understand." He then turned and sauntered out of the room with his hands behind his back.
From the shadowy corners came two figures. These were Ogawa Matsumoro's personal bodyguards and leaders of the clan's special operations division--the best of the best, and their orders had been set ever since the first day Hellsing had set up shop in Icaria: Destroy the infestation. As the rest of the clan stood back to cover Ogawa's departure, the two elites would approach Alucard and Faye slowly, menacingly. One, a man covered in a shroud said, "Finally."
