However Sparky is not a combat focused summon. Sparky is a personal summon known for its strong electrorecption abilities and ability to enhance Lightning Release attacks. If in contact with its summoner, Sparky can share these abilities with its summoner. It's electrorecption ability allows it and those it is physically connected to, to perceive all chakra based electrical fields within a landmark the moment they come into existence. Tracking limitations still apply. When in physical contact with its summoner it can also passively enhance their Lightning jutsus by +20 by charging them.

Storm entered the battlefield, a rocky plain stretching beneath the blazing sun. At its center stood an older, pale-faced man, his hair and eyes as white as her own. There was something unnatural about him, an eerie aura that crept under her skin and sent a chill down her spine. And yet, instead of fear, her blood burned with excitement. Somehow, despite their differences, she could feel it, they were the same. That realization alone was enough to spark her interest. A faint smirk touched her lips as she spoke.
Well… shall we? Storm initiated the fight by weaving a single hand seal, lightning chakra already crackling to life in her palm before she drove it into the ground. The terrain responded instantly, splitting apart as sixteen massive pillars of earth surged upward around the man, sealing him in from every direction but above. Almost immediately, arcs of electricity began to dance between the pillars, violently shocking anything trapped within the enclosure and turning the space into a deadly cage.

Description: After performing the needed hand seals Rat → Monkey → Horse → Tiger the user will create a even more powerful version of Lightning Release: Four Pillar Bind. Using this technique, the user creates sixteen giant pillars by using his lightning chakra to shape the ground into a multitude of pillars, which then form a giant cubic oven to trap the enemy. It is often used after Earth Release: Mud Fall to cover the enemy target in mud and then follow up with using Fire release: Firing Biscuit, creating flames in the oven to roast and harden the mud, immobilizing the enemy.
Quickly following up, Storm brought her hands forward as a radiant halo of energy formed around them, releasing twenty beams of concentrated laser chakra. The beams shot forward with blinding speed before sharply curving upward, then raining down into the open space above the pillar prison. The attack left virtually no room for escape, turning the enclosure into a relentless storm of light and destruction.

Description: Two daggers, seemingly identical apart from their color with base length of 32cm, while the edge itself - 20cm. The handles, as well as the blades are somewhat flat with very sharp edges at the end. The first blade is called Mizu, and as the name suggest represents the Water element, glowing in navy blue color. The second blade, Kaze, glowing in white represents the Wind chakra. What makes these daggers unique is their flat surface that allows them to merge into a single dagger when placed together by the user. The one who wields them, can at will merge the blades or separate them passively, depending on his needs in battle, as the daggers have different effects in both states. When merged the blade glows in light blue colour, representing Ice. The user is able to use water, wind and ice techniques from the daggers with the same speed he would naturally. However one still needs to perform hand seals for the techniques. In the event a jutsu doesn't require hand seals, a simple slash of the dagger is enough to produce the jutsu. All of this is done withing reason, meaning if the user needs to send wind chakra through the ground by stomping his foot, then he won't be able to use the dagger for that technique.
The effects and abilities of the daggers are:
- Empowerment: When separated, the two blades give a passive boost of + 10 damage to all water and wind techniques of the user and passively drain 10 chakra from him every turn, weather or not he uses any wind or water techniques. When merged, the user will no longer have the damage boost to his wind and water jutsu, but he will instead have a +20 damage to his ice techniques. At this point, the passive chakra drain will be increased to 20 per turn, until they are separated again. If on any given turn the user has the merged dagger even for a moment, it will drain 20 chakra. The user needs to be in possession of the daggers to have this effect, but doesn't necessarily need to hold them, meaning they can be sheathed and the effects will still count. The user can only merge or separate the daggers once per turn.
- Wave: The first active use of the daggers, (A rank) The user can use the daggers to send out either a blast of wind, or a wave of water or a blast of ice shards from the daggers. This counts as a jutsu per turn and can only be used once from each dagger with a one turn cooldown. This requires two hand seals before slashing once to release the technique. If used, the user won't be able to use S rank and above techniques of the same element the following turn.
The two daggers were unmerged and sheathed in their scabbards around Sillad's hips, his hands resting on their tilts as the stranger approached. As the white-haired woman spoke, marking the begging of the battle Sillad nodded in response. Sshe formed a single hand seal and pillars began emerging around Sillad. He passively activated his Byakugan, now having perfect vision of the opponent. As the "oven" without a lid formed, he released a continuous current of Atmospheric Pressure from every chakra node in his system and ran towards the opponent, who by now would have no vision of Sillad.
The atmospheric pressure, being naturally compressed wind, had an elemental advantage to lightning and would nullify it. As he ran, he saw his opponent releasing a blast of energy that curved and aimed to seal the enclosure from above. By this time, Sillad had reached the pillar. Still releasing the current of AP, he punched through the pillar, appearing before the woman. With his hand already extended towards her, he stopped his current and shouted "YOU!" with an angry voice.
What she would see as he pointed at her, was a beam of pink energy, which traveled at lightning fast speed. Upon hitting her, she would begin disintegrating into a melting caramel candy, effectively paralyzing her. All of this was an illusion of course, a rather fast one.
With his hand already extended forward, Sillad would then release five medium sized balls of wind that soon took the shape of condors. He controlled them to smash onto his foe from all sides as she was paralyzed.
(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye (passive)
Type: Supplementary Rank: C Range: Short-Long Chakra: 15 (+5 per turn to keep active) Damage: N/A Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.
To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.
Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Jonin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.
Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.
(Kiastsu: Touza) Atmospheric Pressure Release: Current

Description: The user focuses large amounts of atmospheric pressure throughout their body without the need of hand seals, and can instantly release a ferocious current from every chakra node in their chakra system that cuts anything close to the user into pieces. Description: The user focuses wind chakra to the tip of each finger in one hand and releases five medium-sized balls of wind. The balls of wind take the from of condors that can be controlled by the user. Each condor can use it's claws or beak to easily tear through flesh. The condor can only be destroyed with fire techniques of equal strength, lower ranks are effective but don't fully destroy them. Like the name the eagles can crash into other objects and explode.
