(Oniyuri no Mai) – Dance of the Demon LilyThat would be reaching. A rank will match A rank, yours will just heal after. Always damage vs damage now.

A technique exclusive to Kimmimaro in his level 2 curse mark state which I am unable to use.

You slice downward acrobatically with your sword, slicing the enemies knee. Damn straight forward this one. Since this doesn't specify 'bone sword' but just 'sword' does that mean I could perform this movement with a regular sword or blood sword?

You pull out two bone swords, and then dive onto the opponent, slashing twice in the process. you then unleash a flurry of stabs, knocking your opponent back. you then dash behind the opponent, unleashing bone spikes all over your body and impale the opponent. This is a long process so this feels easy to intercept part way through. It starts slow due to pulling out the bone swords and then you can finally move at a pace which suits your body. This would be performed better with swords already in hand. I don't see this technique as too useful personally yet
