Alright. As we well know, the leg weight was invented in the dawning ages of the Musclehead era categorized as Weighted clothing, which are garments that have heavy materials incorporated into them, to add weight to various parts of the body, usually as part of resistance training. The effect is achieved through attaching weighted pieces to the body (or to other garments) which leave the hands free to grasp objects. Unlike with held weights or machines, weighted clothing can leave users more able to do a variety of movements and manual labour. In some cases certain weighted clothing can be worn under normal clothing, to disguise its use to allow exercise in casual environments.

The use of weighted clothing is a form of resistance training, generally a kind of weight training. In addition to the greater effect of gravity on the person, it also adds resistance during ballistic movements, due to more force needed to overcome the inertia of heavier masses, as well as a greater momentum that needs deceleration at the end of the movement to avoid injury. The method may increase muscle mass or lose weight; however, there have been concerns about the safety of some uses of weights, such as wrist and ankle weights.

It is normally done in the form of small weights, attached to increase endurance when performed in long repetitive events, such as running, swimming, punching, kicking or jumping. Heavier weighted clothing can also be used for slow, controlled movements, and as a way to add resistance to body-weight exercises.

Now that is out of the way. We've all been here, done this. Put your heavy fashion statements on and jog a mile or two. We'll enjoy the premise of how that, logically, results in you being as they say: "built different" after awhile.

Ronark, a musclehead in his own right, eyed the weights with a ting of suspicion as he listened to the long-winded explanation that became harder and harder to read hear the more the instructor spoke. Still, when she instructed him to put them on, he fastened them snugly around his calves before breaking into a steady jog. He immediately felt the effects of the added weight. He struggled to lift his knees into the air, and when his feettouched the ground, they drove harder into the earth. Rather than a jog, he could bearly move faster thn a brisk walk.

Very good. Now after a few decades.. maybe a month if you're lucky, this aught to suffice in producing the outcome you're hoping for. Unless you juice. In which case, go crazy, my friend.

Ronark grunted and kept going, pretending he hadn’t heard the juicing remark. His breathing grew loud and uneven. Sweat started soaking through his shirt as he kept up the pace of his brisk walk. He adjusted without really thinking about it, his body falling into a rhythm. Shorter steps, driving his arms harder. It was just enough to keep moving. The burn spread through his calves and up into his thighs, and though the weight training seemed endless, quitting never crossed his mind. He locked into the rhythm, let the ache settle in, and kept pushing forward.

Wearing the added weights over the past few months had caused Ronark's body to adapt, allowing him to move as he usually did without them after what seemed like an eternity. Finally, he knelt and unstrapped the weights from his legs.

(Katai Omori: Doroppu) Leg Weights: Drop
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: The user stops, bends over to reach his legs and unstraps his leg weights, dropping them to the ground. As a result the user gains a varying boost to his running speed and to all his Strong Fist Kick-related moves. However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nullified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on each other.

Note: This can be used for either canon Leg Weights technique.

Good shit, your Tai is now stronger than ever and you've got a speed increase as well.

( Katai Omori ) - Leg Weights
Type: Weapon/Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra: 30
Damage: N/A (+20 to Kicks, 2x Running Speed)
Description: The Leg Weights used for Special Taijutsu Training with Added Weights are made through the application of a sealing formula to ordinary leg weights. The sealing formula is used to, through the use of chakra, increase the weight of the leg weights to the desired level. The seal can't be applied to anything other than the leg weights and its use is restricted to its original purpose. One can remove the leg weights but the sealing technique in them stays active indefinitely and can't be released. Additionally, the Leg Weights and their unique seal calibration makes them only usable by the ninja to whom they belong. They can't be sealed or stolen.
