Just after the events of kakashi losing his sharingan, he will unlock Illuminioto eyes. For those that have read my Tobashi prediction, you probably know this will be reality.

The mask is to cover his identity. He actually was tobi and will be the main antagonist of part 3. All hail tobashi!
