Hi!:hi: In chapter 628 we see that kakashi says that he will make the juubi vanish but if he can just do that why didn't he just do it from the start??? I think he didn't do it from the beginning because of Obito and that it maybe kills him if he tries:dead:... This is just my guess what are...

maybe he just don't have chakra flow in his arms... because i think i remember him standing on water and if he can stand on water it must mean that he has chakra in his legs:hint:
