It would be a huge troll if someone from Yamanaka clan used soul transfer jutsu on Madara and then made him use Shiki Fuujin. Just wait for the second before the death god cuts the soul and release your jutsu, Madara's soul gets back to the body and it gets sealed instead of the soul transfer...

I posted this on another forum before, so... Did you forget that Itachi is(was) under a genjutsu called Kotoamatsukami? His ''orders'' set by Kotoamatsukami were: 'Protect the Leaf!' But! Itachi doesn't kill Sasuke (who is a threat to the Leaf), doesn't that make Kotoamatsukami a failing...
